2nd time here. Place is super chill, everyone super nice (staff, security, customers). Here for 420 event/discounts and they have The Terkulator bump'n outside at 9am. LOL We got here at 8:30am and there was already a line of about 20 people in front of us. Everyone has the same idea for 420! Good times! We live on the peninsula but come here for the wellness. It's hard to find the stuff we like and what works for us so we come here, they have a large selection. Alondra helped me this morning. She was sweet and engaging with her customers. They had everything I needed and wanted except for one tincture (I'm assuming because it was cheap on sale). My whole family loves the C.A.D. brand and it's hard to find but they seem to always have several in stock. Alondra was friendly and quick in ringing me up (but not pushy to get me out the door even though the line was long behind us). I've come in now twice and haven't left disappointed. But, I supposed a dispensary isn't the place for that. On my first visit I got 20% off, and though everyone gets this deal, whenever I go to a new dispensary this makes me feel special. I was also told about their happy hour that is from Sunday - Wednesday between 4-7pm - everything is 20% off during that time frame so that was the next time I came. The service is quick. It's never really been busy when I've walked in so I've been able to walk right up to the bud tender each time without having to wait. The selection is wide, but I don't look at all of that. Just what I need. Y'know how pulling money from the atm charges that extra fee? Hate that. I went to my bank's atm prior and pulled money but was a dollar short during happy hour. I was just gonna get something cheaper, no biggie, but the budtender ended up just giving me a dollar to get my stuff, and I think that was such a nice high life move. Much appreciated. read more

Park Social is by far the best dispensary in Alameda IMO. First off, I love the beautiful color of sage on the walls and they have a great way of displaying their flower. They have an area where you can see the buds up close because it has a magnifying glass and product details. Very easy to decipher what you're looking for and they provide excellent customer service. You just stand in line and a budtender will assist you out on the showroom. They even have an on-site consumption license and they have a dedicated lounge area to vibe out and enjoy your products with your friends. They also have their own parking lot which is very convenient. They also have a sale table full of discounted products. Some say, their prices tend to be a little higher than other dispensaries, but if it is it's definitely worth the price. read more

This is a wonderful dispensary. One can tell a lot about a business when things don't go as planned. My friend got a product that was six months old which is not good for flower. The manager came out and made it right. We got a discount on a much better product. They have 20% off if it's your first visit and other specials throughout the week. Their prices are very reasonable. Definitely going to return. read more

First time here and unfortunately not a great experience (Sunday Shift 4pm). We were standing at the bar area for a few minutes with no one else there, and when the employee came over, she talked to us a little and walked away and ended up helping someone who had just walked in before us. At that point, she was still polite and so were we, so we didn't make a big deal out of it. After we finally made a decision, we were standing there waiting (feeling pretty awkward), and she asked "who's next?". We spoke up and said what we would like but then was like "get in line". I will say there was a man who had just walked up and was waiting in line (very politely I'll say), even though we were already in front of the bar (the line starts about 10 feet back), but ya'll we had been there for a minute. Meanwhile, other customers who were already interacting at the bar were being helped without having to go back into the line. I am just confused about the process. If the expectation is that everyone needs to go back to the line before being helped (keep in mind we were the only ones there at a point!), that should be clearly communicated, especially for first-time customers. The whole situation felt confusing and honestly pretty embarrassing. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Really disappointing experience over-all. I will not be coming back read more

I'm editing my review because they made it right, offered me a profuse apology, a full refund, plus a parting gift. Really a class act. I will be back. I called ahead twice to confirm they carried a product as it was listed on Weedmaps, but wasn't on their website. They confirmed they had six in stock. After a 20 minute drive with a subluxed hip, I arrived to discover they did not have the product at all. (Apparently, both women on the phone were relying on the computer instead of actually checking to see if the item was in stock.) So, I'm in excruciating pain and decide to go for the same product but at half the dose, but only 25% less expensive. (Note: I explicitly stated that I was allergic to fragrance during my visit.) Well I got home, opened the package and it's not the same item and the item I was given contains fragrance. Now I'm in severe pain and out $50, plus gas for a product I cannot use. I'm guessing submitting a return will be useless at this point. Just overall extremely frustrating. Please educate your staff on your products and to not be lazy about checking your physical stock. Also, Mary's Transdermal Compound is not the same as their cream. read more

I have been to other cannabis dispensaries on Webster Street here in town, but they seldom have a certain topical balm that my husband needs. I have been going to Ivy Hill in the Old Parkway Theater, Oakland, to purchase the balm. However, getting there using public transportation is not conducive anymore. Then what concerns me is how safe is Oakland. I had a relative who was robbed at gunpoint several blocks from Ivy Hill last month. Park Social is not far from public transportation (AC #20 or 51A). Its location is in the Park Street Shopping District. The three block walk from Santa Clara and Park is a nice one, especially seeing all the shops, eateries, retail businesses along the way. My first time at this cannabis dispensary, and I received a 20% discount. Effective today, Park Social will be my go to place for Liquid Flower Topical Balm (red label) when my supply is running low. The price for the balm is reasonable and it cost less than Ivy Hill. Customer service was great. Phil and Cathy were friendly, helpful and pleasant. They had exactly what I was looking for. I also found out they will be having a one year celebration this Saturday on March 23, 2024. I shall return on that day for their raffles, giveaways and deals. read more

Probably one of my top dispensaries in the East Bay. They are friendly and have the stuff I want and can't get other places. Their Kingroll game is fire. Although when I went on 420 they forgot to put a lemonade i purchased in my bag. I think they thought the purchased one was in there because they were giving a free one away. I would say keep the orders separate from the goodie bags. Or at least double check before you put purchased items in the bag. read more

I was impressed with the renovation of the space (used to be a diner) and the friendly people they have working there. I got a goodie bag for being one of the first customers and 20% off my first purchase. They had a nice collection of flower ( you could view from a magnifying glass ) , joints, resin, a good selection of beverages and gummies. I found what I was looking for and more. The guy who helped me was kind and helpful. There were quite a few people there so I didn't take any photos of the inside-just the goods I wanted to buy.
