She keeps repeating, "I asked you if it was sativa or hybrid, and you said hybrid." What difference does that make when I told you the name -- Chernobyl? The whole interaction was confusing and unnecessary. Get someone with actual customer service skills who doesn't act like they're irritated, rushed, or annoyed by having to do their job. Her stank @ss attitude was rude and dismissive, enough for me not to return. However, the Security person who checked me in was very kind and friendly, perhaps upgrade him to customer service!
