I thought I already wrote an awesome review for this amazing place but for some reason, I don't see it. So, here it is again! I picked this delivery place due to the proximity to my home but I will continue to support both their delivery and their brick and mortar because of the EXCELLENT customer service. She specializes in mature patients looking for support with their medical issues. I blindly put in an order for all of her tinctures because I had bilateral Pulmonary Emboli and a DVT (blood clots) so I can't smoke anything anymore. I currently also have my second bout of Shingles. I am on blood thinners for the rest of my life so I can't take OTC NSAIDs. I can only do cannabis or Narcotics. I can't drive very well on anything stronger than a Tramadol and those barely touch my pain. CBD to the rescue. You need at least the 30:1 for effectiveness. A little THC lets the CBD do its heavy lifting. Without it, it is not nearly as effective. She saw that I accidentally put in my cart one tincture that was more THC than CBD and immediately called me to clarify. She used to work for Big Pharma and really knows her stuff!!! If you are solving for a specific ailment, give her a call or stop by her shop. Her kids are her delivery drivers and they are wonderful as well. I just had one of the best retail/shopping experiences of my life, which sounds dramatic, but it's true. It was past time for me to buy from a Black-owned shop, and Euphorium came up in my searches. They had what I was looking for, and the online ordering process was really straightforward. I placed my order expecting a pretty impersonal experience, a long delay before delivery, and and a moderate likelihood that an item I purchased might be out of stock, since that's how most of my in-person and delivery experiences with other retailers have been in the past--there's often an issue with an item being out of stock, or a mix-up/wrong item delivered. Usually, I get a text with the updated timeline or a prompt to choose something else, which is a little annoying but not a huge deal, and what I expect from a large retailer. My delivery was running a little later than is customary, and instead of just getting a text or an impersonal notification alerting me to the adjusted timeline, I received a personal call from Tee Tee explaining the situation, followed by really excellent customer service. This may seem like a minor issue or what "should" be expected from a retailer, but her willingness to go above and beyond for what I see as a minor, relatively common issue highlighted the difference in quality between her business, and the ones I've bought from in the past. She really sets the standard, and it's clear Euphoria is a cut above. I will literally never buy from anywhere else, as long as I am within their delivery radius and/or live within 45 minutes of the storefront. read more
