completely unacceptable. been using Sticky Thumb for about a year at least and had zero issues except this last time .... i typically buy stizzy disposable pens and they work great .no issues however they only had pods in stock when i called ...they offered me 2 pods with 2 free pens as a promotional.... i usually do not take recommendations because i know sometimes that specials are usually old stock or a product that needs help selling .. i ended up moving forward and bought 2 pods w the free pens minute they arrived i had issues with them . barely worked ,,, it was if they were clogged kept trying over and over and still not able to take a draw tried the second box and same thing happened i figured maybe they were sitting for so long they need to be charged so i tried that and nothing i would have to inhale in so deeply it was giving me a migraine i let them know immediately and they came out and swapped them both ...seemed like they were working but not even 10 min later they were clogged called and spoke to employees that were great. have no issues with them ...it's the owner today i spoke to staff and they had no issue with taking them back and offering me 1 replacement but after the employee spoke to the owner ...i got a response and it was not expected ... he said the "Owner " says no , we already had them exchanged and it can't be the pens it's the user ....and he also mentioned "deal with stizzy " i have been a model customer and i don't appreciate that type of statement if you look online there are lots of other users that have issues with them he decided to be a a Dick And it's too bad because the employees are all cool ... he totally could have handled it better ...being a business owner myself , i always respect my customers and make sure nobody ever feels unsatisfied with my services ...i would never blame a client for having a faulty device what does he think ? i have a bunch of time to waste trying to get a free product ?

False Advertising , They Intentionally Put Wrong Thc% To Sell Products. Wouldn't Recommend I Wonder How Many People They Done This To! Not First Time I Experience This Behavior From This Company.

When exactly will you get your license to deliver recreational flower?

It’s been really tough. Right now we hope September if no additional delays pop up

Can the sublingual drops be used in water? Sublingual drops meaning tinctures?

Yeah definitely, I actually use them in water. My advice is use a small amount of water max 6oz.

Do you deliver recreational flowers?

Not yet we are still waiting on our recreational license

Been purchasing heavy hitter carts multiple times a week there for years. So many amazing friendly…read morestaff members. I've purchased hundreds, and I mean hundreds of HH carts and never have had a problem Sadly I doubt I'll be back again. 4 times in the last month they've completely ignored me in the queue. First time, no big deal. It happens, they're busy and I've been coming here for years. Second time: super slow and no reason to have been passed over. Annoyed and didn't speak up. Third time: was the only one waiting inside the gated area ready to order. Waited 3-5 minutes, only me. Someone walks in, checks in, immediately gets helped. I kindly mention that i was there first. I was told they had already started to help the new guest so I should wait. I was very unhappy. I went to bloom room the next time I needed anything. Today, 4th time in one month; it happens again. This time I tell the guest who purposefully cut me that I was there first. The staff didn't give any direction. They apologized after and just said we have a lot of new staff. I said, "I don't mean to be rude or be that guy, but this is the 4th time this has happened. I love it here. People are so friendly here. But as a dedicated customer I've actually become very turned off about the situation. " In the end it's not a big deal, I'll buy my weekly load of carts from bloom room. Saying "oh well, we'll eventually dial it in" doesn't really sit great with me. Have fun learning how to train a staff to run a queue, I for one won't be around to watch it happen. And again, so sad, as old staff was so nice and so good at their job. Very attentive

They have cheap and good options as well as pricier quality options. Not sure what's up with the negative reviews.The staff has only ever shown me kindness. And honestly if you know you're going to be paying for stuff, you should withdraw your cash first and not make everyone wait on you... or if you need to withdraw after cause you don't know what you want, expect to wait a couple minutes. They never take that long. Most of the staff are chill people just tryna pay their bills and help you out the best they can. I always try to tip if I have change. There are no "stupid questions" and they make you feel like they are your best friend and your part of the crew, from an enthusiastic greeting as you walk in the door, to another as you enter the show room. I cannot say enough. AYour selection is impeccable and vast as well. Now for ownership, that is another thing. The biggest beef and I am not the only one as I have heard from other customers as well. What is with the $5.00 atm fee? This is an absolute slap in the face to your customers, and I can only equate it to corporate greed. Your employees work so hard to make each shop into a "local neighborhood shop" and in seconds you kinda put a damper on that. Maybe I am missing something, and I do know there are fees at the bank involved. But let's do the math. First off, you do have expenses as all business does but the profity margin at dispensaries is already high. The price point you set is to remain profitable. The beef, is at 5$ per swipe, at a modest 100 transactions per day is approx 15 k pure profit. So that encourages cash only as your bank machine has fees as well. Let us talk about encouraging cash............hmmmmmm. I love getting "cash" as well. I get that. But your adding 5$ per trans is really soaking your clients. With almost everything being cashless or cashless encouraged it almost feels like a trap. You have gone so far even as to switch out to a new debit system and "forgot" to put the 5$ per transaction fee notice back on the customer terminal so if the employee forgets to mention it you don't even know about it. Now I have heard other businesses charging this heavy fee but instead of being greedy they put it into their employees. Retirement funds, medical and health coverage or yearly bonuses etc. I know you have reward programs etc. and are a great business. I def may have it all wrong, but I have heard people really complain and with so many other dispensaries around, a switch is easy. I love your shop but this just leaves a bad taste. Like I said I am mostly uninformed and maybe totally wrong but with everything being so expensive do we really need such a high fee. The 1% give to the community is a start too. This time, I was made to wait in line to check in. Then after the long wait to check in, I was asked to move over to the pick up window and she'll be right over to get my order. But the girl just started helping the next person in line. WTF! She was not finished helping me! I will never shop at Embarc locations again. I ended up driving miles away to Bloomerang in SF.
