I was out for a walk and passed by Moe Greens. I had not seen a smoking lounge in the US before and stopped in. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were super friendly. The lounge was clean, comfortable and well ventilated with good music. They also have an area where you can rent a Volcano dry herb vape or other apparatus. Tuesday is bingo night. Had a fun time enjoying a pre-roll and playing bingo. The bingo caller was great and they had a smoke break between each round. They seemed a bit more expensive than other places but I think it was worth it. They do have discounts and accept the CA MMIC card. read more

Freaking awesome! Loved everything about this place. The budtenders were friendly and very knowledgeable! They had a great selection of everything I wanted - edibles, rolls, pens and they even had hookah!!! There was a dab event going on while we were there with the sweetest young lady forgive me I cannot think of her name but I think she started the organization black girls dab. The lounge was comfy and they had water and popcorn. The only thing that killed the vibe was the two-man band on sunday. They were allegedly supposed to be playing jazz and let's just say they weren't playing jazz. If they had an actual real jazz band or jazz singer on Sunday that would be great. What a hidden gem in the city. My husband and I came to visit for a concert last month and stumbled upon this establishment. First off, the receptionist who checked us in was wonderful. The bud tenders were equally as friendly and not anything like many bud tenders, especially in Vegas, who act like they are too cool for school. We got a phenomenal deal on a goodie bag they were offering for Halloween. About 8 items for $90! Next up we took a journey into their consumption lounge which was so classy and well ventilated. I'm not really a regular at dispensaries so don't know enough to comment on their supply but their staff was very friendly and helpful! You're in SF so be ready for a charge or tax on everything including the ATM or debit fee. GO TO YOUR BANK or a fee free ATM first if you don't already have cash. My total was something like 85 then after the weird way they charge you it was $93 but they were handing me $3.50 or something back in cash. It's a weird process (not there fault I understand out of state transactions and card processing restrictions) so just bring cash before. Also kinda lame they charge $5 to rent the bong, but I get it, someone has to clean and wash it after. All in all, great experience! The good: The club setup and environment is absolutely awesome, 10/10. Dab bar is fun and convenient. I also find it cool that they do events here all the time, they have a great space for it. They have a rewards system that gives a tiny bit of credit for each purchase which is a nice surprise after a while of spending. Lastly, they are conveniently located near my apartment, rarely busy, and open when I need it. The bad: The worst thing about this place is the prices. Sometimes they are 2x the cost or worse in many cases compared to neighboring clubs for an identical product. Their online page does not include taxes or display deals either. A gram of Stiizy rosin here is 33+tax ($41 total) and $18 out the door at a stiizy club or 415 authentic. Purple star 1 bart stop over is also about 30% cheaper on most stuff and has way better variety; probably why they stay crowded. Its sad because it is usually cheaper for me to buy an uber to and from a club and get what I want elsewhere rather than just walking across the street. Bud-tenders are mostly nice but also almost never tell you about the deals going on - then you see them on the wall walking out. Product selection is decent but not very vast; they do carry some really high quality stuff. Overall it's great if you don't care about prices. Unfortunately for me, the additional cost markup here is one of the biggest factors keeping them from being my go to club. read more

Walked in with my girlfriend, and had what I would consider a condescending patronizing chat with a budtender. We came in to check out the store first time, and while there was no one there, the guy behind the counter didn't move, just chatted with his coworker staring at us the whole time. We made a full circle back where he intercepted us at the counter, and asked us what we wanted. Just straight up "what do you want". No hello, no how's it going, just immediate stand-offish attitude like we were foreigners here to piss on his territory. We were looking at the counter display, immediately picked up the stand-offish tone, and said "we're browsing, thank you." in hopes of waving a white flag that said we come in peace. I'd rather avoid anything from a guy with a chip on his shoulder the size of a redwood. Apparently he didn't appreciate the fact that we didn't know what we wanted, and tone switched into a fake white voice, and patronizing asked "what are you looking for", not trying to hide his condescension and disdain. Clearly we weren't welcome, or this guy wasn't cut out for the retail life that he had chosen. Given our first time in the store, we were excited to check it out. Unfortunately we encountered the meanest, most territorial, chip-on-his-shoulder bull dog of a barista. Bad Customer Service..The guy with Dreds told us about deals after I've already purchased some flower. I came with my friend who was the same race as I African American. We noticed when it came time for our turn at the counter an African American guy gets told to help us. That would have been ok but he had no knowledge of great customer service and /or product. The body language was "I'm high and just going through the motions ". The first bud showed was $78 an eighth. Which came off as "We (the club) just want you to spend as much money as possible like he was working on commission. Came to Moe Greens on a Saturday evening after dinner. There were empty tables to snag in the lounge to enjoy consumption. My friend told me during Covid they had board games, but I didn't see any - bummer! Next time we'll bring our own cards :). They do have free popcorn though! Moe Greens is cool because you can rent out some really nice equipment to try different ways to consume. It's like going to grab a drink with friends, but instead you're hanging out, chilling taking dabs. They also have great products available like PAX! My only piece of feedback is at the bud counter they immediately recommend the product with the highest THC. I know some people are looking for that, but if someone hasn't consumed before and that's what they are being recommended from the get-go, they're probably not going to have the best consumption experience. I'd suggest the bud tenders ask the customers their experience level and also what they are hoping to feel that night.
