fast came through on the late night quick delivery highly recommended. top shelf brands good selection at a good price

do not order unless you want to be verbally assaulted by the owner/driver. Arrived earlier than ETA (45min-2hrs) with absolutely no notification letting me know he was on his way or with an ETA. Since I was 5min away, I requested contact less delivery (mail slot that goes directly inside my house), so I wouldn't make him wait. He denies and starts getting a horrible attitude and says it's "illegal to leave drugs outside". I didn't want him to leave them outside, but before I could even explain that, he starts getting aggressive and rude, so I requested to just cancel. He says I'm "wasting his time at midnight", mind you it was 10:30pm. He proceeds to curse at me, including calling me a "bitch". Not sure why this even had to escalate there. This all happened within a 60 second phone call, so this owner clearly has no self control and cannot regulate their emotions. read more

I ordered infused sluggers, was handed some random other pre rolls (not infused, NOT slugger brand- lucky 13? tasted baaad) I didn't realize til driver homie drove off and then he didn't answer my phone call back. Mad expensive for some wack joints! Nope! read more

I've ordered a few times without issue. I recently ordered a delivery. When I ordered online I thought I was getting a twist on cartridge not a disposable vape. The picture indicated the twist type. I received two disposable vapes. Not a big deal despite it not being what I ordered. I opened one, was able to take a few puffs before it died. These can't be charged so it's basically useless and still full. The other lasted a couple days. I called and spoke to someone who worked there and he said I needed to email the owner. I did. It's been 4 days and no response. I asked for them a refund for one despite the other crapping out pretty quickly too. No email, no response and no customer service it seems. Save your money and use another delivery service. There's many. These guys don't seem to give a sh*t about customer satisfaction when their products fail. read more

I was completely amazed by the staff, the selection, and the over all vibe of the place. My tender knew the answer to all my questions, even knew why RH is important in the cultivation process! Nice job! read more

It was amazing even got a free pre roll :))) will 100% recommend you guys rock!!! Very fast and friendly

I placed an order. Not only did they not deliver it, they never contacted me to tell me they were cancelling. Not cool. Update: I decided to take Terrence up on his generous offer to fulfill my order free of charge. I called to place the order, I don't know who I spoke with. He told me he was out of my original order. I asked what he had. He offered a different brand. I asked what strains. He said Hybrid and Indica. I said I'll take the Hybrid. They gave me Indica. I didn't realize until hours later. I called, and was very nice and explained what happened. He asked what I wanted. I asked what he thought we should do. I was informed that my business is no longer needed. I should be happy that I got something for free after the driver drove across the bridge and paid tolls and for gas. I said that's fine that he doesn't want my business, but he should know when an order is wrong. I didn't know the driver was coming from Oakland. I should have, but I honestly thought they'd have a delivery hub of some kind here in the city to avoid having to cross the bridge. Had I realized, I would have given the driver a bigger tip. Also, I was going to suggest exchanging for the right thing. I could've waited until the driver needed to be in SF. If things had gone differently I would've ordered again and done just that to make up for it, and then not order again. It bums me out because I wanted to support this biz, but delivering from Oakland and then expecting the customer to pay for your gas, mileage, and bridge tolls is kind of crazy when there are so many other dispensaries that deliver locally. I suggest only ordering if you're in Oakland or be willing to compensate the driver well. Additionally, the product I received I am trying to return. read more

Got 1/2 OZ of the Gashouse. Delivery was fast and great service and weed. Also great prices. Thanks!

Couldn't recommend more. They brought me exactly what I needed when I needed it. Friendly delivery person. High quality product.

By far one of the best delivery companies in the entire Bay Area. They are truly the "best kept secret" in town. The owner even has his own line of high quality prerolls (Loud Pack) to suit all your needs for daytime, nighttime or anytime. This company stands behind all of their products and the menu offers selections that are comparable to any walkin dispensary. My orders are always on time and delivery is typically within 45m - 1hr. The drivers are tip top when it comes to customer service, and also discreet if you need privacy from nosy neighbors. I choose GreenLine again and again because their service is superb and keeps me coming back for more every time. Nothing like having products delivered straight to your door. I would recommend you try them for yourself. read more

Man I ordered some trees and they canceled my shit! My first time ordering in sf and my last time! You don't get this kind of treatment in Oakland! read more

Very convenient, on time, and the driver had the best energy ever! You won't find better quality and service. I would highly recommend Greenline over other delivery services and any storefront dispensary. read more

By far the best premium flower that I've tried in the Bay Area. Fast & friendly service & reasonable pricing. Lots of options from edibles, vapes & flowers. Overall very good quality. Would definitely recommend & they deliver all throughout the bay! read more

Green line delivery always has the best selection. Very reliable, I've literally been using them for 10 years!!

Bottomline: Don't come here unless it's your last option as far as being open late night. If you do make a purchase here, MAKE SURE YOU EYEBALL ALL YOUR ORDER ITEMS & grab your receipt in case. They can be a real big pain in the a**. More so: I ordered 2 eighths(3.5g) & 2 pre-rolls of flowers. When the delivery driver came by to drop it off, he told me the pre-roll I ordered was out of stock/that it was a different strain, so I was like "okay that's fine", I could live with that. But after I paid, I realized also one of the eighths was a different strain too. I called the guy 5 min later, he said, they're technically closed now(it was past Midnight) and that I could come by the next day to Oakland during business hours to swap the eighth. Called him a few days later due to busy work week myself, He ended up changing the story saying why would I come to Oakland, "It's illegal" since it's delivery service only. -Stuck w/random strain -Irritated af -Guy is hella rude read more

This is my go to delivery service in the Bay Area! They have a wide variety to chose from and every product is high quality. Greenline is fast and efficient, and I get to support a great local business! read more

I placed an order addressing that I needed it by a certain timeline and it was delivered on time, with no delays. The service was quick and seamless and the customer service met my expectations. "Bomb" quality products and no BS. The prerolls are fire and my personal favorite. If you need a quick delivery, check this place out. I'll definitely be using them again! read more

Great experience! Greenline has a wide array of products, they're prompt with excellent service. Highly recommend!

I be staying in Santa Rosa. Anytime I'm in the area this the only spot I be supporting. Every other dispensary doesn't keep up.

Excellent service ! Great za, gréât prices in the Bay Area. Tap in with them when you come to the city

These guys are definitely the worst collective around. I placed my order at 10:00 this morning hoping for an early delivery. Three hours and a couple of irritating phone calls later I got a bad bag of weed that I was able to trade for more bad weed. Worst of all these shysters tried to trick me. The quality of the weed is what bothers me the most. I bought from Greenline because they have Zkittlez, which is rare, so I was willing to pay the high price. What I got was a bag of small buds with next to no trichomes. For 60 bucks I expect fire. I called, complained about the shitty Zkittlez, and the guy on the other end said he'd send the driver out with a replacement. Sounds professional right? Nope. So the driver shows up and gives me a new bag of what was supposedly Candyland. He tells me to smell the bag. It smelled EXACTLY like candy. Alarm bells should have gone off. Later I took it out of the bag and sniffed. Let's just say the bag smells great and the nugs don't. It's like going back in time to high school and buying from a sketchy dealer. Before I even placed the order I checked the website: http://www.greenlinecollective.com/about-us.html, which said they open at 10:00. When I called to see what was taking so long at 12:00, the person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. The first thing he said was, "We don't even open 'till eleven." Then he said that the driver would be at my place in 20 minutes. He got there an hour later. Not the way to build customer appreciation. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere (anywhere) else. Greenline Delivery is a turd with a bow on it. read more

Get quality products. Like the vape carts, tree quality, quick delivery & professional.

No stars for them. They have the worst tree and so unprofessional m. Just another kid trying to do something.

They have a good selection of prerolls and top shelf flower. I got the biscotti and gelato prerolls and an eighth of bananalato. The prerolls were very flavorful. You can tell they use bud and not shake like some other places I've ordered from. The bananalato was fire. Just a few bong hits and I was toasted. Prices are fair and delivery was pretty fast. Highly recommend. read more

Last month having just received my medical marijuana card, I was ready to make my first purchase. I was in a bit of a time crunch with errands that day, and was having difficulty finding a place that was highly reviewed. Then I came across Green Line, and it said they deliver! So I called them, and they were very patient and friendly despite my lack of knowledge on how things worked, or what kind I wanted. They delivered within 30 minutes, and gave me a free cookie. I will be using them again, and have been telling others I know with a card about these guys. read more

This is by far the best delivery service I've ever used they arrived on time and delivered some awesome product save me a trip to the club would definitely recommend this delivery service to anybody else read more

So I recently did a professional strain review with Item 9 productions on Gold Seal Sunset sherbert, so when I searched weedmaps who carried this strain Green Bay popped up first. So I ordered a quarter of it having tried the brand and strain recently for the review I knew what I was getting. So it arrived about an hour late, and came in a cheap plastic bag (not Gold Seal brand packaging). I didn't inspect it because it's just a quarter and I thought I knew what I was getting. So after paying and tipping even though it was late, I opened the bag to realize it didn't look or smell like Gold Seal Sunset Sherbert. What I got smells like neem and chlorophyll, has no purple color what so ever, and has a couple of larfy buds that should have gone to concentrate and not in this cheap clear plastic baggy. I called to complain and was offered no solution. They will not get my business again, as I believe they are misrepresenting brands with crappy substitutes. When I finally broke open a bud because I was curious, about 9 seeds popped out also. Not going to touch anymore of it cause it probably has Eagle20 sprayed all over it I'm guessing too. So they ripped me off for 100$ plus the tip to the driver for total crap and offered no solution what so ever to even try to make it close to right. Would give less than 1 star if possible, avoid this place like the plague. read more
