I've been using this woman-owned company for a couple of years with great results. Fantastic variety of product, timely delivery and wonderful information on what products are best for my needs. Yes, some things have changed with COVID19 precautions. Masks are required. She wears gloves to take my cash. When Paula gives you her ETA be sure to be out front of address with exact change. I can't believe that one customer thinks it's OK to ask her to wait for him to go to ATM to get his money. He should have had his money already or asked her to delay delivery time so he could go get money. And when it comes to apartments, I believe most delivery services ask to meet you out front or by mailboxes. It would waste too much time to have to find the apartment by number. She isn't delivering to just you, so if you cause her to be late, she'll be late for next delivery. I know that isn't acceptable to Paula because she prides herself on being able to delivery within 30 minutes. I've used other delivery services but like hers the best! read more

I have been going to Paula for almost 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. Every time I have placed an order she has been able to fulfill it within an hour, so delivery is very quick. Her product is top shelf and she is very knowledgable about everything she sells. A few times I did have issues with faulty cartridges, but that is no fault of Paula's. I let her know about the issue and she immediately came out to replace it. She was even kind enough to show me how to dab as I had never done it before. The extra goodies she throws in with orders is always a nice treat as well. Whether it be a free pre-roll or a gram of flower it is always appreciated along with the candies that she likes to throw in as well.
