I was here a few weeks ago with a friend for the hannah montana event and I unfortunately was harassed by a staff member. I was checked at the door by security two different times during the night (i left to get some food and came back) . Just like the first check the second check i had my keys in hand that had a pepper spray attachment to it and they said nothing about it and let me in. A few minutes later, I had some guy rushing towards me aggressively telling me that I had to give him my keys. I was very uncomfortable with that and told him that I would just rather leave. As I'm walking out, he yelled at me "yeah fucking leave" and I told him that he was acting weird and then he gave me the finger. I started recording because I was uncomfortable with him following me. Truly uncalled for. It was literally a hannah montana event this guy was out of line. read more

Catalyst - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Daly City, California

Whoever answers the phone, clearly your mom did not do a good job with raising you with manners. Not only are you rude, but the information you provided is completely inaccurate. Nobody at the facility is on the same page with protocol and rules . What's the point of calling in to save yourself 45 minutes of a drive to be told one thing and then for them to honor another because somebody made a mistake and it's a good training opportunity.. your training opportunities should NOT be paid by the client but your business . Don't pass on your mistakes . I should have trusted my gut reading the bad reviews. Now I get why . Do better ! read more

I was very disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed disengaged and unaware, and despite placing an online order, the pricing in-store was incorrect. They also didn't apply the coupons as promised. I won't be returning. read more

Security guard wouldn't let me in at 9:20 pm when they closed at 9:30 . Been coming here since they opened and never has that been a problem. New security guard must have wanted to go home early , just lost a loyal customer back to Lytt! read more

Great selection, have some deals for first time purchasers and certain days of the week.

Prices were better before but now they try to sell you the $60+ carts. at this point I rather make the drive to the city and take in the views and munchies read more

Catalyst - The bud-tender claim they were infused on the outside with diamonds so I got it and it turn to be a regular joint but prices were fine - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Daly City, California

This place is so so, I come here for quick affordable joints but last purchase the joints had no weed taste or smell really. More of a floral type joint. I feel like the house cheap pre rolls are either old or faux. Tasted like the ones I bought in New York which I know were faux as the places in NY are not licensed and product isn't real. The other pre rolls are OK, not properly rolled sometimes or loose and flower falls out but that's more of a manufacturer issue. Could be better. Staff is super friendly and always helpful read more

I was actually happy to find this dispensary so close to my neighborhood. I liked it until yesterday! It would have been given 5 stars. But on Friday I received an email at 8:30am announcing a one day sale for 30% off products plus 3x rewards. I arrived shorty after they opened and spent quite a bit of money thinking I was getting a great deal. I was in a bit of a hurry, so the girl bagged my order and put the receipt inside. Unfortunately I trusted that I was getting the sale price! Later that day a second email comes out saying "OOPS! Sorry our mistake. The sale isn't till tomorrow". So basically that was false advertisement, and the consumer should not be punished for the companies mistakes. I called and explained the situation and asked if they would do a price adjustment. The manager was kind of rude and kept acting like I was stupid not understanding that I could come back the next day and make another purchase for the sale price.PLUS the 3x points!! I asked him how it's fair that I pay full price and get 3x the points when everyone on Saturday will get the sale price plus 3x the points. The manager just went in circles with me saying I can come back the next day and buy more for the sale price!! I was so annoyed that it made me decide to write this review. I've also reached out on my social media to friends who I had referred to this place. We all know that we have three dispensaries within a 5-6 mile radius of our area so this dispensary it's not the only place we can go. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE BUT THEIR CUSTOMERS PAY THE PRICE!!! Maybe someone should train their managers better on how to communicate with customers. From here on out, the other two dispensaries will get my business and a few friends have also agreed to spread the word. Such a shame to be ripped off and treated like that As you can see below, they responded saying "So sorry" but still no intent to make it right. That just shows how much they truly care about doing right by their customers read more

So I came back here and it went smooth and fast, but the only thing is I asked the guy who was helping me for the Prerolls from coastal sun and he ended up giving me the flower version of it. I understand that there's a no exchange policy, but shouldn't there be something for when it's employees that messed up on it? Like yes I understand that I could have made sure it was the Prerolls, but he didnt specify which one he rang up for me read more

We spend a lot of $ here monthly and we just left very unsatisfied due to poor customer service from an African American lady who was working today. My husband accident hit his puff inside (it's a habit) and she rudely asked us to leave, telling her other co workers to get us to leave as well and then told security to escort us out. That could've very much been handled differently being that we are returning customers. My husband hit his puff inside there the last time we came and no one confronted us about that. So maybe the team needs extra training or something because that was uncalled for as returning customers. Won't be coming back here again! read more

Recently found this place & I travel from South Bay for all the great deals this place has. 2 stars for the terrible front desk service. Karla checked me in and decided to throw my ID back at me. I mentioned this to the budtender and a customer at the next kiosk said she even threw their ID too. For someone who is the first point of contact for a company, Karla doesn't make anyone feel welcome nor can she complete the simple check in process. read more

So I decided to try this place since it's closer to my house. My complaint is there is a hidden $3.75 fee for debit processor charge that they don't disclose. Why is there a fee for debit card charges when it's comes directly out of your bank account? Can someone please explain this to me? The total on the checkout screen was $25 and they refunded $2.50 that I left in the tip jar (refer to receipt). But when I got home and checked my bank account, I was charged $28.75 (refer to screenshot). Nowhere is this debit processor charge fee reflected on the receipt. I've never ever been charged a fee when I used my debit card. I wasn't charged this fee at the other place I bought the item I needed. You need to disclose this and not give people an unexpected surprise. read more

Fairly decent selection at a pretty good value. They are one of the few places that actually carries my favorite brand

They don't do returns or exchanges & that sucks if the w*ed you buy isn't good, you just have to deal with it

I grew up here, so finding out there's a cannabis club here is WILD. But times are changing! I came here on Christmas Eve and they had a bunch of deals going on. The budtenders were nice and friendly, even the security guard too. It's nice to know I don't have to venture far anymore to get some good tree. Would recommend and will be back. read more

First time here and most definitely will be retuning. Selection was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Reasonable priced items

I was excited about coming to this spot since it's only 5 min from the pad. Selection is decent but the customer service is trash. Don't throw my purchase onto the table at me once the transaction is finished. read more

Ok so they reached back out with a lame excuse that" we value our customers, but still won't do anything about it." Tried to say that it was ordered on my mom's account which it was.. and thats what I told them. I ordered it online under her account because I was unable to pick it up. Nothing should have been changed from the online order. Not sure why I recieved something other then what was ordered. Granted my mom is almost 70 and isn't the sharpest tool.. we called immediately and explained that we didnt get what was on the initial order. The front desk then went and asked the manager if they could exchange it since it was un-opened, and they said yes! Then my 70 year old mom drives back up there just for you guys to turn her away and say sorry we cant help you.. The manager says I'm spreading "false information?" Not sure how leaving a review about exactly what happened is misinformation. Sounds like a cop out instead of standing on customer service. read more

I had such a great experience here! A new dispensary close to home. I love how half the store is shop and pick items from the shelves while they have a huge flower selection at the counter. I was helped out by Irene and she was so sweet! I picked out some baby pre rolls, and my favorite wyld gummies! Having a huge discount on almost everything so you should check them out asap read more

Can't give 0 stars. Awful dispensary that won't take new customers. Told it was open, show up, power outrage, told to still go upstairs. Go upstairs denied first time patient. Management was absolute shit at handling the miscommunication, basically told me to kick rocks and walked away to fuck off or something. Don't give them your money they deserve to shut down. read more
