OK, I usually don't buy weed from like dispensaries, but I do from stiiizy they always have like ongoing deals deal of the day unlike other club, which they're just trying to upsell you. I literally walked out of there with four packs of Gummies for under $50 100mg a pack may not have been the best quality but a bang for my book for sure. now you're wondering why the four star sometimes I walk in there and they have an attitude and I don't appreciate attitude to be honest, especially not in a environment where we're supposed to be high all the time so with that being said, I'm gonna leave the four star and hope they work on that your working a cannabis club for God sake go smoke a joint on your break get it together guys read more

2.8 stars for a reason. Came in to return a vape. First, the black female manager told me I was outside the 7-day window, then after she recounted to seven on her fingers, a new rule suddenly appeared: the product had to be "at least half empty." She had never mentioned that requirement on any prior visit when discussing returns. It felt like every time one requirement was met, another suddenly appeared. When I asked to escalate, manager Fabio Zelaya stepped in and gave a completely different version of the rule- now it was "halfway full." So depending on who you ask, the policy apparently changes mid-conversation. He then accused me of abusing the return policy and trying to get free products, despite being a regular customer. When I asked where the "halfway" requirement was written, he said on the receipt, but he could not actually show it to me despite me asking multiple times. Fabio also said he can "change the policy any time and do whatever I want- I am the law, I own this place," and mentioned he can choose who to serve or remove from the store. At that point the tone of the entire interaction was pretty clear. When I took out my phone to start writing down his name for reporting, he accused me of filming him or the store even though I was only using my Notes app, which I showed him to clarify. He escalated the situation unnecessarily and was already in attack mode before I could even speak, and stayed that way throughout the interaction. A male customer passing by even chimed in ("Yeah! Tell her!") while Fabio was escalating the situation and raising his voice at me during his "I am the law" speech. At that point, not one but two men were raising their voices at me simply for asking for an explanation or a receipt. After escalating to corporate, my return was approved -- I guess his "law" got overridden by corporate after all. When I returned, the receipt/policy reference suddenly appeared and was offered without me even having to ask. I asked why it couldn't be shown at the time of the original return, but he again didn't give an answer. Presenting it afterward as if it had been there the whole time is honestly ridiculous. Overall, inconsistent explanations, poor communication, and employees who don't seem to know their own policies. The situation was escalated at every step instead of being de-escalated professionally, and despite me being a loyal customer, there was no apology from the management and apparently no accountability for how both managers handled the situation. The fact that he still works there (or was hired, with that kind of temper toward customers) is wild. read more

The guy that checks the door was really kind and nice professional. There was another girl that I was hoping would be the one to take care of me cause her attitude was really nice. I'm sitting there watching her treat everybody with love and patient and unfortunately I got the heavyset Asian dude that seemed like he just wanted to go home and rushed me along. I don't like being pushed out the door. I usually make quick decisions and buy stuff that I'm not happy with part of the job is recommending good options, I ended up getting a single pre-roll for seven dollars when I could've just got a bag 3.5 for $15 I would've preferred to have just bought some flower like I was asking for he seemed pretty acknowledged about stuff when I asked about deals and promotions too. Aside from that I'd say presentation is really nice and your employees are pretty decent too. I just don't know what his deal is. Maybe he needs to take a break or something. Terrible service. Not only did I spend about 200+ at this location, but they also tried to steal my phone. The "manager" who is the guy in the picture was trying to give us the runaround and not let me see their camera footage. My boyfriend who was with me had my location and it was there the whole time. They kept saying it was not there and they didn't "have it" Funny enough the tender who helped us had to go on break right after. I'm pretty sure she took my phone and then tried to say she found it at their ATM which we did not use. The "manager" did not want to give me his name or their business card. Just shady business. Overall they are clean and have reasonable prices. The buying experience on the other hand was not good. One of the people who sold there were was not super friendly and made a political statement that made me feel this was not a safe environment to buy. This guy in a rainbow shirt was very rude to me. He going to come up and try take my order, but then change his mind and went help a person who was already being helped. It was already a long line, but surprisingly a whole bunch of employees came from out of nowhere just standing behind the table. Buyer Beware, read the fine print. I won't stay I had my worst customer service experience ever but I'm taken a back my interaction of both managers working Friday April 4th at 1:40pm. Due to a situation of fine print, I received only a discount of $5 instead of $11, for a buy two get one 1/2 off sale. According to the manager, it was my mistake for not understanding the details of the sale and there's a no refund policy to rectify the situation. My mistake was buying a battery that the salesperson recommended to purchase. Turns out the battery being the lower priced item get the discount. Sure you got me. Usually something this small is easily solved but here I am. I will never buy a stiiizy product again. I was already hesitant after the recent recall due to pesticide contamination. I still find it hard to believe that the cost of a debit card transaction is actually $3 for the business and that they have no other means of transacting, but I don't doubt the possibility. I also acknowledge that the uncut gummies is a matter of preference. Still, aren't all Yelp reviews simply a matter of opinion anyways? I'll keep it at one star because, the $3 surcharge is still absurd. The right way to do things is to maybe split that cost with the customer, rather than pass it all completely to the customer. I was told the stiiizy flower was on sale but the normal price of the 8th was barely even discounted. I walked out with an 8th and once I realized I turned right around and asked if there was anything that could be done but apparently there wasn't since the transaction went through.
