Took a trip to Harborside San Leandro today and I just want to give a special shoutout to Angel aka Cookie Monster for being such a genuinely amazing person! I was paying with cash today and came up a few dollars short. Angel made it possible for me to get my items anyway. My experience with the staff has been hospitable, welcoming, and I really appreciate them answering all our questions. I also appreciate the professionalism and the personable interactions, it creates a good balance of like "yes this budtender is very knowledgeable & knows what they're talking about", and also like you're talking with a friend or family lol. I also came here to buy the product needed for our wedding cannabar (highly recommend if you want to have a 420 friendly wedding, & don't want to have liquor bar!!!) and everyone was amazing with helping us figure out the best options for the amount of guests we had. Today, Carissa was awesome helping me figure out some gummy options for after a major procedure, she helped me find exactly what I needed. I always feel comfortable to ask questions here and just appreciate the vibes of the staff including front receptionist/guard that's usually there where I go Week day morning times. He always has a smile on and makes the first few seconds of the visit so welcoming while getting checked in. Excuse me for not getting his name down but he's great! Prices are definitely a lot more affordable than other places I've been to, AND without reducing the quality of their inventory. Parking is plenty and overall, very clean. Everyone here is amazing but had a bad experience with budtender Omar. He was rude, leaned over my friend with out saying excuse me all in her personal space. He threw his key on the counter very aggressively pushed past her and was rude to the point even the security guard apologized. Reported it to staff and they were very apologetic and helpful. Still recommend harbor side but don't appreciate Omar's attitude. read more

Do not ever order delivery from here. Last month I ordered and they called me 3o min passed my delivery window and said they could deliver it the next day. The next day I had to call since my order had not arrived and the guy/call center for San Diego harborside plus another company under another name said he couldn't get ahold of anybody in the entire store. He offered me a 30% discount for my troubles and said he thought I deserved more. Thanks for that. Fast forward to today and I am now almost an hour passed my delivery window and nobody at the store/call center is picking up the phone. Place is pretty good. Some of the staff are more helpful than others and their new "membership", I don't know it seems a bit like a scam. It is just as expensive with the 40% off, they may have raised their prices and then offered the membership. Before I had a membership I felt very pressured to buy one . The 50% off on weekends instead of the 40% during the week is pretty good but everyone's in there so you end up waiting 30 to 40 minutes. The check in staff at the front desk are also a hit and miss. read more

Horrible location! The customer bathrooms inside the establishment are always posting signs for out of order and cannot be used for a long time now. They recently put an outdoor bathroom for employees only which I shared a photo off in this review. I believe an establishment is suppose to provide a restroom for paying customers at least. Covid has been done and if someone is purchasing goods within the establishment, they should be allowed to attend the restrooms, this is against the Restroom Recess Act (Ally's Law). Without knowing if any customers have a disability is ethically incorrect. This will be reported. read more
