The rain boots I was looking for in my size was in stock. Not sure why there weren't too many people on a Sunday afternoon, but I pretty much had the whole store to myself. The gentleman in the shoes area knew exactly what I was talking about when I showed him a photo of the rain boots. He walked me over, grabbed the box, and guided me to a bench to try on. The cherry on top is that he even shared that Sports Basement price matches if you're able to find the exact shoe for less on competitors' sites. Great customer service! After walking around each floor, I eventually made my way to the cashier, who was also friendly. All displays and merchandise are clean and orderly. Word on the street is that this is the first Sports Basement that opened. See you next time, Sports Basement on Bryant Street!
