Office is very difficult to get ahold of especially when medications are needed. Receptionists act like you are bothering them.

This was not my experience at all. I found Dr. Patel to be caring, compassionate, intelligent and on schedule.

Dr. Patel is Not my Primary Care Physician but, he is the only Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) in…read morethe Tracy area. So every two years, I go in to see him for my biennial flight physical. His office staff have always been friendly, efficient and fast. I've been in twice now, and each visit, I've been in and out within the hour. The only downside to going to see Dr. Patel is the cost associated with the visit. It's a standard $150 bucks every two years that my insurance provider will not cover the cost of. On the flip side, It's a necessary evil. Without my biennial currency, the FAA would put boot to butt and ground me.

Dr. Patel is one of those doctors who discounts your symptoms and laughs when you question him…read more Extremely condescending. He will tell you that eating more onions or garlic or whatever other trendy "cure" is out there. It is a travesty that He is in charge of worker's compensation for several of Tracy's major employers. He and his office routinely drop the ball on faxed prescriptions and blame the pharmacy. If you complain, you will be discharged as a patient. He and Dr. Hubli are careless in their management of prescriptions. My wife ended up in the hospital via ambulance because Hubli prescribed codeine cough syrup on top of Norco and soma, a strong muscle relaxer. My wife nearly died from pneumonia and withdrawls when Hubli realized her mistake and tried to cover by discontinuing her pain meds all at once. She then had the nerve to blame us for the situation. Dr. Pulliam however is compassionate, competent and a solid listener. If you have an option, stick with him.

I went to this doctor twice; they lost my paper work, they questioned why I wanted to see an OBGYN;…read morethen to top it off I was suppose see an Ortho doctor for my knee; I get a call asking about my MRI on my shoulder and arm and questioned why I was seeing an Ortho doctor about my knee. She stated very clearly in her v/m that she had my tests and did not understand why I was seeing someone for my knee; WEll I have no problems with my arm and shoulder and never had any MRI for them. Plus, I have some other issues going on and all he wanted to do was give me Pain meds, not help the problem just pain meds, sorta like here take this and go away. So, I could take the medications for pain and wait for my issues to blow up and get worse. In fact all he could do was throw his arms up in the air and said well I do not know; well if he does not know and he was the doctor how am I suppose to know? I would never recommend him, even to my worst enemy... Oh, just so you know my issues need surgery, not pain medication. All you have to do it look on the internet and be your own advocate to figure it out.

Dr. Lazdins is top notch. When my father had a stroke at Dameron hospital, they sent him home…read more From there we took him to Valleycare where they still didn't find it. Finally after being released from a hospital again, we brought him to his GP, Dr. Lazdins. Finally someone listened to us about how he wasn't himself and ran tests, which in turn found the bleed and admitted him to Tracy hospital ASAP. He is a very caring physician. He can be hard to see as he is very busy, probably due to his patients knowing he is an excellent doctor.
