My persons vape broke. And we needed a quick resolution. We took a nice brisk walk to Stiiizy from our hotel. I have been to the Walnut Creek location before but never the Union Square one. I loved how small, and cozy, it made the whole experience feel warm. It's like putting a plant in the right pot to grow. It's not huge and overwhelming with empty space. But even though it was smaller it had a wide selection of products to choose from. The staff was so quick and knowledgeable and kind. Got us exactly what we needed, and then some. And educated us a little on quality of product too. We talked a little about pop culture and advertising, shared a laugh, and they were just down to earth cool young adults. They had us in and out in five minutes. I have been in the SF for two days, and this interaction and experience has been the best yet. I could see myself going back in and buying stuff just to say hi to the people that work there and to have the experience. Cause honestly I don't even smoke...but I can definitely support this company and buy some gifts for my people that do. The security guard was kind, and welcomed us in too! The right staff can make or break your place. I am sure they are paid well here, given how kind a cool they were, but hell give them a raise. read more

BEAWARE!! I'm certain this store scamming by replacing the nuggets and tampering with seals on high end strains. I bought a half ounce of 710lab from this location. If you guys know it's a very high end pricy half. When I came back to my hotel to open it I immediately realized the smell proof bag that contains a smell proof jar of the half was in smelled, which means the jar was opened. Further upon inspection I see that there have been 2 seals put on the jar. One seal was ripped off and another was put on. It is showing more proof of it being tampered with. The weed smelled mid and the nuggets do not represent how the bar code scanned weed picture was on the jar. The bar code I scanned on the jar showed light green nuggets whereas this showed darker colored purple nuggets, bud structure is different and smells unpleasant to say the least. I can almost be sure that this was tampered with and nuggets most likely have gotten swapped. I am beyond upset on spending 225$ on a half just to find out it's most likely tampered with. Genuinely believe the nuggets have been switched out. I feel ripped off and will never be coming to this location again. The staff I talked too literally didn't give a shi about anything I was saying. Just kept saying the weed is "old" and there's nothing she can do about it. Which I understand the no refund policy. But she kept repeating that without really acknowledging that my weed most likely have been tampered with, which is very serious. when I brought up the seal is ripped off and another seal is put in its place, she stated "she has no answer for that it must be old weed". It doesn't explain a single thing about the seal being ripped off. This led to me thinking 2 things, either she already knows and is in on this scam or she must think I'm scamming her which I can see even though that is most certainly not the case. I absolutely hate writing reviews but I am so upset on how they scammed me. Believe me I have bought many eighths and half's of 710lab and all have passed the check mark and nuggets match the picture on the bar codes. I'm shocked STIIIZY or just this location would do some underhanded thing like this. BEAWARE for anyone wanting to buy quality weed. This is disgusting and partially ruined my trip in San Francisco. Difficult location to get to just based on Parking really love the options that they had listed as well as the price points. My only concern would be the number of budtenders that they have working. OK, I usually don't buy weed from like dispensaries, but I do from stiiizy they always have like ongoing deals deal of the day unlike other club, which they're just trying to upsell you. 2.8 stars for a reason. Came in to return a vape. First, the black female manager told me I was outside the 7-day window, then after she recounted to seven on her fingers, a new rule suddenly appeared: the product had to be "at least half empty." She had never mentioned that requirement on any prior visit when discussing returns. It felt like every time one requirement was met, another suddenly appeared. When I asked to escalate, manager Fabio Zelaya stepped in and gave a completely different version of the rule- now it was "halfway full." So depending on who you ask, the policy apparently changes mid-conversation. He then accused me of abusing the return policy and trying to get free products, despite being a regular customer. When I asked where the "halfway" requirement was written, he said on the receipt, but he could not actually show it to me despite me asking multiple times. Fabio also said he can "change the policy any time and do whatever I want- I am the law, I own this place," and mentioned he can choose who to serve or remove from the store. At that point the tone of the entire interaction was pretty clear. When I took out my phone to start writing down his name for reporting, he accused me of filming him or the store even though I was only using my Notes app, which I showed him to clarify. He escalated the situation unnecessarily and was already in attack mode before I could even speak, and stayed that way throughout the interaction. A male customer passing by even chimed in ("Yeah! Tell her!") while Fabio was escalating the situation and raising his voice at me during his "I am the law" speech. At that point, not one but two men were raising their voices at me simply for asking for an explanation or a receipt. After escalating to corporate, my return was approved -- I guess his "law" got overridden by corporate after all. When I returned, the receipt/policy reference suddenly appeared and was offered without me even having to ask. I asked why it couldn't be shown at the time of the original return, but he again didn't give an answer. Presenting it afterward as if it had been there the whole time is honestly ridiculous. Overall, inconsistent explanations, poor communication, and employees who don't seem to know their own policies. The situation was escalated at every step instead of being de-escalated professionally, and despite me being a loyal customer, there was no apology from the management and apparently no accountability for how both managers handled the situation. The fact that he still works there (or was hired, with that kind of temper toward customers) is wild. read more

The guy that checks the door was really kind and nice professional. There was another girl that I was hoping would be the one to take care of me cause her attitude was really nice. I'm sitting there watching her treat everybody with love and patient and unfortunately I got the heavyset Asian dude that seemed like he just wanted to go home and rushed me along. I don't like being pushed out the door. I usually make quick decisions and buy stuff that I'm not happy with part of the job is recommending good options, I ended up getting a single pre-roll for seven dollars when I could've just got a bag 3.5 for $15 I would've preferred to have just bought some flower like I was asking for he seemed pretty acknowledged about stuff when I asked about deals and promotions too. I'll keep it at one star because, the $3 surcharge is still absurd. The right way to do things is to maybe split that cost with the customer, rather than pass it all completely to the customer.
