The people that work here are always very friendly and helpful. Love this place. Parking may be difficult because Irving street is always busy. read more

My new favorite place in the neighborhood. I wasn't aware of this place, even though I shop along the street regularly. They have great selections, although my purchases, of late, have been edibles. You tell them what you are looking for and they can just give you their recommendations. I can't say much for the parking, but if you are already shopping on Irving Street in the Outer Sunset, this is the place to go! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The check in is easy--first time you get registered in the database and thereafter, just show them your drivers license. The prices are reasonable--it's a cash or debit card only--standard practice for most dispensaries. Check them out!! read more

Friendly, helpful and lots of options. There are different modalities, flower, edibles, carts. The pricing is all in and competitive.

Favorite neighborhood dispensary in the sunset, Joey always coming through with the vibes and the menu is fire as always! Thanks Pipeline

Cute store. I like the little break room! Ok service. Good selection. The traffic and parking in this area are not fun.

I've been going to this dispensary for years and I appreciate most of the budtenders service, but today I was really disappointed. I walked in asking for a cartridge and specified that I wanted a cartridge that screwed into my battery, not a disposable. I was still given a disposable, (which isn't even working) and my budtender was mostly preoccupied with her instagram reels while checking me out. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with service but I hope that if I come in the future, more attention will be paid to what I'm asking for. read more

The budtenders here are so friendly it's one of my favorite dispensaries in the city. They have a wide variety cannabis and have always been very helpful whenever I inquire about a new product. I do wish they'd stock up on their raw garden carts more and I always suggest coming closer to closing just cause parking is sooo much easier read more

Sunset Pipeline is my absolute favorite dispensary, because the people there are so incredibly nice and they are accommodating. And they have a great selection of everything you might want in a dispensary. They don't get here in half an hour, sometimes it takes a couple of hours which I'm used to and the only reason I didn't use them for my last purchase was they didn't have my preferred brands in stock that day. It's always nice when I get a delivery from Tom, he's just a super sweet guy with a great vibe. Everyone at Sunset Pipeline is incredibly kind, and if they would only keep my preferred brands in stock, I would never ever order from anywhere else. read more

This is my favorite dispensary in the Bay Area. All staff are friendly especially the sweet guy at the door that plays tunes on his guitar. I love his energy! Although all staff are nice friendly my personal favorite is Domie. He's the absolute best! I always look forward to making my purchases through Domie. He knows what I like and takes care of me. Thank you Domie!!!! read more

I came in today, and I had the pleasure of having an amazing experience with Angelo. He was very knowledgeable about the different products. He is friendly, patient, super cool, and super chill. read more

See all

I showed up 9:54 and needed an item before the store said online it would be closed which was 10:00 Now I understand that the sign says at 9:45 the doors would be closed but the internet doesn't make it clear of this and so anyone trying to make a drive over like me would be wasting their time. And we all know to be conscientious of the fact people need to go home but I only needed a literal minute to grab what I wanted and the guy was rude af about letting me in. Coming from a guy that closed his retail store at closing time and not before that, and who was chill about letting people in real quick at that last minute, I am will not be returning. read more

This place is great. Great customer service, great sweet workers. Gina,Kate, Addy. Such great girls. If I can give them a 10 star instead of 5 stars I sure would! Thanks again for all their help! Take care! Honest review!! Poison Ivy read more

No deal/discount for new customers is BAD BUSINESS in this industry!! $5 quality prerolls $10 here. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Service is okay, however recently I've found their flower selection is limited, of lower quality, and overpriced. Last order even seemed under, I was tempted to weigh it. Markup on popular brands is significant, and I won't be coming back. read more

Visited for the first time during my first trip to San Francisco. Being from out of state and not very knowledgeable, the Bud tenders helped me through the process of figuring out what I wanted as a newbie flawlessly. Will be returning when I am back in town! read more

This is the place where I get my weekly stach of cannabis Nice staff/ they listen pretty well! Prices are good and there is always a big variety of choices! read more

WARNING! CANCER PATIENTS ARE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE HERE. The manager (Addie I believe) is discriminatory, rude, entitled, and should be ashamed of her behavior. She allows her staff to behave like spoiled children. This is a place I really wanted to love. Been a regular since they opened. In the past few months the product quality has severely dropped and the prices seemed to have gone way up. The quality of staff has gone down as well. Rude and dismissive bud tenders. They seem to high to give any effort or compassion to customer service. Lately management seems to encourage this type of behavior as well. Bottom line, over priced products and unprofessional staff members. Do better for your community please. We welcomed you. Treat people better. read more

Friendly, clean, professional service. The staff was helpful and made the experience well worth my time. This is the only place I will visit for my goodies in SF. Kudos on giving a military discount. read more

A very welcome addition to the neighborhood. I know there are some people who oppose it but I can guarantee you that this place will cause significantly less trouble than the multiple other bars along the street. Their selection is great and the place is very open and clean. Right now, their prices are about as on par with Eaze's prices. It just depends on what you want and when you want it. I will be coming back to this place for sure. read more

All the weed here is pretty much old weed. More brown than green forsure. Night Kap was just some old bubba kushes and they were just baby nugs... 70 an eighth too for high grade? yikes. Prob find that the same shit for 20 bucks in TL. This is the second time I came here and the weed is always old looking and harsh/trash tasting. Perhaps the DT location still got better stuff? read more

Probably a once off event but still. They closed and locked the door 15 minutes before 10:00 and refused to let me pick up a late night preroll. If you say you are open till a set time stay open. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the moment I stepped in the door until I left. Regina helped me find What I needed and I felt that she had my best interests in mind. Love the speedy delivery and they have a map like uber to show you where the drive is. But please fix your website. I had a problem trying to place the order with one of the method, I had to choose cash to proceed with the order but then received a text to ask me pay through some online paying app. read more

Cel was really amazing today. She was on the front desk phone budtending me at the same time as greeting everyone that came in, all while remaining super freakin polite, professional and friendly. She KNEW her stuff. This is what we patrons have come to love and expect from Barbary Coast Sunset and MissionST. These folks are some of the best and one of my favourite things they do is to take the time to let me know about product that is Black owned (Simply Pure) or Women owned (LeUne) or people given second chance owned (Farmer and The Felon). I super appreciate that! Thanks Cel for the spot on service today. read more

Addy went out of her way to help us. She pointed us in the right direction and we're super happy with out purchases. We'll be back for sure. We left with some prerolls, chocolate edibles and a balm. Sure hope if we go back, she'll be available to help us out. read more

They're pretty great but when it comes to their online payment system, it's trash. I was on the phone with their representative for 15 minutes. They didn't really have a solution for me when Pay Treez, the payment system they use, wasn't going through for me on my end. They said they would relay the message but I highly doubt that as they don't even have evidence to show to their payment processor. It was a very frustrating support experience. Probably best to go in person instead of relying on their delivery service and mobile pay :/ read more

I bought a cart at sunset pipeline a few days ago and it went bad. All black inside and tastes terrible. I brought it in to hopefully be able to exchange it but was refused. Because of that, they have lost a really good customer. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at their store but will do so no longer. I recommend going to a different dispensary that treats high spending customers with respect like Urbana Geary. Which is where I will be going from now on. edit: I just discovered that there is a solful dispensary at 10th ave in the inner sunset. I went and got my stuff there and they said to me as I was leaving "If there is anything wrong, just bring back the cart and we will exchange it". . Wow. I will definitely be returning there for all my needs. read more

Very friendly folks, great selection, and reasonable prices. It's my new go-to place for sleep aid.

Sadly, as their stay has extended here in the Sunset, the staff has become neglectful and entitled. I had one patient consultant actually put my remaining change in his tip jar, as he told me the balance. I was taken aback, I have worked in customer service most of my life and this one was a first! Four times now, I have asked about an item listed online, only to find out the PC was unaware of current inventory. I do not mind taking out my phone to show them the deal they are promoting or the product they have on self; but after a while, it is time consuming and does come off as unprofessional. read more

La la laaaa I laaaaav Barbary Coast Sunset. Their delivery service is on point, the drivers are always friendly, masked, and on time (sometimes even early). I think you all should support Black owned businesses when it comes to purchasing your stoney treats (I won't go into it here, but really, do some research). Anyway, they have a great selection and although I've never been inside, their storefront looks great and their merch is fun. Perfect for easing all your COVID anxiety (or heightening it! Experiment eep) Thanks Barbary Coast Sunset! read more

Jayde. Jayde is a world-famous cannabis chef. Jayde is hands down the best customer service, person-centered sales, warm, and kind person I have ever met at any cannabis store. She was professional, funny, playful, and not only gave me options around what I asked about, but she also gave me other really awesome items that I had never considered. Yes, Jayde will upsell you on all the things you may not need, but end up wanting. Yes, I walked in wanting to get one item for the Birthday weekend I am adventuring into. Yes, I walked out of Barbary Coast Sunset buying 5 different items... Anywho, keep being you and being awesome humans. I'd come by just to say hello. read more

Sunset Pipeline - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - San Francisco, California

Consistently way overpriced, limited selection that can't be visually confirmed, customer service was okay but not very familiar with inventory and they were unable to make a noteworthy recommendation. It's unfortunate because this location was really solid for a few years, and now seems to be shell of its former self, going downhill quick. I see a new, better chain of dispensaries opened nearby, which has great prices and an excellent variety. Unless Sunset Pipeline ownership seriously changes their approach to keeping customers, it's probably only a matter time before this location goes out of business. read more

I come here sporadically. It's always a pleasant experience. They have a good selection and I don't find the prices to be exorbitant.

I had picked up a battery + cartridge and some flower a couple of days ago. The tender who helped me out was Nicki, she was very nice. My battery was $15 and two days later it stopped working. Love the service here and the vibe. Glad I live close by! read more

I remember going to their original location many years ago near the old SF Mint Building near SOMA and now it's a new decade and never thought I'd be buying flowers in the Sunset District, out of all places in the city. Ask me about this about 10-15 years ago and I'd laugh at you. I like this location better since it's newer, less busy, more lighting, and the staff here feel more welcoming. Not as crowded and so there's more focus on customer service here. Great selection of stuff and practically no waiting in line. read more
