Consumers should not have to fight, chase, or decode signals just to spend money at an establishment. The experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and entirely avoidable. I would give this place a negative star if possible, but since that option does not exist, it receives a reluctant one star. Save your time, your effort, and your patience. The fillers and binders were from Nicaragua which is my favorite. For $26, I thought this was a good price especially since it also won #1 cigar by Cigar Aficionado in 2015. The standing tables are fine but I think it would be a great idea to also have some comfy leather sofas around for a bit of a more relaxing feel. They have a whiskey & wine bar which is a great addition. There are also a few TV screens for news and sports. If you're also looking for some awesome whiskey bottles to purchase, they have some pretty amazing selections from Angel's Envy, Larceny, to even Bardstown. I was shopping totally out of my comfort zone, trying to find a gift for my boss, and Craig was AMAZING. He took his time walking me through different brands and quality levels, explained what made each one special, and helped me build a really solid variety pack that fit my budget. I told him I had no clue what my boss would prefer, and he made the whole process easy, zero pressure, and actually enjoyable. The shop itself is super clean, really easy to browse, and -- bonus -- they have a full cigar lounge attached if you want to hang out or bring someone who knows what they're doing.
