OMG NO! Dirt weed had no flavor, and up to 1/3 or even more was stems and seeds. $10 for a "lid" that could weigh any amount. And now we have NUG! After all the years of B.S. a California citizen over 21 can go inside this store and buy a joint, 1/8 ounce, of quality ranges from good to great. I know lots of people who prefer to eat gummies or cookies, candies, may even have sugar free. They sell refrigerated product. Not exactly sure about those. There are new ways to smoke and they have all the variety of options at what I consider reasonable prices. The store itself looks very nice and is staffed by very knowledgeable people who know what they're dealing. Friendly, like you would want. I have had a positive experience every single time I come here. And why not? My shit's on sale on Wednesday, I use the slick ass app, so that when I go to the store, I'm in the pick up line, making quick work of my "score" LMAO. Still pinching myself. In and out pdq! However, there's this one guy who's shorter and blond that is just overall rude and seems like he doesn't want to be there. This used to be my go to spot since it's nearby and I haven't had any real issues beyond sometimes you can be waiting in line for a while. But the last time I went left a bad taste in my mouth and it's been probably a few months since I've been. The budtender that helped me was so apathetic lmao. Firstly I came up to her register and she was chatting to her coworker for a cool minute while I was standing in front of her but whatever that's not a big deal. I noticed that there was a promotion going on that if I spent a certain amount I would get a free preroll, and I was a solid $10+ above the amount. After she rung me up and closed me out I asked about the promotion and she said it's only before tax, which I completely get but wished it said(maybe it did and I didn't notice). I asked her how much was I short by and literally it was like 8 cents short like cmon lol. But then I was like ok, what's the cheapest preroll you have obviously insinuating that I wanted to add it to my previous order amount. So I bought it and was waiting on that free roll but she didn't say anything so I asked. She then told me since it was two different transactions it doesn't count?? Like I'm still here why else would I purchase another item. But all she did was just give me a blank look, no offer to help or anything. Like I was obviously trying to hit that amount goal so I wish she was more helpful in explaining or told me beforehand it wouldn't add to the previous purchase. Lowkey almost wanted to just refund the whole entire order but I had to go to work and just decided to cut my loss. Girl at the front desk was rude. Light skin with short blonde streaks in her hair. I haven't came here in like 3-4 years maybe. Only one trip and it was years ago. I walked in without remembering the process of being checked in or if they still had my info on file. Security was cool, exchanged head nods. But the girl at the front was on the phone so I respectfully waited for her to do her thing, Few seconds pass and she just kinda snaps, points up and just says "put your ID" out of annoyed impatience, pointing at the card verifier. Could've made eye contact and waved, pointed at the verifier or pretty much anything except just being rude. I told her I never been here, just trying to hint that I didn't get how it works, Usually a "hello, welcome. Do you have your ID?" Something proper like that? I also checked the website prior and knew what I was gonna get, I know what good service looks like, i just wanted to come in and check them out. i've worked in the cannabis industry for 7 years, vending, distribution, budtending. I just know that's not how you check someone in. She looks at her computer and tried to tell me I've been there "plenty of times." She said I was there 5 times, which I know I wasn't. She starts naming random dates because I asked about it.. Then she goes "you need to stop smoking" and starts laughing. which really threw me off because she was giving me this weird "I'm right, you're wrong and stupid" type of tone. Real fake. Just rude. Nobody gives good service anymore from people. So I waited in line thinking about how she was trying to act that way with me. And once I got up there to order, I asked the budtender, cool white dude (I didn't remember any names sorry) he was pretty chill. And he told me I was only there once and made one single purchase. The online ordering website is a bit of a nightmare to use, and they don't let you know when the order is ready for pickup so you just have to kind of show up. Delivery has had issues the past 2 times I ordered. They don't update the menu enough when things are out of stock and call me and cancel my order and make me reorder with what's actually in stock. This has happened twice for me with delivery and it is super annoying, not going to reorder this time. Sorry guys but you need to improve your online and delivery systems. So this club is really a hit or miss. I use to come all the time a couple years ago but had a bad interaction with a disposable and their return policy so I decided to just go to lemmonade for now on. Well the other day I decided to get a delivery from nug cuz they had some good sales going and I'm not gunna lie that delivery went super smooth it got delivered within the hour of placing it. So I decided to do another delivery order a couple days later and maaaan what the hell. I placed the order when they opened so it would be one of the firsts to be processed and sent out for delivery but boy I was wrong. Placed it at 9am and figured it would be delivered no later then 11am . Well 11am rolls by with no text no nothing regarding the delivery and it's still suck in awaiting processing so I called the store to get an update. The lady says it's getting packed up right now and will be dispatched shortly so I said great thank you and hung up. 1pm rolls by with still no update whatsoever so I called again and the lady now tells me there are 6 deliveries ahead of me and I won't get it until around 3pm. Had there been some sort of damn communication about their only being one driver I would have went to get it myself loooong time ago. I could have went there and back 4 times to pick it up in the 4 hours it took just to get an update on the order. I get that you have one driver but it is not ok to just leave everyone in limbo wondering what's going on with their order customer service is non existent here. So I had to leave for the day so I had to cancel it and what do you know it gets marked as completed around 6:54pm yesterday and today I woke up and realized I still got charged for something I never got. Called to ask for either my refund or the products and was told I can't come get the products and a manger needs to approve the refund and then it will take 3-5 business days to be refunded. Had you guys just canceled the order when I said to cancel it INSTEAD OF MARKING IT AS COMPLETED it would have never charged me. I used/worked with stronghold for years I know how it works. Once I find where to get some west coast cure carts the same price as here I'm never ever coming back to this club, waaaay better ones surrounding it. read more
