This location is open, bright, and has a wide variety of products! They're sorted by ingestibles, vapes, and have a big flower bar at the back where you can talk with someone in-depth about the herb selection. They have various displays throughout that are sponsored by the different brands they sell. They even occasionally have live demos, where people from the brands come to offer samples, information, and discounts on their products. There are always weekly specials, so make sure to check those out to try and save some money! Each time I've come in here, the staff has been friendly, engaging, and helpful. They are well-trained, and knowledgeable about the different products and brands. If you have questions, or need recommendations for a specific brand or strain, just ask! If you're new to Cannabis, you can just tell them the feeling you want (sleepy, energy, focus), and how you want it (eat, drink, vape, smoke, etc). Every experience I've had at this location has been positive. I feel bad for not mentioning everyone, but specifically big shouts out to Casey, Kirk, Cairo, and Davante! She keeps repeating, "I asked you if it was sativa or hybrid, and you said hybrid." What difference does that make when I told you the name -- Chernobyl? The whole interaction was confusing and unnecessary. Get someone with actual customer service skills who doesn't act like they're irritated, rushed, or annoyed by having to do their job. Her stank @ss attitude was rude and dismissive, enough for me not to return. However, the Security person who checked me in was very kind and friendly, perhaps upgrade him to customer service!
