What can I say. I love this shop. Raj and his father are so kind and super helpful. They are always so accommodating when it comes to their stock and what I need. It doesn't matter what coil or replacement glass I need, if they don't carry it, they find it and order it for me. They are my GO-TO shop for all my vaping products. After going to so many shops around the Bay Area, looking for this mod, looking for this coil, looking for this replacement glass, and having to purchase these items in 3-4 separate places, I can always rely on Smokeez to find what I need, in one place for me no matter what. I will never shop anywhere else. Not to mention all these shops are always opening and closing from one minute to the next. They've been here for quite a long time, and aren't going anywhere. Thank you Raj for your help last month, and I appreciate you guys very much. I will see you soon. Angelic. read more

Really good shop! They have this mango ice cream made with real fruit, and you can actually taste the freshness in every bite. It's super refreshing, not overly sweet, and has that natural mango flavor that feels authentic. The texture is smooth and creamy. Definitely one of the best fruit ice creams I've tried here. Great service and value for money! Highly recommend -- must try! read more

great prices! and nice people and they got all the woods and joints you need! def been coming here for a while and will continue to do so

Great costumer service! All the staff are very helpful and friendly and they have a great selection to choose from!

Helpful staff with an ok selection. They only have the clear menthol Flum for 20 bucks but the juice is very cheap, got a 30ml for 17 bucks.

I just moved to the Bay from south CA and was looking for a new vape shop but I know some when they see a new person they hike the price up thinking we don't know better. I've been feeling out a few in the area to see where my go to can be. Nice guy working the store but sold me Daze Egge for $30. Daze Egge's do not run that much for retail. Lol. I usually do Elf Bar' or Flume but they didn't have it. Clean store though, nice spot. read more

good collection and friendly staff. you can get what ever you want. If they're unavailabl, the manager can get you in couple of hours

I come here to get what I need and want and they normally have what I want, BUT literally 90% of the time that I come the "I'll be back sign" is up and and never on time for his "time" he will be back at. It's very frustrating when you go somewhere where the hours are posted but yet you can't go in because he's not in there or he's using the rest room. I think he's taking advantage of this and that's not cool, he never comes back when he says he will or he's leaving an hour early from when the closing time is. If anyone can relate to this please comment. I've been in customer service for 10 years now and THIS IS NOT proper business. read more

I came here to get my vaporizer checked out, since I'm a newb, and to try out some flavors. I wasn't able to spend too much time there, since I had to be somewhere soon after; but Marco was extremely helpful, great customer service. The shop was very clean, they have a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Parking is convenient. I'll probably come back here again, since its 2 mins away from me. Stopped by unexpectedly just driving by. Almost didnt notice it due to how small the sign is. Marcos is a very friendly and honest guy. We had a good conversation on how his buisness came about. I was not going to buy anything but i just couldnt resist getting his 2 for 20 15ml deal. Its a really great spot but in my opinion i would give 5 stars if he had more advertising and test pens for those who want to experiment with different flavors. Thanks marcos! read more

Smokeez - Here are the two flavors i had to grab. Pheonix tears and sweet tooth - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Fremont, California

Pros: great customer service, great pricing on e-liquid and can sample their wide variety of flavors. Con: The re-usable cartomizer I bought from them is designed poorly. Every time I unscrew the drip-tip the heating element unscrews as well requiring me to unscrew the cartomizer to retighten the heating element (which is messy and results in liquid lost) Summary: Highly recommend this shop, just be careful which cartomizer you buy. read more

Out if the vape stores I have been to, this is my favorite. They are extremely helpful and patient when it came down to me asking so many questions. No BS, just straightforward information. Not only do they have a large selection of flavors, but they also have plenty of vaporizers to choose from. Compared to many vape shops, hands down they have the best prices around town. Every time I come here I've always received great customer service. Their store is still new, therefore their flavor collection and other merchandise is still growing. read more

Smokeez - K100 love it!! Thanks for the help guys! - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Fremont, California

When I got my first vape here, Marco (the owner) was very helpful and patient with me. He's pretty chill about showing you his warez and letting you try out the flavors. I go back to the store once in awhile to get new wick/coil for my atomizer and eJuice. I liked how clean the store was. The eJuices that he bottles have a nice throat hit, but they're not as flavorful as I wanted. Marco recently stocked up on some other brand names like eLiq Cube and Halcyon, which have flavors that stand out more than the stuff he brews. (His Dragon's Passion fruit blend is good though.) Marco does give me a few bucks off here and there when I buy a few bottles of JOOSE. I recently discovered (by doing some Googling) that the vape he sold me - the "eGo-C Twist" - turned out to be a knock-off. The authentic ones have a logo on the bottom, while mine did not. I think he should have charged me $25-40 for the set (battery, charger, atomizer) instead of $55. My vape works fine, but it's the principle of doing good business to not selling fake shit (especially at retail prices). I would bring it up with him, but I don't think he'll own up to it. So, I'm not sure if I want to shop here anymore... too bad he's the only local shop that sells the wick for my atomizer... 8 \ read more

This shop exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a local shop without the quadruple ($) dollar sign and luckily I ran into this hole in the wall. Marco, the store owner is a cool owner and really knows his stuff but more importantly, wants you to be happy and sure with what you purchase. I bought my vapor pen and he easily showed me what's popular in the market while explaining their efficiencies without confusing the hell out of me. What really surprised me was with how affordable the products are from all kinds of name brands to choose from. I trust to go back here again and am excited that I found a new local store that has what I'm looking for and even more than what I've bargained for! You must visit to see for yourself! Go.
