Very unprofessional and understaffed workplace. Budtenders are uninformed and take their time. I was waiting in the online order line for 15 minutes, and it was because a budtender came late. Also, no one answers the phone; it's ridiculous. I have a question that would take 1 minute. I find it hard to believe that no matter what hour I call, they are too busy to answer or respond to voicemails. If that truly is the case, do not have a customer service number that provides no customer service. I simply want to know if an order I prepaid for is confirmed or not, because on my end it is not. Super awkward because I had no idea if I should line myself or wait. When I finally got "help," the lady with glasses who was helping me acted like I was the problem. Zero customer service.
