My first visit the woman that helped us was really helpful let us know the deals and was super friendly and gave our 2nd visit 20% off which I used today but the customer service was awful. 2 men behind the bar. No one said hi, left us wondering around. No one asked if we need help they were just walking around. Until my friend asked them a question and they whispered back... I used my 20% off and my friend didn't buy anything because of the customer service. Honestly Embarc down the street is a little pricier but employees there always are nice and welcoming. I went here once and it was OK. But lordy lord...ever since that day, I've been getting spam text messages with deals and promotions all the time. I reply "END"/"STOP" whatever else they ask, block the number, report it as spam, and a week later I get a text from a different number. Come on guys. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Went to MMD for the third time yesterday and felt it was the right thing to do to leave them a second review (Which I have NEVER felt inclined to do for any business before I must add). My experience began with the security guard who verified my ID and entrance. Pleasantly taken aback by his genuine kind and joyful demeanor as he hoped for me to enjoy the remainder of my day. Usually I feel like a disturbance that the security guard doesn't even want to deal with or have time for at every other dispensary I've been to so this was quite a pleasant and refreshing difference. My bud tender , Andre was great as well. Had everything I asked for quickly and with a great attitude, thank you Andre . As always their selection of products was plentiful, affordable and great quality. Thank you MMD you are now officially the best and my favorite dispensary to visit. Will be back soon! read more

It started out like a bad movie. The Warriors game ended, I'm out of my medicinal and check the closing time and had forty five minutes from closing. I'm only five minutes by car. I get there at 9:26pm and it's closed. Normally I'm on Yelp to complain about this because I'M OUT. But I had a bit to hold me over I called to see why and that I was angry, take care of me. I this never happens to them but the city had blah blah blah. Logan, who is my budmeister was so genuine and helpful I had to come here and praise the guy and his GM. This is how a company should be run. Customer first. From here on out I have my trusted by place and will show my loyalty by returning each time. What I like about this place is it's small and intimate. I feel this by personal vibe that's missing from the Airfield. I hope that place is better but long lines is a turnoff. The flowers are fresh and sticky. I've gotten dried weed in the city but I live here so how to complain when it's been awhile? If the no product is good and it matches the service. Hello? I've read the reviews before I came here and lots of people slammed them for being rude, etc. I haven't seen it in two months of shopping here and I'm no shrinking violet. I wanted to hold out on my review at least until my second visit. This shop is amazing. Granted, I didn't come in peak hours and there was only one or two other customers but after trying all the other local shops, this is the best! Excellent selection and super clean shop. The best part, everyone is beyond nice and willing to go out of their way to help you. The prices can be on the higher range for edibles at least but the selection and point card system/ sales for your second visit. What a pleasure it was to come into this shop. You check in and then led into their showroom which is SO organized and CLEAN. Me being the germaphobe that I am after Covid makes this a game changer. The staff was super friendly and I say this in a good way, clearly partake in the activities, which makes me trust their judgement even more when they give me their recs. Overall, love this store, prices were affordable and they had something in every tax bracket and the selection was massive. What a great dispensary!!! Selection is incredible, I've haven't seen so many vapes or edibles in one store in some time. Also the flower is FIRE and prices are amazing. On our way back from vacation up North we decided to stop in Redwood City. We asked a local where to find a good dispensary and was referred to MMD Redwood City. The shop was top knotch! Beyond expectations. Wide selection, great prices, bud tenders were very polite and helpful. Above all we're very satisfied with everything we bought.
