I love their flowers...some of the best, quality bud in the bay area. First time I ordered, they had something called Pink Goddess and I will forever be looking for that strain again! Delicious! They don't have the best selection for vape cartridges or edibles but, they're still pretty amazing and always provide a lil square of high-quality chocolate in the bag as a thank you! Drivers always arrive hella fast...yesterday I ordered and she was here within 8 minutes! That's insane! Also they accept C.Cards, which is perfect since I rarely take out cash :) Love you Flow Kana and glad to have a small batch, artisinal choice in the mix...there are so many places to choose from now and Flow Kana is in my top 3 for sure! read more

Amazing customer service and top-quality cannabis that you an trust to get you super lit and happy without having to pay the premium costs from other dispensary's. After trying several dozen products from a number of different dispensary's through GreenRush and Eaze I found that Flow Kana was the only dispensary that actually had the legit quality cannabis that they advertised. I haven't looked back or ordered from anyone else since; they are the only cannabis dispensary and delivery service that I order from anymore... :) read more

As an update to my previous Flow Kana review: I did not get a chance to re-weigh the delivery. But in follow up to my dissatisfaction, Flow Kana called me to rectify the issue. They were nothing but extremely friendly and accommodating, and I will definitely continue to use their service! read more

It's great to see a company bringing great values and great people into the cannabis industry. It's incredible to finally be able to connect to the farmer who grew my cannabis and know exactly how we grew it and where he grew it! The taste, smell and overall experience of truly 100% sungrown and organic medicine is out of this world! Hands down the best weed in all of California, and the world for that matter! Incredible how I can do all of this with a couple clicks on an app and have it delivered to my home in minutes! Love the brand, love the clean cannabis movement and love the people behind flow kana, keep it up! read more

Flow Kana is the best dispensary in the Bay Area and they bring it right to your door. The product they carry is the best I have found. The quality is apparent just by looking & smelling, but they can also talk to you about how their farmers work, because they keep close partnerships. If you are concerned about the amount of chemicals some growers are using (and you should be), this is the way to go. Flow Kana will initially verify your license. Even if you have the original, they will still call your doctor to verify. Once that is done, you are in the system until your expiration. The first time I ordered, they arrived within 20 minutes. I now plan for 1-hour windows and they always arrive within those. If you are experimenting with different strains, their 3-pack is a good way to test a little of each. Amazing product and customer service. Definitely give them a try for your medical marijuana! read more

World-class customer service. Kind, polite, well-spoken driver/delivery people. The products they distribute are top of the line, and sold at very competitive prices. I have been battling cancer on and off for seventeen years. The first ten years of chemotherapy treatment were spent using narcotics/opioids that wreaked havoc on my body and mind. I turned to medical cannabis a few years ago and have always use brick and mortar dispensaries to obtain my medicine. A few weeks ago, I called the manufacturer of a CBD pain patch that I use, and asked them who in my area was distributing them. They recommended that I contact Flow Kana. I did, and I could not be happier. I've ordered from them twice now, and everything has gone seamlessly. Even when there was a technical error with online communication (that ended up being my fault) they were kind and very professional in helping me work it all out. Can't say anything negative about them. Five stars all-around. Very happy to have discovered them. Give them a try, you'll be glad that you did. read more

How can you say anything negative? I mean...they offer locally sourced cannabis supporting local growers. That's a no-brainer. Thank you for caring about my health and supplying safe and affordable access to a medicinal herb. If this isn't enough to make you love them, you can feel the LOVE they put into their packaging! ...and those plantable seed paper notecards on the bud just put me over the edge of giddiness for this company. thank you for keeping it cool, Flow Kana. Just purchased my first order from this fairly new dispensary. I am visually impaired so I need extra help ordering. The gentleman on the phone, I believe his name was Enrique, could not have been nicer or more helpful in terms of explaining their varieties and their qualities. After placing the order Joe arrived within 15 minutes. He was extremely warm and friendly and took time to explain their close relationship with their growers, sustainability, and desire to work closely with the earth and all aspects of their business. Now for the good part! The pre rolls were very reasonable, packed in recyclable glass tubes and the high was awesome. Exactly what I wanted and the quality of the high was exactly as described on the phone. I love these guys, love this product and will definitely order again soon! Big thanks! read more

I switched to Flow Kana about a year ago because I got some of their product from another dispensary and was very impressed by the quality. I haven't been into the actual clinic because delivery is super convenient. The product selection is narrow but ALL quality, yet at a bargain price. Their delivery and support staff are all very nice and professional. Delivery usually takes less than an hour. Their online ordering site is reliable and well designed, even with an integrated support chat. Completely exceeded my expectations. read more

repeated attempts at delivery, the quality is low. smells ok, but dark and one time brown (wtf was that)? I literally ordered Dream Queen then compared what Flow Kana delivered to me to another dispensary and its not even close. I really want to support this biz model but quality will always be my first priority. read more

Best outdoor place buds you can find in the great CA, sun, these people really care about us!

Before I wrote my review, I didn't know that if I wasn't happy with the Master Kush flowers, that I bought, Flow Kana would have gladly replaced them. I called yesterday to ask about some Rosin I saw on their Online menu made by Frency Cannoli, and I was told by a lovely women that along with the 1/2 a Gram of Rosin I was buying, they were giving me a Free Eighth from their selection for my inconvenience. I picked the Tahoe OG, and unlike the Master Kush, this had a lovely smell and it was coated with Trichomes and it's Fire. The Chocolate Og Rosin from the famous Frenchy was awesome with a chocolate espresso flavor that gently lolls you to sleep. I now know if I ever have a problem with the medicine I buy, simply pick up the phone and speak with Flow Kana's excellent staff. read more

These guys are awesome. as far as delivery times...these guys have it down. not to mention the excellent meds. they are very helpful and will go the extra mile to help you. Shout out to Tori who actually took time out to help me with account issues I had due to my crappy phone. very professional service and hope to see the industry adopt same beliefs these guys have. all natural and very potent meds. I highly recommend this place because they believe in what they're doing. Give them a chance and you won't be sorry. keep up the good work and will be seeing you guys very soon! thanks! read more

I have been ordering from here for over a month now. I LOVE the service! Everything ordered & delivered in less than an hour. I have had 3 great drivers so far, including Robert. He was very informative knew his stuff about the different strains. You definitely cant go wrong with the fact that the product is smooth, natural, and grown with care. I like the fact that I actually know where my medicine is coming from. And that my hard earned $$ is going to local business. Quality over quantity is how I think. I don't want that corporate like mass produced crap! I want the goods! Thanks Flow Kana! read more

Picked up a flow kana pre packed jar. When I opened it, my disappointment boiled over. Instead of nice dense flower, the jar was filled with fluff and twigs. This should have never been sold to your patients. read more

I'd have to say when it come to my medicine there aren't many dispensaries that match the quality and the excellent service. The delivery is fast and always on time. There always so polite and offer amazing discounts. I will forever go to flow kana for my medicinal needs. read more

Not only the packaging was absolutely gorgeous, the delivery time less than 20min, but the quality of the cannabis is among the best I've ever tried in my life!! Wow read more

The flower quality was poor. I found seeds in the eighth I bought and the nugs were small and dry. The packaging was also poor, the sticker was so faded that I couldn't read the strain name or printed test result. Flow Kana is pushing inferior quality products. I prefer the flower I bought via Prema Flora. They have better quality and a better business model. read more

I am a huge fan of their products! From the sleep pen which has been a game changer to helping fight restless nights to their espresso bean edibles which are a ton of fun. The quality of their products are amazing and the price is great. Also really easy to work with and find what you want. They are super helpful in helping with your medical card needs as well if that is the route you are doing to take. read more

A friend raved about the quality of the outdoor-only flow kana, their sustainable practices and hash. Really liked the product

Ok!!! James here. I was very into finding a strain of Buds to meet my needs, I like the idea of growing plants outdoors, Organic plants from the Emerald Triangle, I always wanted to try. So God lead me to the place. I dont know about Howard? I have bought lots of strains of Buds from Flow kana, my favorite so far is The Master kush!!! It's a creeper weed! It is a great night cap and a aphrodisiac! Blue Muffin is cool, and many more! Organically grown plants are much different than indoor plants. Take your pick! read more

Fast delivery and friendly service. The strains are particularly good. It can be a little more expensive, but they email discount codes pretty frequently, which are usually a good deal. read more
