Just like the first check the second check i had my keys in hand that had a pepper spray attachment to it and they said nothing about it and let me in. A few minutes later, I had some guy rushing towards me aggressively telling me that I had to give him my keys. I was very uncomfortable with that and told him that I would just rather leave. As I'm walking out, he yelled at me "yeah fucking leave" and I told him that he was acting weird and then he gave me the finger. I started recording because I was uncomfortable with him following me. What's the point of calling in to save yourself 45 minutes of a drive to be told one thing and then for them to honor another because somebody made a mistake and it's a good training opportunity.. your training opportunities should NOT be paid by the client but your business . I understand that some products (such as beverages) may have been excluded from the sale. Nice set up and fast service. Staffs are nice But I don't want to leave negative review, but I'm disappointed with how this issue has been handled. I visited during the 30% off promotion and spent nearly $400. I know some items, like drinks, may not have been eligible for the promotion, and that's completely understandable. That why I asked the staff who helped us to make sure and she checked on the computer and said yes Kiva is 30% that why I order a lot but she didn't say only 1 or what the policy when I said wow I want more when it's 30% off, good deal! She should say something. However, I bought five Kiva Sea Salt Caramel Milk Chocolate Bites, and my receipt appears to show that only one of them received the discount instead of all of the eligible items. Also another 2 cookies and cream that only 1 eligible. So I reached out through the company's online contact form, explained the issue, and waited for the reply. It's now been over a week, and I haven't received any reply at all. Even if the discount was applied correctly, I expected someone to at least respond and explain it. I hope the store improves its customer service and communication. At this point, I'm just looking for someone to review my receipt and explain what happened.

I cannot say enough. AYour selection is impeccable and vast as well. Now for ownership, that is another thing. The biggest beef and I am not the only one as I have heard from other customers as well. What is with the $5.00 atm fee? This is an absolute slap in the face to your customers, and I can only equate it to corporate greed. Your employees work so hard to make each shop into a "local neighborhood shop" and in seconds you kinda put a damper on that. Maybe I am missing something, and I do know there are fees at the bank involved. But let's do the math. First off, you do have expenses as all business does but the profity margin at dispensaries is already high. The price point you set is to remain profitable. The beef, is at 5$ per swipe, at a modest 100 transactions per day is approx 15 k pure profit. So that encourages cash only as your bank machine has fees as well. Let us talk about encouraging cash............hmmmmmm. I love getting "cash" as well. I get that. But your adding 5$ per trans is really soaking your clients. With almost everything being cashless or cashless encouraged it almost feels like a trap. You have gone so far even as to switch out to a new debit system and "forgot" to put the 5$ per transaction fee notice back on the customer terminal so if the employee forgets to mention it you don't even know about it. Now I have heard other businesses charging this heavy fee but instead of being greedy they put it into their employees. Retirement funds, medical and health coverage or yearly bonuses etc. I know you have reward programs etc. and are a great business. I def may have it all wrong, but I have heard people really complain and with so many other dispensaries around, a switch is easy. I love your shop but this just leaves a bad taste. Like I said I am mostly uninformed and maybe totally wrong but with everything being so expensive do we really need such a high fee. The 1% give to the community is a start too. It's their fog fest tradition which I'm so thankful for because we weren't able to stand in the long food lines with a teething sleepy 9 month old so we helped ourselves.
