This is such an easy review for me compared to many others due to the perfection executed to get my lazy asses order in at 758 that she calls me to ask, well because they close at 8? DAMN that is super shit there for ya!!! Nope not me so she walked me thru the phone with the order and Super WEEDMAN swoops in his crisp white sedan and saves a rainy day in the future. It's gonna be a typhoon before I run out LMAO. But these people were so cool that I hit them with a near 250.00 bill for some good quality Mary Jane. I'm old! Prices are FAIR and like others its a smaller operation, but the prices obviously beat others in some things or not. Why bother and just ASK these people on the phone and they hooked me up with Almora DAMNNNNN I had one an hour ago, can ya tell? Good- good shit and I pretty much ordered a sampler platter. BUZZ here's to seeing you monthly soon !!! read more

Buzz Delivery - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me

Amazing ! Always fast delivery and lots of options. They change up there menu pretty often too so I'm always exited to try new strains :)

This place deserves all the stars! Quick delivery: usually under 90 minutes. Good selection of quality flower, edibles, vapes etc. But my favorite thing is that you can call the office and actually reach a human being! It's so nice having that personal touch when I have questions. Their drivers always wear masks and usually sanitize the card reader in front of you which I really appreciate. If you order a day ahead, you get 10% off certain items. read more

1) coupon code listed on Yelp isn't valid 2) when I called to inquire about this code, they hung up on me 3) when I called back and conveyed my experience, a different person told me "I'm more than welcome to use Eaze." In response: Yes. Someone certainly hung up on me. It infuriates me more that you are now saying what I have posted is a lie. Take responsibility. I hope everyone sees that this is the customer service they can expect from this business. read more

The Best Delivery place in SF. They are quick and the selection is awesome. If I have a problem getting something from the website, a quick call and it's resolved. The peeps on the phone have always been super helpful and a sheer delight to work with. They email specials which is very helpful. I've tried other "delivery" services in SF and they don't compare to buzz. Thank you everyone at Buzz P.ski read more

Long time Eaze user. Noticed a significant drop in quality over the last few months, including vape cartridges that were half-full. Eventually, as others have mentioned, they started having major stock issues and delivery times started to delay. I hadn't ever heard of Buzz, but was a little desperate to find a new service because of the terrible time I'd been having with Eaze. I had signed up, paid with card, and had product in hand within 25 minutes in Burlingame. Driver was INCREDIBLY nice, and even mentioned that he was *excited* for me to try out their products, since they're better than the brands I mentioned that I'd been using. He wasn't wrong, and neither are all these glowing reviews, which I initially found suspicious . Can't wait to order again. read more

You never know with delivery quite what you're buying, so it's ever important for delivery services to maintain quality inventory. Buzz Delivery maintains that high quality aspect, and then offers delivery to many locations in the Bay Area. The staff us friendly, wearing gloves and masks for COVID-19 protection, and the drop off is quick. I think it would be great for Buzz Delivery to partner with restaurants right now, that way when you come downstairs for your food, it's less conspicuous than purchasing a small bag in the open lobby of my apartment. I know it's legal but not everyone approves still. All in all this is one of my favorite dispensary delivery services! Besides, the have great deals! read more

Really great customer service. Always friendly. They also actually accept credit cards, which no one seems to be doing in SF at the moment. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they usually deliver 30-45 late, but the transaction is so easy, that it is not a big deal. If you're sick of dealing with Eaze and their inconsistent inventory/lack of credit card support, then give Buzz a spin. read more

I was extremely skeptical at first, but Buzz is way better than the dispensaries and cheaper! Their customer service is phenomenal and they're just overall cool people. I've read a few reviews from other delivery services and the BIG issue is not receiving what you ordered, but BUZZ IS NOT FAKE NEWS. All their products are A1. Thank you guys so much :) - loyal customer read more

Never threatened you once. Please don't post false info. And you are not Covid compliant and I can prove it if you want multiple orders have been sent to my house without the proper Covid protection so don't lie I never threatened you your business is horrible and you are not COVID-19 compliant I reported you to the County of San Mateo and San Francisco. When I tried to talk to one of your employees about it I was hung up on. Horrible business horrible customer service please do not use this service. They don't know how to even sell drugs correctly! read more

Buzz Delivery - The whole company - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me

Can't go wrong with this service. Drivers are super nice! Easy to order and arrange delivery. Reasonable selection.

GREAT AND RELIABLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!! I usually stay away from delivery because they usually pull a bait and switch and it seems you never really get what you pay for! NOT WITH THESE GUYS! BUZZ DELIVERY COMES JUST AS ADVERTISED THEY ARE TRULY AWESOME !!!! They offer a variety of meds and include taxes in pricing which is amazing considering a lot of the dispensaries and deliveries charge different taxes that are never really even explained to us. They also accept debit/credit with the addition of a $3 charge which isn't truly bad considering they drive and deliver to you!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER NOW YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! read more

After a lengthy phone conversation they have removed the product and give me a full refund they were very helpful getting the issue with lab testing of thc content taken care of. After the problem has been taken care of i would change my negitive review to a positive with full 5 stars for customer service will definitely continue to use their services. read more

Number 1. Head and shoulders above any delivery service I have ever used, anywhere. Goods always arrive quickly and Joe at dispatch is super friendly, sharp, and considerate to customers over the phone. Any questions or issues are quickly and professionally addressed and the drivers always arrive with a smile! Tech savvy ordering, with text message ETA alerts. These guys are the best in the biz, hands down! Good prices too! Would love to see them get more business and force some of these other services to step their game up. Recently became a member and had my first delivery. The staff member Hillary, is absolutely wonderful to work with. She's made this transition a very smooth one for me as I am a stickler. She was helpful with my questions and needs and also had great suggestions. She made it easy. That's exactly what I like "EASY". The delivery person (Eret) was so very kind and patient as I raced home to meet him. He fell in love with my kitty and that there was enough for me to say, Buzz Delivery, is the way for me from this point on. Thank you for making this an easy task for someone who struggles getting around with severe pain. I am truly grateful for your kindness, guidance and comfort, you exude. I will look forward to my next order. Oh, and yes, I did refer someone to you as well. May they experience your goodness as well as I. read more

This is my favorite dispensary. The medicine is very clean and quality is top notch. I've tried many of the local dispensaries, and I feel that especially for delivery, Buzz is the best. Drivers are professional, products are amazingly good, and they offer a lot of information about their strains. Plus, everything is clean and not laden with pesticides. Even the outdoor stuff is way decent for the $. read more

This one is amazing there's support is helpful better than EAZE!!! The deliveries easy and fast.

I've been ordering cannabis from different dispensaries around the bay for a while, and this place is by far one of the best I've come across! Their customer service was speedy and they took personal care of my order. When something in my order was sold out, they gave me a call to provide me recommendations for a replacement and the recommendations ended up being great choices! Also unlike some other dispensaries, the products from this place come completely sealed! Which was a big thing for me. Similar with the drop off as well, they took all the precautions and care with the exchange. read more

Fast delivery. Was originally given an hr and a half for delivery and they arrived in less than 30. Definitely gonna stick with them for future orders. read more

And I love my delivery guy..he's so gracious and kind and he gives me suggestions to try next time. Right now I'm in LOVE with True Berrymore! Cannot get enough of those tasty, delicious buds! Buzz had my brand of gummies and delivered them reasonably quickly. This was March, before the lockdown, and I was already wearing a mask and face shield. I don't know how the COVID situation is affecting them, so call first. I had some difficulty getting my uploaded ID into the system, but a phone call and we straightened it out. They seem to be very nice and focused. read more

I was looking for a new delivery service the ones I order from are getting stale and delivery can take 2 hours sometimes. It took me less than 1 hour to sign up browse catalog and have my 1st J rolled up and smoked up lol. Good price point on flower for the quality and it looks like they have awesome monthly promos. It was my first but not my last time ordering from buzz. read more

Their prices they post are the out the door price, which I like a lot. Prices are good, product is great! They are always on time. They don't deliver to my house, so I meet them 10 minutes away. That's how good their service is, I'll leave my house to get delivery. Highly recommend. read more

Yup I am a fan!!! Had some problems with delivery the last couple of times, I'm not sure why they can't just adjust my address in their system. They are always in communication with me and they let me know when they've arrived at my address on 8th street when my address is really 28th street. Last time I had to wait an extra hour because they decided to deliver to everyone downtown before they came up towards KoreaTown/ Northgate, that sucked. Product is always fantastic and delivery people are GREAT!!! read more

The first time that I ordered from them I had a problem and I called them and they fixed the issue right away. They helped me with my order issue in a very fast manner.
