I already had applied some before, as I have done in the past with my former med spa. (Their local location closed unfortunately). I wasn't against getting more numbing cream but come to find out the doctor wasn't even there yet and expected me to get the cream and wait 30-45 MINUTES for him to arrive! Why do I need to sit for that long to get numb? I've never had to do that before. I understand being slightly delayed due to "holiday traffic" but 45 minutes? No. And you expect your patients to have an appt at a specific time and then wait more than 45 minutes to "numb" aka: wait for you to show up. No, thank you. Do better at your time management. Will not be returning to this place.
