If you're looking for solid promotions and affordable options, they definitely deliver on that. That said, the customer service experience can be frustrating. It seems like they have enough budtenders on staff, but the scheduling doesn't always make sense. I've waited around 25 minutes before while only one tender was actually working the counter. With the volume they get, that kind of wait shouldn't be happening. The budtenders know the basics about weed, but sometimes it feels like they're guessing rather than confidently recommending products. I've also tried their flower multiple times, and more often than not it's been very dry -- to the point where it crumbles into dust. That's pretty disappointing. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this location and felt I was discriminated against. I was denied entry because I did not have a California ID, even though I presented a valid passport. I have used my passport at multiple STIIIZY locations without any issues. What made this situation more troubling is that after reading reviews for this location, I saw that other customers have been allowed in using passports and out-of-state IDs. Bought an all in one gramlin live rosin disposable yesterday after having it recommended by the budtender. Only to have it be the worst disposable I've ever used. I think they just wanted to unload these to certain customers who don't know any better. This disposable is awful you have to hit it like 10 times to get any smoke out of it and the taste is so fake. The place was popular, I was probably 8th in line. But, the line moved fast as they has 3 weedistas working. When I got up to the counter I mentioned my edible needs and the guy came up with a pretty good special of 2 packs for $20. I jumped at it! I've been coming into this stiiizy store for 3 years and everyone is great. I always trust the worker to bring out, what I have asked for, however, last night(1/30) the Anaya girl made a mistake that could have been easily corrected. The woman put my order in the bag and never mentioned anything about the return policy, along with forgetting to give me a receipt. I was surprised to find that she did not give me the right order and after seconds of realizing that I was given the wrong thing they kept denying what was necessary to be done. The people showed unprofessionalism and after years of coming here they could not have done justice. After a long conversation Nancy gave in and gave me what I originally asked for. This issue could have easily been resolved, but the workers that night did not want to help and kept mentioning the manager left, when they were obviously in the back doing backflips or whatever they were doing. I reached out and emailed to support@stiiizy.com as mentioned from the owner but have not heard back on any of my emails. There are way better dispensaries out here in the Bay Area who will actually offer support when things go wrong. Also, they will delete your google reviews as they work closely with google to ensure that fake 5 star reviews are being put at the top while the latest one star reviews are hidden. read more

Jeeters you can't even hit, there is even a law suit out for a number of there products. So please watch out for your health overall!!! I will never recommend this brand and product again to anyone. Friday night when I decided to try this new place near my Lake Merced residence. The dispensary clearly states that they close by 10 pm. I got there by 9:45 pm!! Security closet the gate at my face i asked the guy to let me in because it's not 10 yet . He let someone else in a second before!
