Ari was my injector and she walked me through the process before proceeding which made me feel so confident in her and the work that was going to be done. The second time I had Blake and again he took the time to talk with me about the last time I came in, how I liked it/ what I wanted to do different, and gave me the different options we could move forward with. They definitely make sure you know what you are getting into and explain the process very well before they inject! Other than that, Monica who checked me in, was super nice and inviting as well. The office was super clean and neat which gave me even more confidence that I chose the right place! It was Botox day when I came in so they had great deals and fun free goodies! 10/10 recommend!

I already had applied some before, as I have done in the past with my former med spa. (Their local location closed unfortunately). I wasn't against getting more numbing cream but come to find out the doctor wasn't even there yet and expected me to get the cream and wait 30-45 MINUTES for him to arrive! Why do I need to sit for that long to get numb? I've never had to do that before. I understand being slightly delayed due to "holiday traffic" but 45 minutes? No. And you expect your patients to have an appt at a specific time and then wait more than 45 minutes to "numb" aka: wait for you to show up. No, thank you. Do better at your time management. Will not be returning to this place.

Natural Path Wellness is located in downtown Ripon and has been around for quite some time. I highly recommend visiting their website for details and pricing. If you are looking to book these services on a monthly basis they offer a monthly membership. The memberships will save you quite a bit of money over time. Memberships require a 1-year commitment and will roll over for three months after the membership expires. The perks of the membership: 10% off services and products. Priority booking for appointments and classes. I have found the ladies who work up front to be very pleasant and helpful. There are several different massage therapists to choose from. The ones I have used have been very professional and friendly. The biggest negative I have found can be scheduling. After booking certain dates/times, I have received call backs having to reschedule due to overbooking. This happened a handful of times which became a little frustrating. Overall, this is a great place to care for your wellness needs.

She spent some time going over some brief history with me and discussed what I was being seen for. She was very receptive to the desired outcome I was looking for and believed she could help me heal. This was my first experience doing acupuncture and red light therapy. Jared did a great job of explaining everything she was doing and why. The acupuncture was surprisingly not painful at all. I ultimately decided to try it because I didn't like my "11" lines between my brows. I'm now two weeks in, and I absolutely love the results. It looks very natural, my 11's are gone, and I've also noticed I'm no longer squinting as much. An unexpected bonus is that I haven't had my usual tension headaches, which I think is because I'm not constantly tightening that area anymore. I'm really happy I did it--Botox has been a great experience for me, and Gifty made the entire process easy and reassuring.
