This is my new go to in the neighborhood. Everyone is so nice here, when they scan me in they toss my dog a treat. The actual shopping space is tiny but the people behind the counter are super nice, well versed and wildly patient when a new person comes in. It's a pleasure to stop in here. My dog tries to pull us in when we walk by lol. If I could change anything, it would be using the front desk for online order pickups so you don't have to wait in line. Love this space read more

Prices are out of bound, however I like the inside there isn't first time customer discount I will for sure never be coming back however, if you're in the area and really really need flower why not but overall don't bother but they do got good strengths read more

BEWARE at the cash register. They may charge you one amount at the store, but watch your credit card as it will appear as a different amount charged. In my case, I asked AT THE REGISTER for my $3.00 return after purchase as usual. Instead, the cash register attendant gave me .40 cents as change on a $140.00 purchase, yet I was charged $143 on my credit card. SCAMMERS are taking this amount as their own TIP. Screw these crooks. They won't even give me a credit for calling in on the discrepancy. USE ANYONE BUT SPARC, or BEWARE at the register. read more

they got it right the original order was fixed to my satisfaction thank you for all you do for the community

I went to Sparc-Haight today and had a traumatic experience. I asked to review a few flowers packed no later than 12/21, and picked 3 one eigth in conformity with the date I had requested. I realize (too late!) that I had been charged for 1/ 8 of Silver haze, an old product (6/21) which I would never have bought at the price of $57. He insisted I purchased it and couldn't me give me a refund! What business' practice is this? As I protested a was replaced by a most snooty and rude woman who said they "never did that. She was inflexible. As I vehemently protested, again, she told me to not act like a child. This is a way a repeat, good customer was treated at this dispensary. I came out of there in tears, saying I would write a bad review! read more

They are so nice and helpful!! Also their daily deals are fuego. Highly recommended!!

They've been good lately, they usually have good deals on concentrates & sometimes they have awesome deals on inexpensive outdoor flower. I'm not as much a fan of the farm direct stuff but sometimes I get it, as you can get an ounce sometimes for like 40. If you roll it up in a paper painted with resin oil, or with a snake of crumble inside the middle, it upgrades that herb to a very tasty treat, though when it's alone, plan on burning your throat. I like some of the marigold flower, right now they're got a tasty one, it's lemon love, it's greenhouse grown, not dry at all, very tasty, and smells lovely, there's something like 28%THC in it! Yummy AND effective. Then if you add resin , diamonds, or crumble to the joint, you'll be extra super stone. Like a . I don't recommend doing this unless you have built a tolerance or you just want to sleep. read more

I've held off leaving this review because frankly the people behind the desk I like they've always been cool to me the guy at the door he's a bit of a cold fish and I think of him as a prick frankly but the reason I stopped going is simple. They have a system that you go online and order what you want and they'll contact you and tell you bring cash and come down and pick up your item when it's ready, I was fine with that. I've always followed their instructions, it's too easy not to. But the last time I went down there just as I arrived and was locking my bicycle up in front of their storefront I heard this woman walk up with her dog and say hey do you guys sell Edibles and they said yes of course but instead of telling her to go online order and they would get her order prepared for her and contact her they said come on in. I stood outside for approximately 15 minutes while she stood in there talking to several people when one finally went in the back and brought out a menu for her to look at and after about another 5 minutes they brought out some product and set it down for her to look at and examine she finally chose something but then had to go past their covid barriers to the cash machine to get money because of course she didn't have it. So by that time I'd unlock my bike and gone home and I called Buzz Delivery which I have always now used and will never go back to Sparc it's just too easy to sit at home and have somebody deliver this stuff up at the same price with the same discounts. And the drivers so far have been really cool and a couple of them even hot. SPARC sent me an email about a month ago saying they wanted to interview me because they said I was one of their better customers and I believe that since I was spending a couple hundred dollars a week down there but I never responded even with the offer of $25 off plus whatever discount they offered me. I don't wish to deal with these people any longer there's too many places you can spend your marijuana dollars so choose one that treat you like they appreciate you. You didn't SPARC so hasta la vista. read more

Best delivery!! OG Kush-tastic! Love these 420 gods!!! The icky is sticky!!! I'm in a major couch lock crunching on da cheese puffs!

The best place w the best prices from $60 -$300 lid-a must thank you-will come back soon

If you have arthritis and use edibles, ask about packaging because some containers are impossible to open with weak hands.

This Spot used to be really good, great prices on flower and they actually had a reward system with points where you felt like you were getting something back from all the money you are spending there with them... Showed up today and went to get the usual, was told the prices were raised And on top of that they took away the point reward system, I think it's super whack to stop that and not tell any of the customers who have points built up over a long period of time, they pretty much just threw my money away that I earned by spending $$! On top of that the bud that was raised in prices was lower and quality & Hella leafy. Stay away from this dispensary, you're better off buying from a homie or go to cookies on Haight, they have really good deals for $10 8ths . End rant read more

As the pandemic has leveled me financially, I am most grateful for Sparc. Ten dollar eighths have been amazing. Cherry Dog Walker, Old growth OG, Apple Gelato and GG4 have all been excellent. Nicholas was friendly, professional and the kind of fellow that made my visit a golden one. Door folks are always kind. I don't know what I would do without this place. There are dispensaries much closer to my home, but I make this place a priority. Best in the city in my humble opinion. Sparc rocks! read more

Michael helped me out. Super cool and took his time to explain everything. Vibes were awesome. Got what I needed and a little extra :-) Thank you for the awesome experience. If I'm back in the area I'll be sure to stop by. read more

They sold me a 510 vape battery and it died within a week. Utter garbage. They also charge the same price regardless of whether you have a medical card. Sketchy. I wonder where those extra taxes are going. I would recommend going to a dispensary that's honest about their fees and what that money is for. read more

SO happy there is another SPARC in the city! This location has the same elevated vibe as it's original Mission St. location, but with a little Haight St. twist. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff that make great suggestions--each visit I am consulted to ensure I am getting exactly what I am looking for. Superior product at competitive prices and a clean atmosphere. read more

UPDATE: haven't come in a while and can not remember why. Tonight had a great experience from Ofer, who with a few questions was able to give me a spread of options that were within my price range, and tagged on a discount for me, and really helped me out. Outstanding customer service, and staff who know their product and how to sell it. Also, his recommendations on the specific products that he'd laid out were spot on to what I was looking for. Unbeatable quality for the prices. read more

I am very impressed with the knowledge of the staff at this location. I called in today with a rather complicated question and Tony was extremely helpful. He was kind and patient and very willing to be clear and attentive. You have earned a customer for life! Thank you read more

I've gotten used to shop at the Mission shop. Last week when I was turned down because my medical letter expired, even though I was told that I could buy products with my drivers license in my previous shopping. Staff recommended me to go to the Haight and Fillmore, which I did. Big mistake. The shop was limited in what they have to sell. I was advised on a certain product and bought a couple of them, horrible quality. Will try to return this merchandise, hoping these people will accept the unopened item. Disappointed customer. read more

They got weed, but really creepy place and workers. Advertised products not in stock, tried the old bait and switch with a bunch of excuses. Toke on to the next joint and bypass this bad trip! read more

I've only been to this place once so far. I came across Sparc online when I was looking into alternatives to the dispensary I had already been going to (Liberty @ Bush & Fillmore). I'm a regular smoker on a very tight budget so I wanted to see if I could find better deals out there. I was FLOORED when I saw they had some 1/2 oz's for $25 a pop! One part of me said no way can that actually be that good of weed. I decided to try some out so I went over to their Polk St. store and picked up two 1/2's-- one of GMO Cookies and one of Peanut Butter Breath. I tried the Cookies first and it put me to sleep good-- which was the effect I was looking for although it smoked a little harsh. They have a whole bunch of other quantity deals on various brands of flower also. They've also got plenty of low-end, mid-grade and top-shelf weed in smaller amounts. This is YOUR place to hook it up if value is a top consideration for you read more

Because we cannot smell the products, we must rely on the knowledge and the consulting skills of the person behind the counter. At Sparc it has been hit and miss. Without an attentive knowledgeable sales person, it's like picking a bottle of wine based on the label art. So the Haight Street location is often, but not s always good. the salespeople have a little bit of that rainbow-grocery-employee-vibe. All retail employees must realize that even if you don't love serving people, even if you don't appreciate their business, you must be able to fake it. read more

Came in to buy some CBD products and staff member Mo made it a pleasant and easy experience. She talked me through the different ratios and product types and I was left feeling educated and confident in my purchases. She is a top class seller with great in depth product knowledge and I would recommend visiting her if you want a personalised dispensary experience. read more

The worst service you can imagine. Once they had me wait for an hour, because they had no power. After an hour, he asked me what i needed. I had a default extract cartridge. He replaced it and added that i had in fact should have waited because they didnt need the system to do that simple exchange. Yet i had tried for an hour.. but "No we csnt do anything without the system!" Today they refused me access because i had supposedly didnt renew my recommendation... i was there 3 days ago and did just that. Try telling that to the bouncer watching the door... im done with sparc. Dont go read more

Went and registered with Sparc last Thursday, made a purchase same day. The receptionist informed me I only needed ID when I came back. Returned the following Tuesday to find out none of my info was in the system and got turned away. Drove a good 20-25 so not returning anytime soon with all the other available options. read more

Rushed to SPARC at 9:45 to by a $10 preroll I had purchased earlier in the day. I have neuropathy in my feet and needed it to help me sleep. After power walking 8 blocks to get there I was told the $10 roll was sold out and the next was $15. I had $14 on me and left my bank card behind. The African American gIrl with the mo-hawk was pretty short when she I asked if she would let me be short $1, she flatly said "No". She is usually pretty nice. Considering I had tipped her$ 2 on $10 earlier that day, you might think she could have been a bit more compassionate to someone in need. I will have trouble sleeping tonight and needless to say I will NEVER set foot in SPARC again. Ever. I hope the $1 was worth it. read more

Quick, local, tiny...small farm and local medicine. They are knowledgeable, and have limited but quality selection .it's a no frills, get it done situation, with 2 great happy hours a day. Absolutely fantastic atmosphere. Everyone is incredibly professional and warm. The selection is beyond. Also have some beautiful books and crafts for you to check out while you wait! read more

Really nice shop. Very friendly and knowledgable. If you are craving something sweet, get the Vanilla Chai milk chocolate bar

Prices seem to have improved quite a bit since I posted my first (negative) review. This place used to drive me crazy with their pricing and seemingly deceptive marketing. I may just be converted yet, which would be great because they're in the neighborhood. Keep it up, Sparc lower Haight. read more

The check in process was friendly and pretty fast for a Saturday. The budtender however, especially the lady with glasses and brown hair was not helpful, enthusiastic or willing which can kinda kill your vibe. Otherwise, customer service on other areas and pricing was great. read more

Will never come back here! Stopped in a couple weeks ago to see what the city had to offer. They had a ok assortment and 15$ for 3g pre roll. So I had to go for an MRI a couple days ago forgot my weed at home figured fuck it I'll go and grab a joint or a cheap bag at same place. Fucking ridiculous because they were low on flower their joints were $20 apiece and a eighth was 55$ or 60$ yeah right! But you gave me 10% off and told me to go to Lovesac down the road yeah right I an not going to none of your fucking places after that! It's so crazy we're low on bud so we're going to gouge the fuck out of you! Don't see how they can be low when it's harvest? However I found a lovely little place called Purple Star MD on mission street they had a lot better supply and prices. 5$ joints or 5 for 20$ not shitty shake either! That was cost out the door. They were super busy but no wait time,no having to stand outside and wait. Super friendly staff with a laid back atmosphere. If I ever end up in San Francisco again without weed At least I know where to go and It isn't here!!!! read more

I only really yelp businesses when they are TOTALLY out of line, and this is one of those times. My family and I ate brunch ate Kate's kitchen right next door and after were waiting all of FOUR minutes for my mothers uber to arrive. One of the employees came out and gave us and my 4 year old son a dirty look- he was being a 4 year old and I guess the grumpy employee didn't like it! So he goes back in but immediately comes out and tells me that we are loitering. Are you F'in kidding me dude! Loitering! I explained to him that we were waiting on an Uber on the public sidewalk and that We aren't going anywhere until the ride got there to pick up my elderly mother. So then the dude tells me he is going to call the authorities- I tell him to do whatever he needs to do to but that we aren't going anywhere because we are ON A PUBLIC SIDEWALK! As we were leaving I said a sarcastic goodbye to him as he was staring us down-and he comes out yelling at me, this time he has a security guy with him. And as we're walking away, he is still yelling things at us. Is that how you conduct business? What a joke. I have lived in the Haight for 20 plus years and this is the way a new business wants to treat families that live in the neighborhood for many years. Terrible. read more
