Customer service alone got 5 stars. From the beginning of coming in the store to the end it was just friendly faces all around. They check your ID upon entry and then take you through each section and take time to explain the popular items and answer any questions you may have. We came in specifically for a CBD tea and unfortunately we learned the teas were the worst selling item and no longer restocked. While we didn't get what we wanted, we still left with CBD honey and Chaga tea. Prices seemed somewhat high, but I did appreciate the customer service. read more

Ehhhh.... The only thing I truly enjoyed was the decor. It goes perfectly with the beach vibes being in Pacifica. Here's what sucked: 1. No first time offerings such as: first time discount, promos, etc. 2. The staff lady was overall nice, but she definitely had an negative undertone to her you could feel. 3. Customer service was alright. 4. I realized they didn't give you the difference in cash, which is what most dispensaries do when paying with card. Tried it, not my favorite. Lady in the front was so rude as soon as I got there. She made everyone so uncomfortable and the other staff just kinda sat there and let her be rude to everybody. If you're looking for a good place I had been going to green cross before this and will def go back bc the staff and they give me free stuff smt LOL also flight is a good one that's cheap. Stopped by the store when I was driving through Pacifica. I was surprised they had breez breath sprays which are my wife's favorite. When we got home we noticed the sprays were not working. I opened them up and they are completely empty. No residue it looks like they were never even filled. We called and Nicky answered. She didn't believe us and acted like we were lying and didn't want pictures or anything. I never asked for a refund just wanted to let them know. They couldn't be bothered even though I just spent 120 dollars at the shop. read more

I just moved here and thought this was my dispensary. The young man that helped me was amazing and I really liked going here. It's clean products are awesome. But after today I won't return. The woman working there made me feel really unwelcome and I would have purchased more if her attitude was different. First it was my ID. I haven't recieved my DL yet I was living overseas and have European license. It takes forever to get it sorted so I am using my passport. I explained to her this was my 7th visit and I was in the system but she said I wasn't and she needed a dl. Well my dl isn't from us so I knew it wouldn't work. 7 times I went in with no issue now it was drama. There was a cop behind me wanting in so she let him go ahead and I waited.....then I finally got in and she couldn't get my card in. She informed me I had saved card I needed to use that. The saved card is my boyfriends card I wanted to use my debit. So when I told her that she tells me that's illegal you can't do that. Really? Even though his name is on debit my name is on account and I certainly can use it but it had nothing to do with today. She refused my debit I walked over to ATM got cash out and really wanted to just leave...I found coastline dispensary and they rock there is no drama with my ID or my debit and they are very helpful. What's the problem with Pacifica Cannabis Dispensaries that refuse to protect employees and customers by ignoring Covid 19 protection policies and procedures???? After visits to Lytt where mask and social distancing are continually ignored, I went to Seaweed and found the same issues. After a couple of visits to Seaweed, I witnessed no social distancing behind and in front of the service counter. I've witnessed up to four customers standing in front of the service counter with no social distancing. Often, employees are not wearing masks. No sanitizing efforts by staff to wipe down tablets, counters, ATM screens, door knobs etc. after a customer leaves. With the door closed and no fresh air circulation, the inside of this dispensary could definitely be a hotbed for Covid 19 infection. I love sea weed, sea vegetables I eat a lot of them so when I saw the sign I thought I'd be coming home with some fabulous sea weeds . . .to eat. HA HA on me! I walked totally dazed and confused . . .where are the green sea vegetables? I did not get the play on words! But once I realized my faux pas I was charmed by the delightful owner and then impressed with her smarts and her vetting of all of her products. One must be very careful these days with pesticides, herbicides and deception. She'll spend a lot of time with you, it's a very comfortable place, very homey rather than home-boy. read more

There were several things wrong with this "dispensary" 1) the owner refused to acknowledge my state medical card and give me the tax break that it LEGALLY GUARANTEES. 2) was extremely rude, and had a holier than though attitude about everything- guess what, I've been to cannabis conferences too. Doesn't mean you need to treat your customers poorly just because you think you know everything, and they were just trying to have a discussion from one industry fellow to another. 3) they have ZERO testing results on their products and did not follow ANY 2018 compliance laws. Yes, I said it. Their products are non-compliant and whoever I spoke to seemed to believe they were right even though their shop had so many glaring things wrong with it. As an older woman, I am apprehensive about going into a dispensary, having had a few bad experiences with these stores in Pacifica & SF. Often, individuals behind the counter don't have the patience to explain products and are dismissive. This store was the polar opposite of that. The owner meet me at the door & everyone in the store was kind, helpful & patient. The store was well stocked, clean & well lit. I left with my purchases & will return again. This will be my go to place. Highly recommended! read more

The taxes they charge at this place seem very off.... CA State Excise Tax= 27% ( when the CA State tax is 15% per CA website) City Tax= 6% County Tax= 9.25% so the total taxes I paid was 42.25%!!!! I'll be looking into to this further this is obscene.... Watch out read more

I love this place. My first couple times in here and dealing with the owner, can't remember her name, but she was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and helped me out with everything. There was another employee who worked here, not sure if he still does but he really made me feel comfortable. They only accepted cash at first, then switched to accepting card. I went back in recently and was pretty taken aback because they said they're back to cash only again? I asked the younger guy working and he didn't really say much, he just said "I don't know about that". Which kind of pissed me off. And they also stopped carrying some of the products I knew I could get there, but that might not be their fault entirely. Overall the shop Is sooo adorable, super boutique, that you could sit and buy a CBD tea and relax if you wanted. I would say this shop is quite expensive, but for only coming in a couple times a year for some medicine, I'd say it's worth it. I especially love their Icarus extracts line, with the vape pe Thy also started selling DoTerra essential oils which is a huge plus as hey are the only ones I use! Hope to try the CBD teas soon, will update Sooo update to my update, which was a 5 star rating, I just came here today (2/2/19), my friend came from out of town to come here...we walked in and they have NO THC. To expensive. I was buying a 'cheap' pre- roll. It was 10 before taxes. 13.03 after. I gave him exact change minus the .03 cent. I didn't want to break a 20 for three cents so I was thinking 'he will let me slide on 3 penny's'. Wrong!!! I left and told him I'm going to get 3 cents out of my car. Instead I drove to another club in SF and walked out the door from there a happy customer after spending $110. If they are willing to hold out over 3 cents I can hold out by never returning. read more

Not only are they customer focused but the only shop in Pacifica that takes credit/debit cards and Apple or Google Pay. like any other business that is not mj related I have the convenience of paying my way. That makes doing business with them effortless and I love it. Go there and you will see what I mean. Whish others in Pacifica would come into the 21st century. read more

We went into Seaweed Holistics on a recommendation from my Brother and Sister-in-law, who both had a really great experience. Walking in, you get a very "relaxing spa-like feeling". Both the Owner and Customer Care Associate were very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us go online to get our cards renewed, then showed us all the product they have available, and made suggestions for our specific health issues. A super positive experience!! We will definitely go back, and will recommend Seaweed Holistics to our friends. read more

Searching for a new dispensary in the coast what with them popping up and closing in a year or 2. I liked the set up here. I didn't feel rushed or "watched". I purchased some edibles for my partner and some cartridges. They were out of batteries. The girl was really nice and told me that they would be in later that day. I wanted to like this place. I have friends who avoided it because they could tell it was overpriced but I wanted to give them a shot. Perhaps they had some good variety. Not much of a variety when I went in and like another review said they offer no testing for the flowers they sell. That pretty much was enough for me to be done. I spent over $40 for two 1 gram samples. The flower was alright but no testing is stupid, the least you can do is assure customers we are looking at pesticide free etc.. products to purchase! My actual interactions with the staff however were fine. The staff was friendly and welcoming and were willing to take the time to help me out and listen to what I was looking for. Good service. If they started testing and making results available in store that would be awesome and if they rethink the prices a little they might reach more customers. read more
