Sure, it might just be their tech, but I like that they remember who I am when I call. (You can order online) The product is great and matches the useful descriptions. Sometimes I'm like what does that actually mean? Pricing is very good with a wide range. It's nice to see that. Best of all, the Lakeside crew are honest. I misheard my total. I paid my delivery person too much. He didn't have to tell me Many people wouldn't have. But he did- something I really appreciate. I can't remember the last time I gave a 5 star for something that wasn't food, or even, for food. Lakeside earned my nod. I recommend for who might be a little nervous about delivery.

Take your money to embarc, or other delivery services. They don't even know how to use or troubleshoot the third party applications that are responsible for taking online payments which is very concerning. I spoke to a lady name Corina or Chelsea.. something along those lines and she was NO help. In fact, she LIED about the BarterPay customer service number stating the number is 8444420. When I asked for area code she said there is not one which we both know is a lie. Heads up if you live in a nice area the delivery drivers aren't discreet and will walk up to your door/park in your driveway with your delivery rather than staying in the car. You will have to note in your order that you will go to them. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

This has been an extremely trying time and WCMF has done literally everything possible (including coming in on Thanksgiving) to help me, both as a patient and as a person, and not everyone has done that, they are among the very best that our Green industry has to offer. Very few businesses treat their customers with the respect and dignity that these wonderful people do, you can't go wrong with West Coast Medical Finest. (And my personal recommendation is that you try Sublime.)

She immediately tells me, "Oh, we don't have that," even though the online inventory clearly says you do. Then she proceeds to hand me Cyber Punch instead. I get to my car and realize she gave me the wrong pre-rolls, so I go back in. Instead of just fixing it, she wants to argue with me like I didn't say the name of the strain. She keeps repeating, "I asked you if it was sativa or hybrid, and you said hybrid." What difference does that make when I told you the name -- Chernobyl? The whole interaction was confusing and unnecessary. Get someone with actual customer service skills who doesn't act like they're irritated, rushed, or annoyed by having to do their job. Her stank @ss attitude was rude and dismissive, enough for me not to return. However, the Security person who checked me in was very kind and friendly, perhaps upgrade him to customer service!
