Made an online order, received a confirmation email for TOTAL $65 arrived and they said no its 120. Said oh a glitch is in the system. Made no effort to correct the error and honor the quoted price. Suggested I pay the 120, and hope the owner is agreeable and then I might be paid back the difference - this is a cheap trip. These dispensary staff are notorious, they think they have a captive customer base. That is not the case and they need to start acting accordingly. First time at Lemonade and honestly... never again. I walked in and no one greeted me--employees were just standing around, huddled up, not acknowledging anyone. Super awkward because I had no idea if I should line myself or wait. When I finally got "help," the lady with glasses who was helping me acted like I was the problem. Zero customer service. I asked for her opinion on the products and she basically brushed me off. She didn't even bother to ask what I was looking for, and half the items I wanted were already sold out. What if I was new and didn't know the menu? Instead of helping, she made it worse. On top of that, she got my order wrong and then snapped at me for "not speaking louder." I had to return to the store to get the right strains as she did not even ask. She was just so quick to get the transaction over. Usually when I go in the dispensaries I have to spend time looking at things, but I just told her what I needed, and she quickly came back with her recommendation. I took her recommendation and was checked out by a gentleman named Ro. Didn't say hello, thank you or goodbye, and only one person bothered to (barely) speak with me after I got their attention. I normally go to Lemonade since I live nearby. Usually everything is cool but I bought some gummies a few days ago and I'm not sure they work. I've tried one at a time and still don't feel anything. Do gummies have a shelf life? Or can they go bad (ineffective) after a while? I'm going to call them today. I bought 2 containers earlier this week, both Wyld brand, sour apple and tangerine. First of all, the skinny green sticker used to secure the lid was off like someone had opened it. It was like this on both containers. I pressed the sides together and the lid pops open. They both are full to the top. I take one sour apple square gummy and wait...nothing happened. The next night I try the tangerine...same result....nothing! The following night I tried one of each together. It took more than 2 hours to feel the slightest effect and it was barely noticeable. Hopefully they can help me out. In the past, I've tried the Wyld pear and huckleberry flavors and they do not disappoint. No complaints at all. These two new flavors are not as strong. I just wanted to try different flavors because I thought they would have about the same potency but I was wrong. read more
