First time going here, was having the worst day and wandered to Authentic 415. The budtender was super sweet and helpful. After a crap day, this was honestly the best part of my day. They have a great selection of anything you could possibly want. Ended up scooping up an infused stizzy joint. Cool place, glad I went here. read more

The bud tender told that to get 30% off was too complicated... Apparently, there is no discount for seniors either. A bit overpriced so I won't be back; just 1/2 ounce this time. read more

We had an amazing bud tender Azalyn (I hope that's how you spell their name). All the staff has been incredibly kind, I can't recommend it enough! read more

This man called me a cunt several times in the store and outside the store. The bud tender didn't even say anything. Just stood there while I was feeling attacked and extremely uncomfortable. There were also 6 men behind me that didn't say shit. Thanks so much for nothing. I hope someone recognizes this man. Shame on him. I also know that there's an option to hide my review so let's hope it's not hidden when I search it up on another account read more

I really like this place. Convenient and cool aass staff. The owners story is dope too.

I first started going to this spot out of convenience but have continued to go here based on prices and the friendliness of the staff. They do great deals - I would check their site or IG to verify which days of the week they do what. I like to go on Thursdays in particular for their flower deals. Staff has always been super nice and helpful; they're also knowledgeable about their products. Most cannabis shops I've gone to in the past feel over priced and somehow find ways to nickel and dime you? But not here, its always been a pleasant and genuine experience. Highly recommend! read more

I was helped by the Budtender named Nancy. Nancy is super patient and helpful. Always a good experience when I visit.

Was hoping to visit but they can't even pick up the phone,Ihad called 5 Times plus I think they're budtenders do it on purpose makes 0 sense L fkn dispo already crazy bc it's only 4 years old smh if yall want a real dispo head somewhere else bc this one isn't it . read more

My new favorite spot. I'm here throughout the week, they have the best deals and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Everything I have tried I love. I can tell there is intention behind choosing the product they have in stock. Love the drinks and gummies. Gonna try the flower next. read more

Got some bad gummies one time but they got the best deals on stizzy pods. Come in on Wednesdays and the live resin carts are a better deal than I can find anywhere. Cool people. The manager didn't want to do anything about the stale/bad gummies but someone else reached out to ask how they could make it better. Overall love this spot and they have fire flower and cartridges for good prices. read more

Staff is nice and always receives a warm welcome . I definitely recommend them over other clubs.

I may be newer to the scene, but so far Authentic 415 has had been a great dispensary in a really convenient location for us. We usually focus on the edibles and gummies, and the selection + deals on Plus gummies have been amazing. I'm just getting into flower, and the budtenders have been patient and educational. read more

Patience that's what they do have. Not to many farms, but they new so its expected. I'll be back good music selection and bright atmosphere! read more

Great selection, great location and excellent deals. Stiiizy products are all discounted and the staff here is hella chill. Best management and they even are fully stocked unlike the other locations. Only issue is that some products are really old but nevertheless awesome to have options. read more

Best price and service hands down in the whole city and probably the whole bay. For example, a quarter zip bag of black 7g stizzy weed only costs $30 when you buy more than 1, whereas other places will charge you double. Pods are also solid price. Edibles are hit or miss with the inventory as they always sell out, but hey, that's says how legit this place is. Wait is never long either. Favorite dispensary and highly recommended to each one of my fellow potheads read more

Low-end. There's a reason that the security guard is the only person you ever see out front. Totally Agree with Ian W. Overpriced, Worst experience read more

I've been here several times, and have always left with a bad taste in my mouth. For whatever reason, the service is always terrible. Maybe it's because I don't always know what I'm looking for, maybe it's because the staff is always having a bad day, but I've never had a good experience interacting with the budtenders. They just stand there and stare at me impatiently, despite the store always being empty whenever I'm there. No offering to help, no asking if I have any questions or need advice, but just short remarks with attitude. When I do ask questions, the way they respond makes me feel stupid for asking in the first place. Sure as hell doesn't seem like they want my business. The products I get here are always good - nothing wrong with their selection or prices in my opinion. But this will probably be the last time I visit the store...every time I come here I don't want to come back due to the workers, but I still try time and time again hoping my experience will be different. After a year of hoping, I'm giving up and going somewhere else. read more

This place just opened up 3 months ago! The staff here are very knowledgeable and can attend to customers preferences. They have a large assortment of edibles, flowers, etc. It's nice to have a dispensary in this part of town! read more

its unfortunate that this store is owned by a city native, and San Francisco natives can't event support. I come in this store, rarely, based off the real old supply. I can in last week and a budtender said a deal would be on every Tuesday. I come today, and that deal is not up. only Stiiizy brands, if this is a STIIZY store, that should be represented on the sign. unfortunately, I won't be back unless it's an emergency. even the response time for managers to assist in the store. they are losing a lot of money, and wasting a lot of peoples time. would be a great service to honor the deals, as well as let the employees know what's on the menu with deals. Hopefully, in a year when I come back, I can get quality weed, different brands, and assorted price range. it's a lot of inventory from Feb/March. it is July. would have been beneficial to use our employees and customers time better is having the information available to properly service our community. read more

My friend and I went in to browse and buy a couple things today at ~8:45pm on 7/2/22. The front desk guy was very nice, but the budtender was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was looking at what they had in stock and the budtender was rude and rushed my friend and I, telling us to essentially hurry up and make a decision even though we JUST walked up to the counter. I was extremely unsatisfied with how he treated us, neither of us will be returning here. It makes sense that it was pretty dead on a Saturday night. read more

Worse place to grab anything from. Security is super rude for no reason. They wouldn't let me in due to a expired I'd although I have paperwork that allows me to have a temporary and they let me in last time and they are making a big deal this time, shop at berners on Haight for the best deals and better customer service read more

Interior is very clean and the budtenders are always very nice and informative I will recommend this place 9 out of 10 times

If you like completely apathetic, angry, unfriendly and extremely unhelpful service and the old school feeling of buying weed on a street corner from aggressive and sketchy people, this is the place for you. I've been to other dispensaries in SF, Colorado and other places where dispensaries cater to the art of Cannabis and the staff are eager and helpful to understand what you are looking for, guide you on selections and treat it more like buying wine. I've been to Authentic twice as it's a few blocks from my house and honestly will never step foot in there again. Horrible service and environment. Go anywhere else as there are many in the area that actually care about customer service and customers. read more

Yo, advice add menu on the tv screens. I jus went in for a good deal, according to the bud tender... wen I check out the menu on WEBSITE/Weedmaps after purchasing. There are so many other good prices and better tree. read more

Great selection, and the staff are super friendly and nice! Lots of good deals and a convenient location.

I've been coming here since they've first opened. The service has always been great, with no issues. I've visited many dispensaries all over SF. This is in the Top 3 in my opinion. The selection is huge. read more

Don't go here. Horrible service. The worst dispensary experience that I've had. At least the security guard is nice.

Brought my mom here on her first time checking out a club/dispensary! Everybody was so accommodating and very welcoming. Got everything we needed to buy (and some lol)and all the bud tenders were very nice! I forgot their names, one lady from the check in that helped me eventually on choosing which products to get and a gentleman from the front that also helped my mom to get CBD patches and cream! :) When I visited , they also have a variety of deals, promotions and products which not all nearby dispensaries have! My first time here and Im definitely coming back! Kudos to the workers read more
