Every time I come in here it's a vibe. It reminds me of going to the og dispensaries back before it was legalized commercially. You walk in, check in at the front, and enter into a mid-sized room with floor to ceiling variety for all your weed needs. The whole staff are really down to earth and friendly and Chris was really knowledgeable in answering all my questions. He did some mental math so that I could make the most out of my budget (which ya girl desperately needed), and he offered up some deals they were having that day. Super friendly staff and great selection. One of the only dispensaries I ever choose to visit in the city. read more

I went to Boomerang in San Francisco today to pick up Chernobyl -- the exact name I gave the woman at the front, a Hispanic lady working the counter. She immediately tells me, "Oh, we don't have that," even though the online inventory clearly says you do. Then she proceeds to hand me Cyber Punch instead. I get to my car and realize she gave me the wrong pre-rolls, so I go back in. Instead of just fixing it, she wants to argue with me like I didn't say the name of the strain. She keeps repeating, "I asked you if it was sativa or hybrid, and you said hybrid." What difference does that make when I told you the name -- Chernobyl? The whole interaction was confusing and unnecessary. Get someone with actual customer service skills who doesn't act like they're irritated, rushed, or annoyed by having to do their job. Her stank @ss attitude was rude and dismissive, enough for me not to return. However, the Security person who checked me in was very kind and friendly, perhaps upgrade him to customer service! read more

It's a fun little location, but is a tad bit small. It's only an issue when it is busy, but they have a system for that. The selection is good and the price isn't too much for it being in the city a bit. Their first-time customer bonus is also a great bonus. read more

I was a loyal customer here for a little while. But I don't understand why the dude at the front counter needed to tell me how it was biden's fault that the gas prices were high. Talking about the gentleman with the white beard. I didn't bring up politics, Biden, or gas prices. I'm not even going to get into why this is factually wrong, because I never wanted to engage with this conversation to begin with. That's not what I go to dispensaries for. It's taking me a while to come around to writing this, but obviously this wasn't something that just slid off my back after losing my mom and other family members to COVID. The last thing I need when I go to buy weed is this political nonsense. read more

There's nothing better than a great dispensary with great staff. No matter the time of the day and regardless of who's working I am always given the best service. There's always something new in store and staff is amazing at answering any questions regarding products. Trust me when I say this dispensary should be your go to. Besides what's better than dank weed at the best prices? And if that wasn't enough they've got the cutest puppy as a store mascot. read more

Came to this gem of a dispensary last week and I will definitely be coming back. Everyone I encountered was open friendly and kind. Michael was my budtender, and was extremely knowledgeable of all their products and helped me being what I could hope for. The dispensary itself is beautifully curated and products are all on display. Their Stiilzy display was awesome and there's so much to choose from. At the end of the day you cannot go wrong here. I came from Emeryville and it's worth the drive. I highly recommend you check it out you will NOT be sorry. read more

I stumbled upon Bloomerang walking‍ in my neighborhood in the Portola District and was soo happy to find a dispensary just down the street from my house. It's very convenient that they're right off the freeway(Paul Ave exit) and on the main Muni Bus route on San Bruno Ave. (Muni8, 9, 29). I used to have to go to the Mission District or Downtown to get my cannabis needs, now I can just walk down the street to get what I need. They're a New Dispensary with some great products and amazing deals such as Bloom Cartridges(Buy One 1 Gram Cartridge & Get One .5 Gram Carts 50% off), Stiizy Pods (they're prices are cheaper than the actual Stiiizy Store), and Kahna Gummies(Best Tasting Gummies). You get FREE merch too when you buy and Stiiizy or Platinum Vape products. They have affordable prices with quality products and no hidden fees compare to their other competitors. They great deals every week. You should check them out @BloomerangSF on IG or FB. The budtenders, receptionsts and security are very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. If you don't know what kind of high you would like to be on, they will take the time to figure it out with you and make sure that they offer you the best deals of the day. Come check them out and you'll know what I'm talking about. They also have a really cute store puppy named Bango who is always there greeting you with it's cute puppy face! Your heart will melt when you meet him. I'm definitely going to continue to supporting my local business as they support my medicinal needs It's a hidden GEM and more people need to come thru and check them out and support! read more

I was looking for an economical but enjoyable pre-roll for the evening; Tommy recommended something I had (unconsciously) avoided. He pointed out the "Peanut Butter Breath", it it was priced reasonably and had two pre-rolls; half-gram each. This is Pacific Stone if you want to know. The doobs were well-rolled! More of a controlled burn by going thinner and longer. I like it! The head was indeed, as Tommy said, mellow and righteous. I am glad to make this purchase. IIt was 11 (eleven) bucks, OTD. read more

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT BLOOMERANG,,,I love how close the shop is, nice set up , nice lobby, and security... But A few minutes ago i walked over from home, and Came in i was greeted by the Nice Security Officers in the Bloomerang Lobby.. Right next to him was a young guy in a nice Blue Supreme sweater, thinking it was a Select Cartridge Sweater, he replied to me Saying "This is Supreme N!&&@" as a First timer, and African American , and Him as a Representative/ Budtender i felt offended and emotional, just due to the fact i struggle with being a minority and because as a former Cannabis Budtender i felt like his respinse could of been more friendly.. i was so frustrated that i lied and said i forgot something in my car,, i didn't feel comfortable.. i Love what Bloomerang is doing for the Predominantly African American and Asian community that they do business in ,by providing cannabis, and conveniency.. But Professionalism on that particular Gentleman should have been practiced read more
