My PAX battery pack was acting up, I think it was a bust and went in to get a new one. When I described the problem to the guy, he replied with a list of things to try before buying a new one... and lo-and-behold it works now that I tried his very first suggestion (cleaning the prong with isopropyl alcohol). I was all ready to buy a new one there, but he steered me instead to a free solution. Some time before this, my Ooze Duplex 2 vaping device was acting up, so I went back to them. Their return policy said no, which was fine. But their guy took the time to explain to me that the manufacturer's policy is really good and how to go about getting my device serviced by them. He noted that I would need a physical receipt to get warrantee work. I didn't have it. So he took the time to look up several days of Visa receipts from several month prior to find mine. He printed it out for me to send in. (And the vendor, Ooze, was awesome and quickly replaced the malfunctioning part.) I come in with what I know are newbee/stupid questions. Not once have they treat me with contempt or derision; they just simply answered my questions with a smile. If you have anxiety, I think you'll like these guys; they are very chill and non-judgmental. Parking sucks but that's a bad place to have to exit anyway. I park around the corner (on Palm), and just walk over.
