Kind, courteous, and caring folks behind the counter here. Wide selection of products stocked that a lot of other establishments don't often carry. Prices can be bit higher than online but reasonably so to cover the costs of being a brick-and-mortar seller. More than worth it if you have questions about what you're purchasing or want to learn about other products you may be curious about. This place is excellent. Reasonably priced unlike some other smoke shops with great customer service. The guy behind the counter is very friendly; answered all my questions and then some. They practice good Covid ettiquette as well which is always nice to see. Face shield whenever he moved away from the glass divider. Also, on my first visit I offhandedly mentioned a preference for specific equipment that they didn't carry and saw the proprietor quickly jot that down. Found out on my next trip from a woman working there that they now have it in stock. Didn't even request it the first time. Just a random comment he kept in mind for later. Great service. Conveniently situated in the sunset district this shop offers a wide variety of goodies for your intermediate to expert smoker. As for the vaping aspect of this shop, their liquid juices are well priced and delicious. The supplied vapes found at this shop are amazing. Personally I'm a huge fan of Sourins drop and Vagon. Recently just purchased an aspire dynamo. Assad personally made sure the kit turned on, charged and personally guarantees a return exchange if anything does go wrong with it. Also gave great information about VG and PG levels, and how to produce more vapor or more flavor. Overall great experience. Definitely my go to shop. read more

Thought this place was convenient. I live very close. My husband spends a lot of money in here on all the e-cig stuff.. I on other things along with candles etc.. Good sale for them when we go there. Well it seems these guys really don't know how to use or sell some of the products they carry.. ?? That I noticed really quick.. What ever I know what I need.. Still kind of a turn off.. About less then a week ago I purchased something and today it oddly broke in half.. Less then a week old.. Never cleaned never dropped.. Hmm.. I informed them of this.. It is glass maybe it already had a fisher I did not see??? I don't know.. I work retail.. They obviously do not know how to.. I didn't expect anything to be given to me ( but good customer service , it should of.. Item is about 8 bucks.) not a sorry or hey this one your buying now I will give you a couple of buck off... Nothing .. I have been in customer service for over 20 years. They sold me a faulty product ... I've never seen these things just split in half before??? It's cool.. I will take my business else where.. Way better smoke shops in the city then this one. They don't deserve my hard earned cash or anyone else's I know.. Take some customer service 101.. I buy all my glass pipes from here just because you cant beat the prices that they offer . alot of their glass is nice looking and functions good. friendly staff. i am CA prop215 patient so i take advantage of deals on glass and they have all smoking acessories/glass for the lowest prices! i now have multiple glass piece from this shop because they always have new selections and they are 2 blocks from my house! defenetaly recommend this shop they cary vaporizers and anything that a smoke shop carries accept at low prices!!! read more

I recently decided to try vaping and read great reviews so I decided to go here. I'm glad I did. First of all, they have everything tobacco/weed related you could want more skewed towards the vape and dabbing side. They have tons of different varieties of vape juice. I know enough about vaping that they work with 510 threading so I thought I could just put a "tank" on the existing adjustable cannabis cartridge I use. I waited until they opened promptly at 9:30 and Hassad (sp?), her son, was not there but she knows more than you think. She didn't realize I need a "sub ohm mod" or specific battery to work with the tank. I brought it back and I showed her what I think I need and, against my wishes, she opens a new full package and sells me the correct battery minus the tank it came with at a nice discount because of her mistake. The prices are reasonable and they are good people. I will continue to go there. read more

The name is accurate. I have not found cigarettes anywhere on this side of town for less. Their glass pipes are very reasonably priced also. If hookahs are your thing then this is the place for you. If you thought that was what they call prostitutes in NYC...you'd be right too. The owner is a way cool and very chill dude. read more

GO HERE! They are a local spot and the guy that owns it Hammad (I'm so sorry if i butchered the spelling!) is the NICEST guy. he always recognizes me and my boyfriend when we go it, and he is so knowledgable about all his products. If you have a question, he knows the answer. He has a great E Cig collection- automizers, parts, juice, and even some cool accessories. Fair prices and you don't have to only buy an entire package, you can buy just one piece of a package which is nice. His water pipe selection is nice too. He is so affordable and i got such a fair price on my 2 1/2 footer that it wasn't even necessary to haggle. I got a fair deal. He does have every type of wrap (paper/blunt/tobacco) which is cool. And his cigar/cigerette collection is legit. The store is always stocked, not dusty, and he is a genuinly nice guy. His sister and even his mom have helped me before, and they were all really sweet. These are the mom and pop stores you want to stay open! They work so hard and they keep their customers happy, I will keep shopping here read more

Great store. Pretty much everything you need. Water pipes and hookas are very reasonably priced. Electric cigs are great prices too. Everyone that works there that I have met are extremely helpful and very polite. To the guy that placed the negative comment on this site....get a life! Who cares how they advertise? In this day and age any advertisement is helpful. I own a store in another city and advertise the same way and it brings in tons of customers so give them a break they are good people trying to run a business and advertising is very expensive.
