Well first off I never leave reviews but had to do it for this local up and coming business. It all started yesterday when I was searching for a specific product and called numerous dispensary's for help and kept getting brushed off or put on hold. Ended up finding one close by called Union Station, which I have never heard of before. Called the number and was greeted by Joey, asked if the product was available and not only did he tell me it was but that he was also throwing in an additional 20% off. Mind you I do not know this man but instantly had good vibes from our short convo and from there I headed down to the shop. This is where my experience turned and got even better! Walked in and was greeted by a security guard named Gregorio. Not to mention it was also his birthday. This man was so soft spoken, yet intelligent, charming and full of cool old school San Francisco native stories that I myself could relate too. Ended up hanging with Gregorio for almost an hour. This is a must check out shop as it had great vibes and didn't feel like a place that wanted you in and out. Super cool lounge that I'll definitely be coming back for. I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman by the counter. I kindly ask him what I wanted and what was my budget and was knowledgeable on the things that I was looking for. I like this place cause it has a pay online option and the girl with glasses is always helpful but every time I am getting ringed up by this specific manager they are always having attitude and clearly doesnt understand what pay online means. He always gives me a hard time when I come in the store which makes me not want to come back. He got frustrated told me to pay in cash and forgot to give me back my ID. We Opted for the plush looking Union Station and what a delightful surprise. The place is elegant, sexy, and fun. The front is a nice modern looking store front with affordable prices and a nice selection. Not to embarrass anyone but, the most finely dressed man with the phenomenal tattoos, left me a bit speechless as he presented a few different options. We found our joint of choice (amongst a few other products). We walked away charmed. Please sir continue to delight the public with your smile and your knowledge. First of all the joint was too long for the container so it was crushed bent at the tip. Secondly the herb was trash.
