I just finished my second appointment at the Stockton location, and each time I experience nothing but the best! The first time I came I had never had anything done before. Ari was my injector and she walked me through the process before proceeding which made me feel so confident in her and the work that was going to be done. The second time I had Blake and again he took the time to talk with me about the last time I came in, how I liked it/ what I wanted to do different, and gave me the different options we could move forward with. They definitely make sure you know what you are getting into and explain the process very well before they inject! Other than that, Monica who checked me in, was super nice and inviting as well. The office was super clean and neat which gave me even more confidence that I chose the right place! I decided to try Urenewed for a 4 month touch up of my Botox received from another aesthetic provider after a raving referral. I was greeted warmly. I had scheduled with Ari, but she seemed to be training Tabitha (I think that is her name), so that was unexpected. I was skeptical when they suggested a smaller amount of Botox than I am used to. They listened to my concerns with past Botox experiences where I had an awkward eyebrow lift & they agree to try to remedy it. I've now been a little over two weeks and am actually impressed! I don't have the weird eyebrow lift and my Botox settled nicely and gave me the look I am used to. Overall happy and getting the same result for less out of pocket cost is great! I was recommended this place by a friend. The 1 star review given previously should've been a heads up for me but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (on Google). I am very unhappy with this place. No ice was used prior to injecting Botox and I got two bruises (I've gotten Botox for 4 years and have never bruised). Additionally 9 units of Botox were injected in my chin with no improvement (injector had originally advised only 2 units).. I reached out to the owner who pretty much said there was nothing they could do as they trust their injectors technique and I could just come in to pay for more Botox. I'm going to go back to my previous clinic and don't plan on spending any more of my money here. Go at your own risk, don't expect them to give you great customer service if you don't like the initial outcome. read more

I have been going here for a couple of months now and had a great experience with the Oakdale girls. It wasn't working with my schedule on Thursdays anymore so I decided to go to the one closer to my house in Rippon the experience was mediocre they weren't as friendly as the girls in Oakdale but they still did a good job I get a text reminder today at 9:16 AM saying that I have an appointment I don't see it until 930 so I give them a call to let them know I won't be able to make it because I have a cold and wanted to reschedule the girl informed me that I would be charge a $50 fee for rescheduling because I didn't meet their 24 hour window when my appointment was at 8:45 tomorrow. I told her that I didn't even get a reminder text until the day before and she continued to argue with me that that was their policy and mentioned that they sent out a text two weeks prior to the appointment.(which I didn't get) I woke up with a cold today I didn't know two weeks ago I was going to be sick. If you're a business and you're going to send out a courtesy reminder make sure you do it within the 24 hour window as well so your clients don't get charged. I've worked in spa environments for years now and when my clients say they are sick I let them reschedule without a charge. Especially if they give me a full days notice. It always amazes me how a business is willing to lose a client that pays hundreds of dollars for $50 read more

Jana is a pro at what she does. I love my lip filler...it looks natural and subtle. She even called me back a few months later to use the rest of the filler. I told her to do what she thought was best and she used it on my upper lip. Good call , it rounded out my upper lip and they have the perfect amount of fullness.
