No questions about mobility, no hands on examination, no comparison to my other foot, just a finger across the heel to demonstrate a color change. Only for me to then arrive at the pharmacy be told that 4 prescriptions were ordered; a steroid, ibuprofen, and a topical antibiotic on top of the oral antibiotic. When I called the doctor to ask why there was suddenly much more being prescribed, he lied and claimed he had always said he was prescribing those four (I specifically asked in office about a topical antibiotic and he said "no", the others were never mentioned) 4 days later I'm leaving of the ER with a splint and crutches with a Achilles tendonitis diagnosis because, of course, the antibiotics didn't do shit because an infection was never the issue in the first place. Do not go here unless you're desperate for a doctor's note for work or something, don't expect thoughtful care or consideration of your ailment, it's not their priority.

She was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Once the forms were completed, I waited approximately ten minutes before I was called back by the X-Ray technician. The X-Ray tech was nice, friendly and professional. The X-Rays were completed in about 15 minutes and I was done. A few days later, I called to have my images placed on a DVD for my doctor. The lady on the phone was nice and told me the DVD would be ready the next business day by 8AM. My experience here was pleasant and I would utilize their services again.

Why send text notification for pick up and have 90 minute fulfillment request and NOT fulfill them. Don't use Kaiser pharmacy, just out source. Haven't had an issue with any other departments at Kaiser.

Next I call member services, they tell me that on their end it says that the OB office itself canceled my appointment. I really don't like leaving reviews because I understand that mistakes happen, the lack of communication and accountability is where I have an issue. I already went to the ER to try to figure out what is going on with me, and made this appointment for further care because it was OB related. The gal in the office was helpful, it was just disappointing that no one seemed to have any answers, and as a result I still don't have answers as to why I am feeling so sick.
