The customer was an elderly man looking at a picture of a bird, while I was trying to get my passport renewed so I don't get deported. What an absolute joke. I asked to speak to the manager, who seemed completely unaware that they only had one working computer. Why was this a surprise? Had they simply made peace with having only one functional computer? Nobody could take any steps to figure out how to fix the other one? What kind of store is this? The only reason I chose this location specifically was because, after researching, I learned it has its own dedicated photo section. Of all Walgreens locations, this one should be making sure its equipment is actually working. The manager told Benson to take my picture. He took ONE SINGLE PHOTO and wanted to stop right there. This is a picture that's going to be on my passport for the next ten years. I can't get at least a couple taken so I can compare them? After I asked for another photo, he muttered under his breath, "stupid b*tch." Yep. That's all it took for him to call a customer a "stupid b*tch" -- having to press a button one more time. The horror. The fact that he felt comfortable mumbling that to me while standing just inches from my face, with his manager only a few steps away, tells me everything I need to know about the management. If he's that comfortable saying something so extremely offensive and inappropriate, there is clearly a lack of accountability. I absolutely called him out on it. Are you serious? He immediately started denying it like an immature person who couldn't take accountability for his own actions. I'm a violinist- my hearing is impeccable. Don't even try that argument with me. The manager ended up taking my picture after he got me upset, and now my face looks angry.
