I have had multiple visits to the er here in Manteca which the er is never a good place to be and can be stressful but every doctor and nurse has done amazing to get their job done. I recently had a tonsillectomy and the anesthesia doctor and doctor Kim were both amazing. Nurses were all great fun and talkative making sure to provide proper care and make sure the patients are cared for. Not everyone exprecience is the same but healthcare is a difficult job and these humans are doing their best and I can whole heartedly say I trust them. Kaiser has provided me the best care and if they haven't they will do all they can to make it right

Came in 5/18 at 1pm and was told my medication was put back. Showed the text notification to the pharmacy tech and she just said it was put back and would be ready later. Why send text notification for pick up and have 90 minute fulfillment request and NOT fulfill them. Don't use Kaiser pharmacy, just out source. Haven't had an issue with any other departments at Kaiser.

They may act sweet to your face briefly but they are terrible at getting things done in a timely manner. I have never had to advocate for my mothers health so strongly. They tell you contradicting information constantly, while also blaming anyone or anything else besides themselves. Nothing gets done unless you are stern with them. That included referrals, prior authorizations, and even the simplest of things like a prescription that the doctor said he would send over and it takes DAYS. Absolutely ridiculous. When I go up to the counter to ask a questions Teresa literally shuts the window in my face before I can finish talking. I work in the medical field and I have never seen such bad care. All though I would like to say the two gentlemen administering the radiation are excellent. Now after reading all the other negative comments I feel for all these families. The doctors came across as dismissive and uninterested, making me feel like just another number rather than a person seeking care. There was also a complete lack of discretion conversations that should have been private were handled carelessly, which is especially concerning in a medical setting. Overall, the staff was rude, the environment felt uncomfortable, and I left feeling unheard and disrespected.
