My spas packages are usually a hour each service so I should have ask ahead of time. The bathroom and waiting area is outdated and not an actually lounge area to get ready for your services like other spas it's just a big room with some chairs to fill out the 100 questioned paperwork and the bathroom had items stored in the shower area and was very dusty. My real issue was with my facial, I did tell her I have sensitive acne prone skin and she said she was using products for sensitive skin but I did break out after, and while I was have my massage and facial at the same time she was going from my feet to then rubbing my face. I thought that was very weird and gross. So idk if I broke out because of her going from my feet to face or the products. I think if I ever book again it would only be for a massage because she did have a nice touch and all around nice lady.

5-STAR REVIEW FOR RESOLVE AESTHETICS…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ramona, Nurse Practitioner and owner of Resolve Aesthetics, and her amazing staff! From the moment I walk through the door, I feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping their clients look and feel their very best. One of the things I appreciate most about Ramona is how gentle and precise she is when injecting Botox. She takes her time, listens to what I want, explains everything, and makes the experience as comfortable as possible. I always feel that I am in very capable and caring hands. I have also been incredibly impressed with the F8 microneedling treatments. I have seen a huge improvement in the appearance and texture of my skin on my face, arms, abdomen, and back. Seeing the changes over time has been so exciting, and it has given me even more confidence in taking care of my skin. Resolve Aesthetics has become my place for my beauty upkeep, skincare, and beauty products. I trust Ramona and her team, and I love knowing that they genuinely care about their clients and the results they achieve. If you are looking for an aesthetics provider who is professional, gentle, knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated to her clients, I highly recommend Resolve Aesthetics. I am so happy with my experience and the improvements I have seen, and I will absolutely continue coming back for my beauty and skincare needs! Her treatment planning is thoughtful, conservative, and results-driven. The results are consistently natural, refined, and rejuvenating . I genuinely feel and look years younger. For any woman seeking to enhance her features, restore youthfulness, or simply look like the best version of herself, Ramona is the aesthetic professional you want. I highly recommend visiting their website for details and pricing. If you are looking to book these services on a monthly basis they offer a monthly membership. The memberships will save you quite a bit of money over time. Memberships require a 1-year commitment and will roll over for three months after the membership expires. The perks of the membership: 10% off services and products. Priority booking for appointments and classes. I have found the ladies who work up front to be very pleasant and helpful. There are several different massage therapists to choose from. The ones I have used have been very professional and friendly. The biggest negative I have found can be scheduling. After booking certain dates/times, I have received call backs having to reschedule due to overbooking. This happened a handful of times which became a little frustrating. Overall, this is a great place to care for your wellness needs.

The office was super clean and neat which gave me even more confidence that I chose the right place! It was Botox day when I came in so they had great deals and fun free goodies! 10/10 recommend!

What I appreciate the most, was that my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy even before I left their office, physically, which, was a 10/10 for me because from past experiences, my doctor's office sometimes "forgets" to send them or has sent them later in the day, which delays the pick up especially if you need your meds which can be bothersome and sometimes annoying. Unfortunately, my recent visit with the new female doctor was very frustrating. I came in with multiple concerns, but she spent only a couple of minutes with me and seemed eager to leave while I was still speaking. On top of that, the front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming. Customer service and patient care have noticeably declined. This office used to be better than even Sutter Dermatology in my opinion, but sadly that is no longer the case.
