Only making this because the lady in there is extremely rude I just left the store and she is just really unwelcoming. This isn't the first time she had horrible customer service either. I was happy to find this location because it was close to home but after today and dealing with this cashier's attitude I will not be returning. Please train the workers on customer service. She didn't even greet me lol like I get people have bad days but it seems like every time I go and she's working she's having a bad day smh. read more

Nearly every time I come here I'm disappointed. They never have what I want like the one on Mission so I just won't be wasting my gas's or time coming here anymore. read more

The store is pretty small, but had a great selection, great sales and super helpful staff!

Best dispensary, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to those who help me and always go beyond the call of duty.

As an avid smoker. I DO NOT recommend Stiiizy. Their product is not good. Pods always get clogged. Pods Leak. I've tried every battery on they have ever made. I go back to them time and time again because of simplicity but it's no longer worth it. I went in two days before Christmas because I had just bought a Stiiizy pod in Concord and I live in SF. I went to my regular Stiiizy store on Brannan and they refused to help me because I didn't buy the pod from them. WILD! Will never by Stiiizy again because of this experience. I have spent thousands and you wouldn't take care of a busted pod. Mind you this is the first time I have ever returned a pod because it has done this even though it wasn't the first. I will take my business to Airgraft which is a far superior product. read more

Worst location out of all the Stiiizy's in the Bay Area. Extremely rude and incompetent security guard that sits on his phone and has a completely horrible attitude.Female manager also extremely incompetent and doesn't even know what valid forms of ID are in the state of California. Go to the Parkmerced location, these people are completely incompetent here and lacking product. Time to clean house and hire new store management and staff as well as a new security company. Been coming to Stiiizy for over 5 years and this was the worst interaction I've ever had at their locations. Horrible horrible horrible. read more

This place has false advertisement and would not honor that was clearly on there online menu poor customer service will never come here again please do not support this business as it does not honor its pricing read more

Amazing customer service by Jacob C. Seriously. Having shopped in numerous states over the years, budtenders are usually just there to be a cashier. But the customer service I received was actually top tier and I had a great experience at this location. They also had a great sale going on with store brand products as well as another local vendor so I left being a very happy customer. read more

there was plenty of options. The place was very clean big the customer service was outstanding. I told The sales person when I was looking for, and their suggestion was outstanding. Can't wait to come back to San Francisco to go again. read more

Everytime I go in, no matter who waits on me they are all knowledgeable and very helpful. I do have one gripe, last time I was there, a line was forming more than four peeps and one of the workers (only two workers) at this time. The co-worker grabbed the drawer and went behind another door and counted the drawer right then and there and left her co- worker hanging. The co-worker handled like a champ but it just didn't seem cool with patients & customers waiting. The co-worker never had anything to say about it. I don't think she cared one way or the other. It was never acknowledged by her. It's hard to stand for along time for some of us, do to disabilities. Thank you all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! See you Jerilyn M read more

Garbage customer service, security was rude, Marisol and Myka were horrible as far as being professional and nice. Way better places to go in the city than this hole in the wall crap of a dispensary read more

Horrible, incompetent guard at check in, bad service, took forever. All other locations in SF are great but this one is not it

Once I got inside, everyone was very nice and welcoming. The person who helped me was very informative, I got what I was looking for and it was cheaper than I expected. However, the two armed security guards outside are intimidating, which is maybe the point but not very welcoming... they chatted with me and asked for my id before I went in but still, I felt intimidated to go in. Overall good experience and if I am in the area again I would go back for sure. read more

Giving it two stars cause the security guard was nice. So we step in first time here and the guy working at around 1:50pm yelled at everyone stating to stay in line. The guy was so rude I have never experience such an attitude from a cannabis worker and the sarcasm was unbelievable. Even before we left the security guard apologized sharing to have a good day. If this is the kind of workers they hire def count me out. read more

This dispensary is incredibly welcoming and professional. Come to this STIIIZY if you'd like a high end experience and product with low end prices. I come here often and the other week two dudes who assist me here and there remembered my order and had it ready before I got to the counter!!! Everyone at this establishment is super chill and knowledgeable about the product. Best dispensary in SF in my opinion. read more

Terrible service here. I went at 9:45 today and the guy at the front told me they are closed already. 15 minutes before closing which is ridiculous. That's unprofessional & misleading , on the website it says they close at 10pm & I still seen customers inside. They were rude as well read more

I really enjoy going here! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They always make sure that I get what I need.

went about a week ago when power was out and was rudely sent off by private security with the gun. went today also was rudely let in by the same private security guard. i had to give my identification 2 times once at the door. once i got in i was told that i had to give my phone number to get receipts i forcefully declined and and asked for paper receipts. security followed me inside made me feel like a thief. lol. when i asked for how much for live resin 1g pods. you wouldn't believe it 58 dollars. i could get 2 of those at those prices! read more

every time I went to stiizi on brannan , it has been the same disappointment.. they have employees siting in the back and employees in the front counting products and doing inventory , but no one seem to be bothered by customers waiting in line .. you can't even approach the display to look at the products , they tell you to stand in line with a fake smile on . rude and annoying place . read more

Great spot with a good vibe! I got some dank tree for about 20$ an eighth, clean smoke.
