While in the area visiting family, my cousin and I decided a cigar was needed. As someone who also enjoys a good cigar, this is one of the shops frequented by my cousin so we went here and it did not disappoint. They have an awesome humidor with plenty of great cigars to choose from and as importantly, the cigars are well priced. After making our selection and paying, we headed to the lounge in the back to enjoy our cigars. The lounge contains several comfy chairs along with a few table/chair combos. Add to that, there were a few TVs on the wall makes this a great place to catch a game. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Cigars and More and I will return whenever I'm in the area. read more

I just discovered this place a couple of months ago, but I've returned several times. The selection is great, consisting of a full range of cigars from several labels, even some hard-to-find sticks. And the best thing is that the cigars are very well priced. As for the lounge in the back, it's nice and cozy with several overstuffed lounge chairs to relax in the front part of it and with tables and chairs in the rear. Just buy a stick and enjoy the lounge! read more

The best cigar shop in this area!! They carry a lot of different premium cigars. The lounge is big and people are super friendly. Price is reasonable but the service is excellent!! The humidor room is full of tons of cigars, smells very good and the cigars are beautifully maintained and aged in that room. Check out the place and spend your afternoons or evenings in their lounge, it's like your home ! read more

A lot has changed in 10yrs lol. The last time I was here my $50 got me 4 top shelf premium cigars. So, today 8/3/24 my $50 got me 1 Padron and $10 back. Ronny wasn't there but the cashier guy was friendly enough but seemed a bit confused trying to scan the code. The lounge was like a refrigerator so cold and the drifting smoke from 2 other customers( who were the most unfriendliest cigar smokers I've ever been around) made it very uncomfortable to say the least and so I left after just 10min's. This is why I hardly ever go to a Brick and Mortar store , the prices are ridiculously high and then they charge you a 9.75% tax . Nope, I'll stay home in the comfort of my man-cave and smoke the same cigar from an on-line dealer at 1/3 the price. read more

This was my first time coming here and im an extremely beginner smoker. The man working there was EXTREMELY kind, patient and knowledgeable in answering all of my beginner questions. And when asking for recommendations I liked how he explained the strength and flavors with facts rather than trying to sell me on their most premium cigars. I ended up leaving with some of his recommended cigars and I cannot wait to smoke them with the knowledge and advice that I got from this place. Will be back again when I can read more

Great place for a cigar. Love the atmosphere and the owner and people there are chill. Love that the owner let us smoke in the lounge. Of course cigar lounge courtesy rules apply. Buy cigars from your B&M and support. Especially love the house cigars, purchased quite a bit of them to go back home to share with some friends. Overall, it is a go to for me when I stop by in the San Mateo area. read more

I'm not much of a cigar smoker, so when I go to a shop I typically need a lot of help. My last visit to Cigars & More was no exception. I had a poorly functioning humidor, and non-functioning lighters. The helpful employee knew exactly what to do. He opened the humidor took a look at my humidifying devices, and had a low cost recommendation to improve things. For the lighters, I brought in one that I received as gift that just needed lighter fluid. The employee was kind enough just to fill it with fuel and test it. The other lighter was inherited, and must have been fifty years old. The employee took out the necessary tools disassembled the relevant parts and figured out what needed fixing. Turns out it just needed new flint. I walked out of the store having spent under $10, and with a working humidor and two lighters. read more

Rony is such a great owner/manager/guy in general! I have no interest in cigars. What I wanted was pure CBD--with no THC at all. Oddly, I found out that a great place to buy this is from a cigar smoke shop/cigar store. Honestly, I have zero interest in going to a CBD emporium. The whole medical marijuana thing is outside of my reality. I just want to sleep. Bonus: Cigars & More is very close to my home. In spite of the fact that my potential purchase was very, very small, Rony took the time to enlighten me (haha, my punning is epic) about CBD vaping. He carries a few vaping pens, and explained the ins and outs of all of them. I left with all I needed, having spent a whopping $26. This will last me months. BTW, CBD vaping has been a life-changer for me. Insomnia? Gone. Joint pain? Gone. Mood? OMG, so much better. I can only imagine what a great place this is for cigar aficionados. Go Rony! read more

Cigar & more has a limited amount of 'gars (about 3 dozen) in their square humiodrized room. ashton, cao, arthur fuente, and ovila are featured here. many others like cohilba are represented by single boxes. smoke: "private stock"(6.99) by davidoff? an almost madaro lite in chocolate taste but an mostly smooth smoke. ashes: -tv tuned to sport -smoking area in middle of store -smoke prices slightly above average -friendly staff and people here. -easy parking. read more

After experiencing a horribly different lounge on the search for a warm and welcoming place to enjoy a celebratory birthday cigar for my husband, we discovered this quaint spot off of El Camino Real in San Carlos. We walked in, and immediately saw the big humidor stocked with very well stored and fresh cigars...a HUGE improvement from the last terrible place we went to in Redwood City. The owner gave us a kind "hello!", and let us in for a look at his selection. While we searched, he offered to give us any information on any cigar brands we may not have heard of, or suggest any type of cigar that would compliment our palliate. This is exactly what we were looking for! After some chat about the town and cigar knowledge, he gave us a quick rundown of his shop and lounge. The membership, the locker options, recliners, relaxing area, a beautiful fish tank, TVs and snacks. So wonderful! I really enjoyed myself there! Felt right at home. I also liked the fact that being a woman in a man's world of cigars can be a bit intimidating (I was also the only woman there at the time), so I wanted to commend this shop not only for making my husband feel welcome, but for making sure that my own questions were listened to and well received. You're great! Thanks so much! We had a wonderful time, and it reminded us of being back home. We will definitely be back, and look forward to inviting our friends to join us so they can partake in your wonderful lounge! Guest service means so much. Great place that's welcoming to folks passing through town. I'm new in town without a stogie or a place to watch the super bowl. This place changed all that. Ronnie made me feel right at home and the lounge was a great place to catch the game with a smooth stick. Nice selection of cigars; reasonably priced. Anyone in neighborhood would feel very comfortable popping in for a relaxing time. I look forward to making another trip here. read more

Ok, for starters, their address is 666. Thats awesome. Yes, I will rate a store soley based on their address, I am petty. In addition, its a super chill spot, they have lots of seating and the game (whatever sports team happens to be playing) is ALWAYS on with a group of avid cigar aficionados watching. They have a good selection of smoking stuffs for a good prices. The cigarettes are kinda expensive, but they are more for ciggars and other bits. I love it that sometimes they just leave the door open after hours for their peeps to watch the game. Also the stoner like guy (not sure if hes a stoner or not but he swell either way) that works the counter is super nice. Finally, I dig the wooden indian outside and the bench and ashtray if you dont wanna go inside to have a smoke. read more

Great shop with a really good selection of cigars at fair prices. Humidor did a good job of keeping the cigars at the right humidity level. Both sticks were soft and burned well. Lounge area is very comfortable with surround sound and motorized recliners! Plenty of seating. We are not locals but Ronnie definitely went out of his way to make us feel welcome. read more

I am not a smoker, but I buy cigarette and cigars for others, as gifts, as well as the other smoking devices like pipes, ashtrays and hookahs from Rony (the owner). The prices are great, he is very generous and kind with me everytime I go in to make a purchase. Others that hang out in there are sweet and make conversation with me. They have lottery there which is convenient and i test my luck all the time. I give them a 5 for everything.. great service, prices are great, owner knows the merchandise, great location in the heart of san carlos, and above all I can find something to buy all the time. read more

Loved this place, kept seeing the reviews/pics on yelp and it does not do it justice.. they have a huge humidor and very well stocked. Great customer service and willing to assist and help you choose some cigars.. I already had a bad experience in the Redwood City shop that made me dread cigar shops! Small shop with a head shop for an entrance. They have a smaller humidor but carry the big names so you will find something. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Its located in a small downtown with Plantation coffee next door. You can grab a cup and bring it into the shop. I would absolutely stop back in there. read more

To start, we shared a bunch of appetizers, and got the calamari, pita with various dips, octopus and fried olives. The calamari was just okay, but the dips were really tasty and fresh! The octopus was a surprising standout and had great flavor and char that I loved. I thought frying olives would help me like them, but I can confirm I'm still not an olive fan haha. Their main courses seemed to highlight lamb, which I'm not the biggest fan of, so I decided to play it safe and just get the chicken skewers. Pretty standard chicken skewers, nothing really stood out. Despite Elia not having many options that appealed to me, I still had a great experience, and would definitely recommend for those who like the options they have here!

The one thing that was the most disappointing was the $12 Italian soda. It was just not good... Maybe some of the other non gluten free items are better, but not suitable for a person that needs gluten free options unless you want to eat a salad.
