For easily the past 12+ years, I have purchased my cigarettes here and at their San Bruno store (I used to live on Crystal Springs Road and their San Bruno store is located on the east - or the northbound traffic - side of El Camino, about a block south of Crystal Springs Road). I have always experienced the best customer service and the best prices for cigarettes at both locations, so I'm surprised that I haven't written a review of this store until today. Anyway, the main purpose of my review today is to provide an update regarding the store's hours during the COVID-19 shut down. Fortunately for those of us who smoke cigarettes/hookah and/or vape, they have managed to remain open. God only knows how much broker I'd be if I had to purchase packs individually at a gas station (or anywhere else that would happen to carry cigarettes) while everything is shut down!! That said, their hours have been modified to 9:00am until 5:30pm, 7 days a week, so you have to get there early. When I went by the store the other day, the employee told me that they have been having an issue with Yelp reverting their store's hours to the pre-COVID-19 hours every couple of days, so I figured that I would post their updated hours with a picture of the note posted outside of the business to make sure that people are aware of their current hours of operation. One last thing: menthol cigarettes are getting harder and harder to come by because of all of the ridiculous "flavored tobacco" bans, but this store (and the San Bruno store!) both carry all kinds of menthols. Huge thanks to the owner for keeping his store open and huge thanks to the staff for showing up to work and being there during this time. I hope this review is helpful and happy shopping to all of you!! read more

Cigarettes R Cheaper - Updated COVID-19 Shut Down/Shut In hours... - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Daly City, California

I came here to redeem and buy some lottery tickets. The cashier was really nice, and it looks like they have a great selection of hookah and smoking items. I don't smoke, but I'll definitely come back here for my lottery needs instead of using the machine at Safeway. Worth the $$! read more

The guy working at the store sold me a vape, open it and apparently it needs a whole charger that they don't even sell at the store. Opened it in store didn't use it, asked for refund because there were other vapes that didn't need a charger I've never seen made in china, cashier refused, called his boss, boss was rude and refused as well. I'd avoid this place if you're buying any vape products. Not worth the time and money. read more

This is just for the Lottery station. I went in to grab some quick picks at 6:10 pm on a Tuesday night and the lady told me she already closed her lottery terminal. The store closes at 7:00 pm but you already turned off your lottery machine? What? Are you kidding me? I just drove to the Chevron down the street instead. Never going back to this place because they only sell death anyway... read more

Cigarettes in San Francisco are surcharged $1 per pack for a "littering fee"- ostensibly to blanket-suspect everyone who smokes cigarettes of also being a law-breaker who litters instead of fining individuals caught littering (because the latter would require enforcement), so going outside of SF avoids this fee. This store has great selection- even carries my More brand gold pack cigarettes, and for a slight discount per pack if bought by the carton. Staff is always friendly and courteous and if they don't have something, they'll offer to get it if they can. read more

Don't come here if the worker with blonde hair is working. I had valid ID but was high and gave a wrong address and she wouldn't sell to me. Way more smoke shops out there fuck this place. read more

Great and fast customer service. Have your I.d. Ready. They are professional. They have everything. I like this smoke shop. They also have great room sprays and a variety of papers and other paraphernalia. Prices aren't too bad either. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS SMOKESHOP. THEY DONT HAVE ANY GLASS AND THE MANAGEMENT IS BAD BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. I LIVE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET SO I CAME TO THE SMOKE SHOP OFTEN AND HAD SEVERAL BAD EXPERIENCES, and now that I think of it, I don't think I've had any positive experiences there. Tge store has potential if Nahid the cashier would get off her cell phone and stop watching tv I might have gotten some of my questions answered but instead, left empty handed and unsatisfied with the customer I had received which is unfortunate because the gentleman that is usually working(-can't remember his name) is always really nice a helpful. So basically, there's a liquor store right next store where I would spend the extra money to avoid the shitty customer service. read more

The girls here are amazing. Even they meet more than a thousands of customers a day, they remember me and my husband. And they got cheaper price for cigarettes!!! read more

Today was my first time inside since their opening, great convenient store. Wide selection of glass , which was what I came shopping for. The store employee was very nice, took her time, respectful. They have a very wide selection of each category. They purchase wholesale, so I was able to purchase my purchase for a great reasonable price. It felt like online shopping X2, because I got to skip the shipping :) I'm not sure of their store hours, but this store gets a great review . read more

If you buy puff bars DO NOT COME HERE there puff bars never work and if you forget to open it in the store they won't replace nor refund you so it's best to go to a trusted supplier because they puff bars are bootsy. read more

The procea and selection for vape are excellent. The staff is friendly except one person who appears to be female. Each time I go there she's rude. She is giving the shop a negative hue by being argumentative, suspect and condescending. It's a business not a toxic relationship so be advised her attitude might bad vibe your day. I might be going back for the price and selection but definately not the service. read more

Came here to buy a lighter and the old lady at the cashier won't sell it to me for some reason she said that you have to be 21+ even though I told her that i've been buying from them. I've been to other smoke shops as well you just have to be 18+ to purchase non-tobacco products. Usually when I come here the younger lady helps me out and she's very nice and helpful. She even helped me pick a bong that I purchased a couple of months ago. read more

You can't beat their prices. They carry everything from hookah supplies, vapes, glass and cheaper prices cigs!! Cuttwood Unicorn Milk is a great favorite and they always it at the shop!!! Business hours should be changed for Sunday.... Stopped by at 9:45am and store was still closed..... Pretty annoying.

Great customer service. Always pleasant and have some good deals on vape juice and mech mods

Great shop. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I've been a regular here for about the last year or so. I have tried several other discount cigarette stores in the area but this one still has the best prices. Good selection on all the other various products as well.
