My first 5 star in years! The service demands it. Let me walk you through the highlights. Online signup process was quick and easy. Thank goodness. The customer service is warm and friendly. Sure, it might just be their tech, but I like that they remember who I am when I call. (You can order online) The product is great and matches the useful descriptions. Sometimes I'm like what does that actually mean? Pricing is very good with a wide range. It's nice to see that. Best of all, the Lakeside crew are honest. I misheard my total. I paid my delivery person too much. He didn't have to tell me Many people wouldn't have. But he did- something I really appreciate. I can't remember the last time I gave a 5 star for something that wasn't food, or even, for food. Lakeside earned my nod. I recommend for who might be a little nervous about delivery. read more

This was my go to spot for over 4 years but I will not be coming back here anymore. I'm not sure is there is new management, but the quality and service has gone down hill. Take your money to embarc, or other delivery services. They don't even know how to use or troubleshoot the third party applications that are responsible for taking online payments which is very concerning. I spoke to a lady name Corina or Chelsea.. something along those lines and she was NO help. In fact, she LIED about the BarterPay customer service number stating the number is 8444420. When I asked for area code she said there is not one which we both know is a lie. Heads up if you live in a nice area the delivery drivers aren't discreet and will walk up to your door/park in your driveway with your delivery rather than staying in the car. You will have to note in your order that you will go to them. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! read more

Use to order here for a good while, more than a couple years at that. Looks like the menu changed to what "Three Trees" (different delivery service) would offer which I have been highly dissatisfied with trying them in the past. I would order weekly from this place but now sadly would have to discontinue my service. Not surprised other people feel the same from the most recent reviews. read more

Ayo wtf is that new menu just a bunch of street brands for $40 ? What happened to the good brands and the good prices , I just got a zip of y'all for $40 two weeks ago , what happened? I looked at the menu today and said who decided to massacre my boy like this read more

When I asked the driver if they were under new management they said they aren't allowed to talk about. I don't like the new stuff on the menu looks like cheap street stuff marked up. They had cookies before and that's gone. Prices were responsible and I purchased weekly not sure if I want to anymore. read more

they charging way too much now . Had to stop going w them after 4 years. always had the best deals and were reliable for the goods at the right price. welp used to. nothing is forever. read more

Decent delivery service but at the same time not really. Consistently inconsistent, some days take 20 minutes others like today take 2 hours+ with no text of an ETA and I don't have that type of time for an 8th and a cartridge. 2+hours..come on read more

I've been ordering from them for years now but as of recently the quality / customer service has been lacking. The delivery guys don't attempt to even get close to where you are, just wanna have an attitude if you ask anything. If you hate you job just say that, don't get mad at me for trying to make it easier for us to locate each other. Lastly, was their card machines usually work, but when they don't they just expect you to drop everything you're doing and go get cash.. y'all completely take the convenience out of ordering with you. This has happened to me 3 times, so I'm sure I can't be the only one. read more

I used to love this place. However my last few experiences have been very bad. Multiple times I've ordered products weighted in excess of an hour and a half for delivery and then when the driver arrives I'm informed that they do not have my product. I wasn't called ahead of time to be notified that they don't have the product I ordered and I find it difficult to believe that they are unaware that they do not have the product that they attempted to sell me. I don't even recall an apology for my inconvenience. This has happened several times and I'm incredibly disappointed. And after years of shopping here I'm going to consider other options. read more

Usually was a great company to order from, recently I got 2 carts that did absolutely nothing but irritate my throat and then I ordered a gram of Orange Glue and the cart was only half filled. Called and was told nothing could be done about a "void" product. Shame. read more

Been using these folks several months during the COVID scare & what works best for me is how they do NOT charge you taxes NOR a delivery fee and their minimum is just 35 bucks. So for forty you can often score a quarter ounce or so, if you want to be a penny pincher (like I am. Sure, you can spend more money on higher quality stuff, but since I believe All weed is overpriced to begin with, I don't like encouraging the greed heads.) This all just fills in while my own stash grows out. Some of the strains have been really fun to try- Hash Bar, and ChemDawg, and Lava Cake come to mind. Well anyway I bounce between Budee, these folks, and Caliva, and between all three wind up with reasonable bargains, but it's Lakeside if I feel I can't afford to splurge. read more

Always got the fire & for the best ticket!!! I use them weekly and haven't had an issue yet

I sent them an email to sign up as a new customer, and a guy called back and confirmed I was in the system. I told I would call back in an hour to place an order because I was not home and he said no problem. I call back an hour later and they said I was not in the system and to email them my info again which I did. No call back from them. Thanks for wasting my time, I'll make sure to avoid them! read more

If you are ordering from this company, do not use your debit card. The number at the bottom of your order is not what you will be charged. My order was for $165. The wanted to charge me $175. Instead they took $5 cash and only charged $165 on my card. This place is a bunch of scammers. Instead of listening to advice or suggestions to make their billing clearer for their customers. They are intent on saying they have to do things in this shady manner. Do not provide these people any card information. I had stopped using them in the past due to multiple identity theft issues in the past. The products are very old too. I would recommend checking out companies like Amuse or Top Shelf Express before dealing with this shady company read more

I have gone here for years always prompt delivery and I like Sativa which I buy often from them

Fire great products Friendly customer service Fast delivery Great prices Outstanding products read more

Beautiful (and potent) flowers, fantastic edibles and a great overall product selection. And then there are the employees, especially Alex: "Fantastic" would not them justice, as they are beyond awesome and very big on customer service. I am always asked if I have any questions about any of the product and you can tell that Alex LOVES his job, as do the people I interact with on the phone. Highly recommend! read more

Worst delivery company!!! I ordered my items 3 hours before the company close then when I was waiting outside the company said my driver was outside I sat out there for another 45 mins when I called back. They said that my driver left because I wasn't outside. So I waited for my delivery for 4 hours that never came . Won't be ordering from this company again !!! read more

These guys are great! Super easy to order from, excellent customer service, and super, super fast delivery with an agreeable minimum order. Couldn't be easier to get registered with them, and it's even smoother ordering as a returning customer. They're happy to walk you through products when you have questions and know what they're talking about. :) read more

Lost my business after screwing with me too many times. Cheap 1/8ths, some ok, but they won't tell you they are dry, odorless, and some just have that nasty citrus taste and smell, little effect. All described waaaay different on the site. You'll find seeds too, they won't tell you that. Some batches will be much older, dry, diff color, nasty, but they won't exchange that... tuff luck for you! YOU EAT IT, not them! Happened too many times.. This time was only the 3-4th time trying to return something in over a year and they denied me. Made a big deal and refused to help me. Lost a lifetime customer over the $10-$15 profit of a $45 1/8th. It was more important to them to keep that profit and 'grow their business'. They won't accept reasons you are unhappy, if it doesn't make sense to them, you are screwed. Too many others that put the Customer #1. See ya read more

Rude driver his name is James has no customer service skills ask his multiple times when delivering to please park correctly but he parks on the wrong side of the street goI'm g the wrong way I asked him kindly can you park correctly when he comes here and he agreed to and he still does it every time he comes then wants to debate and argue with me asking me where I work and why I'm telling him how to do his job ....I ask for one simple thing he can't even follow instructions I will never be ordering from here again read more

Had a great experience with Lakeside Remedy. Driver showed up was very nice.. I highly recommend them.. I'll definitely use them again..

I tried them because of the reviews...the delivery guy is very nice and a pleasure to talk too. I ordered gorilla glue 4 and I am very disappointed. they say it is the outdoor grown type but I have tried both indoor and outdoor from other dispensaries and it was always good,, ,did the job. the batch I got from lakeside remedy has had no effect on me at all. unfortunately I ordered it before I left for vacation and just tried it, So disappointed with it that I am afraid to order anything else from them....I will not smoke it. I've been looking for a new place with quality medicine ,,, still searching read more
