At this point, cannabis products are a commodity, so what differentiates dispensaries is the service. The staff here are always terrific: helpful, honest but sometimes their recommendations (when it comes to edibles) is hit/miss. Even so, I believe they're doing their best, which can't be said for the staff at many dispensaries. read more

I was hugged and touched inappropriately and verbally harassed by one of the owners of Eureka Sky. I've also personally witnessed several specific incidents of extreme rudeness and harassment to customers by Desmond and Pam. We as a community deserve better than this. This is California, buy your weed anywhere else. If you have experienced any of this, please have the courage to speak out. #metoo read more

I am not comfortable with how pushy the owner is with customers. I've been smoking weed in California my entire life. Came in for a simple pre-roll, this guy Desmond was rude to me as a customer, and I overheard him tell a salesperson, "he doesn't matter, he's just here for a preroll". I was just trying to get some weed before doing lunch at Delores with friends. This guy was a messed-up buzzkill. read more

Lush high-quality selection; staff friendly & knowledgable (shoutout Dex!), plus the space is beautiful

Great selection. Good deals. Super friendly staff. Angelo is just the best! Solid neighborhood business. Friday sale on flower

Great selection, decent prices, excellent service. I decided to start going to a store in person rather than using a delivery service, and I didn't regret it! read more

I had a good experience the first time here. The second time did NOT go as well. I was looking for infused joints and my guy Angelo sold me some joints in a cigarette like pack. 47 % plus THC and they were total duds! $54 for 4 joints and they were crap! I took these back to Angelo at Eureka Sky and he basically told me "tough shit" and I left. Never to return! Find a different retailer, not somebody who will rip you off for $50. read more

Very friendly staff, nice selection and it is centered in the heart of the Castro. Eva selection of edibles and Gummies, and some of the best Flowr in California read more

After this evening, not at all! I wanted to purchase a single preroll and I was told I couldn't. They said because it was the last one it couldn't be reentered into the system... which is wrong. They then proceeded to tell me there was a $3.50 fee for using Debit Cards but they have to round to nearest 10 dollars and I would get the difference back but rather than $6.50, I was handed $3.10. Is that the difference between 10 and 3.50? Nope!!! Also, the service was slow and not knowledgeable at all! The fact is that charging a fee for using a Debit Card is illegal as it is just like cash. A credit card yes, but if I have to enter my PIN, it is automatically removed from my account. Numerous businesses have had class action suits over this issue. Think about it! read more

I first came in 2021 when they just opened and had a horrible experience. There was literally no order when walking in, no one wearing something to show they work there and the man "working" was flirting with some guy for 20 mins before acknowledging that I was waiting to be checked in to buy products. The entire time he spoke to me he forcibly moved me around with his hands on my shoulder and then as I went to ask him to please take his hand off me because I kept trying to step over he misgenders me extremely loud. When I told him he needed to be more aware of not assuming peoples genders considering I look nothing like a "lady" and it's 2021 in the Castro. I reluctantly went back a few weeks ago because this is the only dispensary in the Castro and experienced having a snarky and rude budtender who just seemed annoyed that he was checking me in. I asked where the menu was since he didn't seem interested in answering my questions and I find it easier to look at a menu than dealing with a budtender annoyed with me asking what they have. He pointed to the menu in front of him as if I'm an idiot when the menu in front was not working at all. The menus never seem to work here but if you're going to hire people who are unwelcoming and easily annoyed with someone not knowing what they want right away then at least fix your menus so I can interact with your staff less. read more

Lately I've been disappointed with Eureka Sky's service in general, and this interaction a few days ago really irritated me and seemed scammy or bait-and-switch. I went in to take advantage of a 10% off sale. At checkout, the guy said he was giving me 5% off for "points" I had accumulated, but the price still seemed wrong given that a $29 item was totaling out to $50. I said the website listed the product 10% off today, and he replied very dismissive/talk-to-the-hand, that yeah, with tax and ATM fee, the price was correct. I go home and can't shake the feeling I was overcharged, so I dig out the receipt and sure enough, I didn't get the 10% sale discount, just my earned 5%. Sadly, I think that guy is the manager. I'll be shifting my loyalty back to Apothecarium, despite its inventory management shortcomings. Eureka Sky just doesn't feel 100% above-board. read more

This is a great dispensary! LGBT owned and operated. The staff and security team are very friendly! They were open during the pandemic and offered a safe purchase environment. This head shop or weed shop has a great selection of products. You can purchase online for pick up and delivery, or just go inside and purchase. They accept cash and credit cards. But they will charge you a fee for using credit cards. They do have this "cash" payment system with CanPay that allows dispensaries to take cash through a direct debit from your checking account. read more

Eureka Sky - Pride edibles - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - San Francisco, California

I'd love to rate this place. The first time we came by, they had a sign on the door that they were closed for inventory until 5pm. It was my fiancée's birthday, so we decided to wait it out a few hours in the neighborhood. Came back and the sign was replaced with just CLOSED. That was pretty frustrating. Tried again tonight. My fault for assuming that they'd be open til 10 like most dispensaries.. but we missed them again. I highly encourage management to post hours on the door sometime soon. Looking forward to updating my rating once we can get in the door! read more

I had the luxury of being consulted by a stud named Ben. It's important to be honest with your sales team so I laid my cards down and he knew exactly what I needed. Yessir, I left that store HAPPY af. Thank you again. read more

It's easy supporting gay-owned businesses when they're this good. Everyone is always crazy nice and attentive at Eureka Sky. They really work with you so you walk out with exactly what you want and get the experience you're looking for. The space is always clean. Even the security guard is nice and helps usher folks to the right counter. I love that they have great deals on Fridays and the owners are super sweet. 10/10. I never want to shop at another dispensary again. And I don't even know these people! read more

Eureka Sky - Cart and gummies. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - San Francisco, California

This store seems poorly managed and often not very clean. There never seems to be security in the morning and I did not feel safe shopping recently while there was so much commotion happening outside of the door of the store. Also, as many have already stated, there always seems to be an issue with the discounted items. Hardly ever do they automatically apply to the purchase, and am often left waiting for a budtender to scramble for management to help with the discounts. This has happened on numerous occasions that it has become laughable now. My wife and I will be shopping at Flore or the Apothecarium moving forward - these dispensaries are also located in the Castro and have much better security, customer service, discounts, and products in general! read more

So kind and patient to new partakers. But also have so much for more experienced folks. Have great deals and offers. Michael is the best!

I have found my new favorite dispensary. Eureka Sky is easy to get to and very welcoming. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by friendly faces and a warm "Hello". The budtenders are quite knowledgeable and take the time to explain things in a clear and understandable way. As I said...I've found my new favorite dispensary. read more

Came to this establishment during pride weekend. That may have been my mistake, maybe? $33 for a pack of edibles? Seemed way excessive to me. I was disappointed with this dispensary today. It's so conveniently located but I don't think I'll be back. When I came in looking for my sleep gummies, the sales person was helpful and noted that there was a "buy two get one free" deal today. So I got three packs of gummies to take advantage of it. As he was ringing me up, the sales person said I could also get another variety of the gummies for just $1. I didn't really care about the extra pack but was willing to try them. But then the total was much higher than I thought it would be. I asked the sales person if I got the one free he mentioned, and he showed me there was a $24 discount on the receipt. It wasn't until I looked closely at the receipt (at home) that I saw the discount was taken off the $1 pack, and I'd paid full price for the three packs of gummies I bought. No thank you to that kind of service. read more

A beautiful place with fantastic employees who get you lifted - and not just in the sense of cannabis, but by the positive attitudes emulated by their wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated by owners Ray and Desmond, the place sparkles with fabulousity (if that were a word) and charm. Eureka Sky delivers both the best product and the best service. Located in the colorful and lively Castro district, this dispensary stands out and is in a league of it's own. Close to many shops, you can finish your lit mission with a famous 'Hot Cookie', which is located just around the corner!!! Do yourself a favor and pop in to your new, one stop pot shop! =) read more

This rating is more for the pricing and lack of transparency around what customers are charged. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Unfortunately there is no formal menu listing the products and their prices. There are two IPads with their website and products listed, but they aren't at the main counter where you actually choose what you want to buy. I had to pull out my phone and refer to the products I was interested in. I was informed that almost everything I was interested in were on sale and I saw the price on the website but apparently it was not accurate. I also was told that the total price was $140 and I ended up being charged $150. The entire process was confusing and cumbersome. It's unfortunate because I really want to support them but I don't feel comfortable with the process of buying and not having consistency and transparency around pricing. read more

This club was the best, if not the funnest. Huge selection, yet the highlight was staff. It was here where we got the low-down: apparently gays love succulents, tight buds and ...not standard poodles, that's so 20 years ago...now they've created their own dog that they have to c-section out. WHAT?!? Had so much fun here and left with a lovely selection. Yes, honey, we'd love to have you visit us Texas. We shall return. Kisses!! read more

Great selection of products, knowledgeable and super friendly/funny staff. Kyle and Dave were awesome !!

I went in yesterday to get some refills for my pen and accidently left the sleeve on the old cartridge. I went back today and the manager David, went out of his way to help me by looking in the back to see if there was another or find my old cartridge. None for my specific model. So guess what!!! David gave me an new battery pen for free. WHAT! Meanwhile I was having a nice chat with the security dude about his home town Chicago. It made me leave the store feeling like I love people! That doesn't happen very often. Aint going anywhere else ever again. This place has my loyalty. Always tip, be kind and polite; karma comes back. This store is classy, professional, affordable and knowledgeable. Thank you David! read more

I've become a regular Eureka SKY customer. The staff treat me warmly and are always quick with a smile. The staff know everything that's cannabis related and are pros at saving me a buck! I met Dave several months ago, when I was inexperienced, He's helped tutor me in the ways of weed, He has come to understand my preferences and is quick to recommend a new product. NO Happy Birthday discount for you! The day after my birthday, I received a wonderful text from Eureka Sky wishing me a happy birthday and offering me a discount (which must be used on that day). How nice! Nowhere in the message did it say that my birthday discount can't be applied with other discounts. The store happened to have a promotion going on the same day and I specifically asked the guy assisting me about this. He said that it "should" be applied, but if not "come back on your next visit and tell the manager you didn't get your birthday discount." I asked if their system had taken off the discount. He either didn't hear me or chose to ignore me. After reviewing my receipt at home, my birthday discount was not applied. I called and left a message for the manager to call me back so we can discuss. Can they put a note on my account that I have an unused discount? I guess I'll never know, since he has yet to return my call. The only reason I went there that day was because of the happy birthday text and discount offer. It's too bad that Eureka Sky won't deliver on their promise. Happy Birthday to me. read more
