Communication and delivery sub par than Eaze. Eaze seems Much better communication and much better delivery. Ordered on Friday for Saturday delivery. There is very little information in emails confirming what you bought at all. Quality seemed good what I bought. Price was good. Driver was friendly. This was my first time experience. I'm not sure if I would buy again. Maybe. I just thought the communication with what was purchased (emails) would have helped and if I order for 11-1 the next day, not get it at 12:45pm. Staff here is awesome and memorably friendly but the prices are insane unless you subscribe to their paid membership program. Security guard has an A++ attitude but after walking through the door you're kind of on your own until you get to the counter. I placed an order with Juva through Weedmaps, only to find out several hours later that the order never went through to the actual store. I spoke to a nice lady on the phone about this and placed my order again through the Juva website. Had this been the end of the story I would not be writing this review. I received email confirmation of my second order (placed directly through the Juva website) and selected a 9pm-10pm delivery window, only for the product to not arrive. The tracking page on their website skipped straight from "preparing your order" to "delivered" despite no delivery being made. The next day I called to ask what had happened, only to be told that my order was not in their system. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone refused my offer to read him the order confirmation number in my email, and simply stated "well I don't see anything on my end". when I told him I could give him not only the confirmation number, but screenshots of their webpage showing "delivered", he declined and only told me to place the order again. I understand the first order did not go through because of an issue unrelated to Juva themselves, that was on Weedmaps, but there is no excuse for my second order placed directly through their website to have fallen through the cracks like this, and the gentleman agent was not proactive at all in offering solutions. Had my delivery order changed without my knowing and the website allowed an order I wouldn't actually have access to. I saw the 420 deal for a quarter pound of the All Purpose Flower for $99. Killer deal and I saw no limitations beyond brand and quantity. I was able to add the items to my card, have the $99 for 4oz deal show in my cart, and schedule a delivery. However, when the delivery came the order was changed to only 1 oz of All Purpose Flower for regular price. The 420 50% discount was applied as it was applied to most items in the store. So, I was going to pay $60 for 1oz vs the $99 for 4oz I thought I was getting. Turns out this deal only applies to medical card holders. At no point did I see a disclaimer or limitations to this specific deal being medical only. I declined the order and disappointed that this has happened. This isn't the first time that website has caused issues for me either. I will say that the delivery person, Eric, was fantastic. Very chill and understand guy. He gives Juva an appeal to me still despite the technical issues that the website keeps having. read more

I bought the discount card and I always have issues when I come here, staff (cashier) needs training so customers are not being held hostage while they are doing in store trainings. I am a long time Juva customer from back when Juva was delivery only. I recently took a break and came back to Juva this year. Overall, I'm disappointed in the online ordering and pick up service. It has consistently taken over a day for orders to be fulfilled, even when ordered early in the day and when estimated wait times are shown as 40-50 minutes. I currently have one small order that's been in process for over a day now, and I have a feeling it was overlooked. From what I remember, Juva was quick to prepare orders and communicative every step of the way. The staff are always nice, and the store is clean with good deals. But the processing time for orders and overall communication is not what it used to be. You might have better luck shopping in store to avoid long delays. read more

Lies about accepting digital/mobile payments, doesn't let customers know ahead of time because they would rather surprise you and force you to give them cash on the spot. I understand that dispensaries have literally always had digital payment processing issues. When a dispensary openly advertised accepting digital payments, but then failed to give fair warning ahead of time that this wasn't available, they have ALWAYS (literally, every time) found a way forward. Was every one of the dozen or more dispensaries wrong? Or perhaps Juva's skeezy, deceptive behavior also explains why they definitely didn't care when I stood outside in the cold for 15 minutes trying to find a way forward after having spent the evening expecting my order, all the while unaware I was about to get 'Justled' for cash. It said SLEEP, so I went up to this section, looked like it was the place to get my STASH, I remember that word from the 60's. You know the old saying. Used to be a really good company but they changed recently and screwed me over without any communication. I ordered an oz paid for it and scheduled a delivery for the same day. Later that night I got a call from them saying they were unable to complete my order because they were low on drivers. They asked if they could deliver the next day and I said yes as long as they can be here between 6-8 since that was my only opening for the day. They said they would do that and would also "include a couple of freebies" in the bag when I got my order. So the next day I got another call saying my order wasn't going to make it in time. To make up for this I was told I would get 40% off of my next few orders. Great sounds good to me. I got my order late and there was a single gummy included with my order. Next time I went to make an order it wasn't showing the 40% discount so I emailed them and they called me. I was told that I was given a 40% off membership for three months (starting in December) and when I asked why it wasn't applying the discount they told me that was because the oz I was ordering was "already discounted 30%" and that I would get 10% more off. I was confused because the oz was the same price I always order it for and they told me that's because that brand is "always discounted". So since it's always discounted I actually am only getting a 10% discount for their mistake. Annoying but whatever since I could use the discount for top shelf items instead of the cheap stuff I usually buy I thought okay whatever. A couple weeks later I went to make an order but their whole website was changed and I couldn't find my membership or discount anywhere. I emailed them hoping for an answer but I never received any email or call back. Straight up scammed me and didn't care. I won't be going back.
