My sister presented her military ID, but it was not accepted because she is not currently on active duty. While I understand that policies may vary, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. This is now the second interaction I have had with the manager at this location where she has been rude, disrespectful, and dismissive toward me. During this visit, her attitude was unprofessional and demeaning, making what should have been a simple transaction into an uncomfortable experience. One of the employees apologized to me afterward, and I appreciated that gesture. However, it does not change how I was treated. After this second negative experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning to your Oakland dispensary. Over the past year, my family--including my stepfather and my sister--and I have been loyal customers. I have also recommended your dispensary to many of my friends because of the positive experiences we had in the past. Unfortunately, because of the repeated disrespectful treatment from the manager, I can no longer recommend your business and will be letting others know about my experience.
