I understand this sometimes your credit card system goes down but three days in a row with only taking cash is extremely inconvenient for your customers. Not the best customer experience.. read more

Julie assisted me with my pre-order from online and since I just had my credit card and the rest in the car- she was able to hold patience and understanding and said I'll hold the product for you and wait til you come back from your car! Then when I came back in she was very smooth with every customer and didn't rush even though I was next to be assisted this allowed me to see that she truly takes her time with every customer she is with at the moment and that's important to me. I must say the prices on their Shatter by Punch Extracts too are the best in town this week! read more

They have some great deals on products. I wouldn't buy cookies but they have baba ku which is phenomenal . I did an online order and picked it up with excellent customer service from the budtenders and security. They engaged in conversation with me and were quick to pack my order. I'll definitely be back. And oh they don't charge for card on pre orders. Thanks again... coming from the industry it's great to see dispensaries that operate like this one . read more

Went few times and left wondering who's running the business. Ask for a preroll under 25 some 1/8 and cs rep only offered me a 40 preroll ( this was two days before Super Bowl ) . I was like , there nothing else available, and got a quick no. But then I check online and there was many preroll avail to where I can order and pick up. This wasn't the first time, and something didn't sit right with me . I go the Nug, cookies in Hayward , and none of them made me feel like the business is trying to take advantage of the customer . Lost a customer , and frankly it seems the front desk is making deals without the owners noticing . read more

Place sucks. I've been coming here for around 6 months hoping for it to improve but never did. Doesn't have any supply, deals are trash, and super expensive. I only got a 7g wavy indoor smalls and after taxes $70!!! From now on I'll be going to Flor down the street. read more

pretty helpful, amazing deals (50% whole store for first time customers!) great stock, accepted my med card w no problems.

Very unprofessional and understaffed workplace. Budtenders are uninformed and take their time. I was waiting in the online order line for 15 minutes, and it was because a budtender came late. Also, no one answers the phone; it's ridiculous. I have a question that would take 1 minute. I find it hard to believe that no matter what hour I call, they are too busy to answer or respond to voicemails. If that truly is the case, do not have a customer service number that provides no customer service. I simply want to know if an order I prepaid for is confirmed or not, because on my end it is not. Because they are not answering, if I want my order, I have to risk driving 40+ min and my order not being there because the order is cancelled if I don't come today. They could simply take 1 minute of their time to answer my question. I'm extremely disappointed, as I have crossed the bridge to come here many times. I feel like, at this location, there have been a number of times when I have not been cared for appropriately as a customer. I have had no issues with other Cookie locations, so this is very disappointing. read more

what's the point of closing at 9 when you don't allow customers in at 8:50 pm to grab a pick up order. i understand food establishments deterring customers away since there's things to clean etc. but it's so ridiculous to me, after a long day of work and thinking i have ten minutes left to just grab and go so quick to be told by security I can't be let in because they're "closed". if you're closing earlier than 9 state that on the Yelp or something. Last I checked is that when you're closed at 9 ITS 9! being told by security to pick up next day or cancel the order is super infuriating, inconvenient and frustrating. I guess they close at 8:50!! so ridiculous read more

From the ID checker at the door to the checkout counter, everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. For some reason I didn't receive my receipt via text so I called and the person answering the phone was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend coming here! Made an online order, received a confirmation email for TOTAL $65 arrived and they said no its 120. Said oh a glitch is in the system. Made no effort to correct the error and honor the quoted price. Suggested I pay the 120, and hope the owner is agreeable and then I might be paid back the difference - this is a cheap trip. These dispensary staff are notorious, they think they have a captive customer base. That is not the case and they need to start acting accordingly. I am astounded that this manager expected me to pay the gouge price and acted indignantly when I didn't. If you are not weak and speak up for yourself, they don't like you here. read more

NO LEMONNADE STOCK HERE! WTH They never have cookies or lemonade, no sativa no way I'm living in Hayward and this store never had nothing! The website it's not updated and every time it's same, this is the last one on this read more

First time at Lemonade and honestly... never again. I walked in and no one greeted me--employees were just standing around, huddled up, not acknowledging anyone. Super awkward because I had no idea if I should line myself or wait. When I finally got "help," the lady with glasses who was helping me acted like I was the problem. Zero customer service. I asked for her opinion on the products and she basically brushed me off. She didn't even bother to ask what I was looking for, and half the items I wanted were already sold out. What if I was new and didn't know the menu? Instead of helping, she made it worse. On top of that, she got my order wrong and then snapped at me for "not speaking louder." I had to return to the store to get the right strains as she did not even ask. She was just so quick to get the transaction over. The only thing that made it worth it was the 30% off for first-timers--but even with that, the experience just wasn't it. read more

Tony and Jay always take care of me. Left a positive google review for Tony in the past and couldn't figure out how to add more to it or a new one on google so I'm here. Good prices and i always stop here due to their rosin selection. The best in the area. It's nice to come in frequently enough that they recognize you and take care of you. Loud music. Rude staff who practically throws your change back at you. What's the point of placing an online order if it's never ready?

First time today, I usually don't do the dispo thing but I've been needing a good cart so I stopped into lemonnade because I was in the area handling business. I was quickly checked in and made aware that I had a 30% off irregular price item it being my first time. I was held by a girl named Destiny, who was super friendly and educated on all the products. Usually when I go in the dispensaries I have to spend time looking at things, but I just told her what I needed, and she quickly came back with her recommendation. I took her recommendation and was checked out by a gentleman named Ro. Overall, pretty chill experience in the store now let me tell you shouts out to Destiny, just got around to trying the car and it's fire. It doesn't taste funny straight taste like rosin. Exactly what I needed. Thanks again. Highly recommend the Coldfire x ZenExtracts blue papaya rosin disposable cart. read more

Not a good feeling when you are greeted by a cold breeze and same when leaving the dispensary. Aesthetically, love the place. Lighting design is awesome. Products are displayed very well. I made a stop today at lemonnade on Easter and I was skipped not once both twice when I made an online order with linked bank account. I'm not standing in that line for no reason. So when the gentlemen with the San Francisco sports jackets said I'll be next when I told him I have an online order, and this isn't the first time this has happened. So if it happens again I'll just take my business elsewhere. Not sure why proper service is going down read more

Lemonnade Union City Dispensary - The homies as usual hooking me up. Great place to come on a rainy day - Cannabis Collective Near Me - Union City, California

How was the service this bad?? Exactly as the most recent review said. It was at a level of being downright hilarious. Budtenders huddled up with their backs turned to the customer. Needlessly rude. Didn't say hello, thank you or goodbye, and only one person bothered to (barely) speak with me after I got their attention. But she was speaking to me rolling her eyes in a monotone voice, really clearly not wanting me there. Meanwhile the others just stared, looked away - zero acknowledgment. One budtender while telling some story to another coworker ("worker" quite a generous term) screams the word "retard" in this conversation during my visit. Wtf was that!! That was an achievement of horrible service - I am impressed and literally made this account only to say so. read more

This store has a great selection and the vibe is laidback. I went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't too busy.
