Just in case…read moreanyone doesn't want to read my entire review to decide if you want to give Smoker Broz your business, I'll start by saying OVERALL, I'd recommend this smoke shop to anyone interested in getting things you might be looking for at a smoke shop POSITIVES- Looks like every other decent smoke shop I've been to. Most importantly they had exactly what I was looking for- Geek Bar (disposable Vapes). They had one of my top 3 favorite flavors so tbh I didn't care to look at the other flavor options or anything else in the store haha. Sometimes GeekBars are hard to find in the bay with the different smoke laws in every city so I was really stoked to see they had plenty in stock. They charged me $40 for one Geek Bar/Vape. That's the most I've paid for a vape but I wasn't surprised. Everything is MORE expensive nowadays. I'm used to paying $35. Nbd. I'm not mad about an extra $5 dollars- as long as they got Geek Bars im a happy customer!!

As someone who deeply values community and personal wellness, I was blown away by the level of compassion and expertise they bring to their tech headshop. They are incredibly knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure you're getting exactly what you need. They carry a great variety of wellness products, and their pricing on these important items is some of the most competitive I've seen. It is clear that Cameron and Sam are in this to support their customers and uplift the community, rather than just making a quick buck. If you appreciate a fantastic selection, fair prices, and owners who treat you like a neighbor, this is absolutely the place to go.

On the topic of paraphernalia; rather unfortunately & regrettably I cannot partake in cannabis until I retire from work. (6yrs, 7mos, 14 days - not like I'm counting or anything. LOL) They have any & every kind of vaporizer, bong, pipe, dab, rolling papers, blunt wraps. I mean they have IT ALL. In other words, excellent selection and rather large inventory. The pricing is VERY fair and reasonable, one of the reasons why I've remained a customer for years. Even present-day in our "YUGE" economy that is allegedly so great (it's not) and prices are supposed to be going down (they're not) - High Tech Head Shop keeps prices really reasonable. The customer service - top notch, always has been. It's usually one of two guys, been the same two guys for a number of years. They're both super helpful, really knowledgeable about the various products. I usually chat with the guys when I'm in there, because they're both hella cool & seem very much invested & genuinely interested in seeing to their customers needs/wants. Don't waste your time at ratchet smoke shops. Come to this place for all your vices!!

Do yourself a favor, Mike, you change your image anand rise above the other grimy smoke shops in Oakland and make real money? It starts within. You need all new staff, with a cohesive level of customer service accross the board. Any repretable manager would of gladly exchanged that torch out for one of equal or lesser value, sent the broken one back to the manufacturer and get it sorted out through them. Instead youve lost my business and Im taking how your employee treated me tonight personally by making sure I tell ass many people possible that Mikes Bong shop employess are better extortionists then any sort of professional organization.

I live 45 minutes away but I usually drop by to get a few sticks whenever I am in town. I purchased…read more3 sticks that was recommended by the store attendant. I'm a seasoned cigar vet that's been smoking for over 20 years and just wanted something new. After paying close to $100, I go home and decide to fire one up. I cut my cigar with a double guillotine and there's this long, fine, orange plastic strand that popped out. As I examined it further, I pulled it out and realized it was plastic deeply embedded in the filler. That strand was connected to another one so I pulled that one out too. I tossed it out of concern for my health and I immediately called the shop. No answer so I left a voice mail explaining what had happened and asked to be called back. That didn't happen. Given I had positive experiences up to this point, I thought I'd give them one more opportunity to address the situation. I called again and got someone on the phone. I explained that I found plastic embedded in one of the cigars I bought there and that I was concerned that maybe they were sold a bad batch from the manufacturer and it could be a health risk to other customers. The gentleman, although professional, did not come across as overly concerned. He just apologized and after I went into my concern about the health risk again, it wasn't until then that he asked me which cigar I bought. We then ended the call with not much else offered than his awareness. I don't expect a shop to throw out a whole box of cigars on account of my word but I do expect them to do something or atleast convey they are taking my concerns seriously. I thought at the very least, he could've offered a store credit, offered to inspect the box himself or something but the response I got was that he was unbothered. Maybe they will take action but the lack of certainty and dismissive tone is why I won't be returning. They give good service and everyone I have encountered in that shop has always been polite and respectful but this has created a trust issue. Getting bad batches is out of the shop's control but how a shop responds is. If you go here, I think you'll be fine but should you notice anything, flag it immediately.
