Found this place searching for something I saw on social media, when we arrived security was already supper friendly & informative they mention everything was 30% off (not sure how long that's going on for but deals are great) Back to the item I saw. Not sure how exclusive it is but I was told Friday that they didn't have it that's okay I didn't give up. I returned yesterday and before making a new purchase I asked the bud tender I had that time if they even did ever have it to my surprise they had ittt ! Just mentioned she needed to go to the back and get it ! So explains why the first time I was told it wasn't available! Supper cool brands and deals ! I am writing to express my disappointment with the treatment my family and I received during our visit to your Oakland location today. My little sister and I came to purchase two cartridges for my stepfather, who is a 100% disabled United States veteran. My sister presented her military ID, but it was not accepted because she is not currently on active duty. While I understand that policies may vary, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. This is now the second interaction I have had with the manager at this location where she has been rude, disrespectful, and dismissive toward me. During this visit, her attitude was unprofessional and demeaning, making what should have been a simple transaction into an uncomfortable experience. One of the employees apologized to me afterward, and I appreciated that gesture. However, it does not change how I was treated. After this second negative experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning to your Oakland dispensary. Over the past year, my family--including my stepfather and my sister--and I have been loyal customers. I have also recommended your dispensary to many of my friends because of the positive experiences we had in the past. Unfortunately, because of the repeated disrespectful treatment from the manager, I can no longer recommend your business and will be letting others know about my experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the way customers are treated at this location. I would appreciate hearing what steps will be taken regarding this matter. read more

This was my favorite spot. I'd go all the time. Now they don't have any items I go there for. The "manager" told me she told her staff to stop ordering the product we want...! They need to move thru the slow selling stuff first. Diabolical. Horrible way to run a business. Now I need a new go to! I think this is a solid, dependable local dispensary. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is usually a good selection. I look for specific products that help in my recovery from cancer treatment. From what I see of other products - it seems like good choices at fair prices. read more

This place is a joke. They are supposed to open at 3pm. At 3:05 a lady comes out and tells all 10 people waiting to come in that they actually open at 3:30 on this particular day. She tells me she left a note on the door. The note says they open at 3. She tells me at 3:05 that she is coming out to update the note to reflect the fact that they open at 3:30 today. No apologies or anything. She just basically told 10 customers "sorry, come back in 30 min." Horrible customer service and a give no f*ck attitude. Go somewhere else!! read more

My first time coming here because I would've never thought they would put a dispensary in this area. I even told the people that work there that lol. I walk in and the people were coo and informative. Showed me a good selection to choose from plus more. I purchased a nice infused peaches & cream pack of 3 just to see what it was about. Since it was my first time they gave me a free pre-roll. Can't go wrong with that lol. Prices were reasonable so I will definitely be going back. read more

It has been six months and they have still not given it to me, even after reaching out multiple times and being told that they would take care of it. Nothing has ever happened. I really like and appreciate this fine little shop in the Village, as it's close to home. Love the products , prices and the people! However, 3 times now I've gone there at 9:30 and 10:30 and 11:00 and no one is there. The doors are open! You can go in, but no one is there. Very frustrating and disconcerting to drive by, see the security door is up and the doors are open, pay for parking, walk there and find it's open but no one is working. This also seems like a serious security risk. If I was the owner I'd want to know if my employees weren't on the job when expected and if they left the shop doors and security doors open with no one there. Each time I waited 15 min. and no one showed up. Why??? read more

They charged me double for gummies as I am a senior citizen. I went onto other sites and their price was double. I went back to the store to tell them and they said GO TO THE OTHER PLACE. That was it. I'm in shock. Then the staff laughed at me. Very insulting. read more

I was glad to see this dispensary opening in Montclair. Going inside, however, I was truly disappointed. I found first, that the staff were not particularly knowledgeable about the products/brands they carried. When I did find something (an edible packet) I wished to buy, the sales person scanned it at the register and wouldn't sell it to me at the marked price(!!), saying the price had gone up!! Unbelievable! I walked out. I am a price-conscious consumer and also found that their stock on low price end was sparse to missing altogether. read more

Every time I come here the staff is helpful, quick, and kind. Place is convenient, immaculate, and secure. So glad we finally have a place in the neighborhood. I don't buy the astroturfing by the "Nextdoor" crowd or anybody trashing it has been there.
