On Sunday September 13th 2026 a female employee was incredibly rude to me for literally no reason, and my feelings were very hurt by this individual. To the owner of this business, how dare you! Not respond to my original review! You allow your employees to treat customers like dookie, when all they are doing is supporting you! You really think I'm going to let this go! You may have had my review removed but I will continue to write another. So go ahead and flag all you want. Truth is your employee is a horrible person period! Nice try trying to shut me up.

How's this review:…read more This was an amazing experience!! Our tour guide was Joseph who was great! He was extremely knowledgeable about flower and its history. He was also able to show us some cool spots to checkout around town as well. My one thing is, I wish we moved along a little faster. And this wasn't anyone's fault, but we were only able to make it to two dispensary until the group decided to part ways for lunch haha. We stopped in this amazing dispensary with a lounge and got submerged in good flower and good conversation and time went by just like that. Overall, I definitely recommend this tour!

I really enjoyed the tour, the guides are passionate about their work and very knowledgeable. I…read morelove history and there is so much to hear about, 1 hour wasn't nearly enough. I could have easily enjoyed another hour hearing more. There are infinite ways the presentation could have evolved: local laws, CA laws, National laws, the effects of consumption (it's not like alcohol), differences with clones, why there are so many clones (aren't they all basically the same? Are there perceptible differences?), why are there so many ways to consume (which are more or less potent), safety and risks etc. The second part, the visit to SPARC was really nice too. The host there, Michael, worked with our group and was very knowledgeable and never appeared bored when I asked newbie questions that he probably hears all day long. He treated me like I was his most important customer in that moment. In terms of suggestions, maybe take less time at SPARC and afterward do a debrief to hear more history. In other words, start with 1 hour history at Green Door, 60-90 min SPARC, plus 1 hour debrief and more history. There was so much for the guides to say, so much interesting history. Overall it's 5 stars. Yes room to make even better. I would have paid a little more money to hear more history and have more Q&A.

The staff are amazing to get you in and out real quick if you wanna look for yourself or you want some help, just let them know and then the other thing is they have some great values. They can sell you things that are on sale or special and you can get out of there with something that's worth like maybe $150 a total for about 75 or 80 bucks Then don't forget everything they have is tested and certified so they don't have anything off the street there. Their stuff is run through the lab test as you know you're getting pure or whatever it says on it it's date stamped and they keep their selections they don't you don't go in there and find out they don't have this and they don't have that once gonna highly recommend and that's why they're five star

Since I was 5min away, I requested contact less delivery (mail slot that goes directly inside my house), so I wouldn't make him wait. I didn't want him to leave them outside, but before I could even explain that, he starts getting aggressive and rude, so I requested to just cancel. He says I'm "wasting his time at midnight", mind you it was 10:30pm. He proceeds to curse at me, including calling me a "bitch". Not sure why this even had to escalate there. This all happened within a 60 second phone call, so this owner clearly has no self control and cannot regulate their emotions.

The vibes are relaxing where you don't have to carry anything with you (besides ID and Wallet). They provide lighters, ash trays, paper, grinders, etc. at tables and booths. When buying you can do Debit/Credit/Cash and that's what made me want to visit and see how they are because it's so rare for a dispo to accept credit! However do note there is a fee depending on how you want to pay. I got a pack of 4 diamond infused joints and it ran me to $41 because I paid with credit. The day I went was a Thursday, Sept 17, and it was ladies night! It was so awesome they had a DJ and women-owned vendors! They gave out so much free stuff I'm so sad I couldn't take any with me! I'm talking bout they had a dab room, free box full of goodies, stickers, and cart/pens. Even being a male in a female space they made me feel welcomed and I appreciate everything the ladies did that night! I came to SF for a work trip and in this small time I got to spend here it was great. Not only is Moe Greens service amazing; the event collaborators they collaborate with are sweet and amazing to talk to as well. They will all make sure you feel welcomed. I can't wait to come back with some friends to enjoy what I experienced!
