Never had an online order take that long at any dispensary. That's crazy. The estimated time said 25-35 minutes. I can understand their 40% off weekend sale can take an hour or two to process an order. If you don't have what I ordered, then just cancel my order instead of leaving it pending. I wasn't even ordering anything crazy. Just a couple eighths and a tin of Camino gummies. Tried to call, went straight to voicemail. They're open for another hour. For now, I'm giving up on ever picking up my order. LOL. I'll stick to Nug, my usual spot. There's too many options in a 10 minute radius for flaky dispensaries to exist. Bummer, I guess that deal going on was too good to be true (even though it barely comes out cheaper than other competitors). Man, I just wanted to try out a new spot. Line usually moves pretty quickly every time I come. I do have to say.. they've got some competition with High Times up the street. Since they opened i'm leaning a little more towards them. But I'll always have time to come to here!

This is the only dispensary near my home that's open at 6:00 a.m., and I love that it's conveniently located in a shopping center. It's cash only now, they are out of many things and they only have 4 options for liquid drinks. I'm honestly not sure how they are still in business. They are bi e, but need more employees and to better manage time/customer service. This is the third time I've stopped by because I was shopping in the area and had to leave because there were so many waiting to place orders or waiting for their orders. I never have this issue with Cookies in hayward and going back to Cookies as it's a waste of time and Money here at Flor. This has been an issue with Flor since they opened so today is my last time giving them a chance.
