The associate was rude, accusatory and claimed the driver arrived and called me at 12:38 PM, which never happened. I received no call, no text, and no doorbell ring. I did receive an attitude, hella "sorry's and reprocess the order yourself." I reprocessed the order myself, I requested a supervisor and spoke with Sylvio, who assured me the order would be reprocessed and that my phone number was accurately updated. Frustrated, I submitted a one-star review detailing my experience. After that, the order stayed in "verify" status for over an hour, which is far from normal.
