Absolutely amazing! Thank you for the lip filler and Botox! Dr. Calvin Lee knows exactly what he's doing and so happy I came to him! You can see in the photo attached my normal lips, my lips right after they got filled, then in leak swelling, and at the bottom is a week after once swelling had gone away!

One of the best experiences I have had with injections. Dr. Lee pays close attention to detail, he is very precise! He took every concern I had with my lip being fuller on one side and corrected it flawlessly. Cannot wait to go back for more fillers!

I've been seeing Dr. Lee for quite some time, and I have to say I'm amazed by how good is work is. I have terrible acne scars and aging on one specific side of my face and with just filler he's able to make those ugly acne scars dissappear. Great doctor! However, I have been seeing him for 4 years now and he has maybe ran on time 2% of the time. 98% of the time he runs 20-40min late. My time is valuable but so is my face which is why I keep going back. Most of the staff is friendly. read more

Pretty underwhelming. He's ok at botox but that's not exactly brain surgery. I have found someone better closer to home. A consultation garnered as much useful info as an internet search. I won't be driving two hours for this. I didn't appreciate having my under eyes compared to his assistants. She is at least 50 pounds overweight and not dressed professionally at all. The nerve. No one there looked like they had great skin or took care of themselves including Dr. lee. Look up dr Carr in hollister for even better filler results and botox techniques at a fraction of the cost. read more

I've been getting BOTOX for over 20 years. Dr Lee is one of my favorites. Based on my results, Dr Lee's knowledge of i injection sites and the effects of BOTOX is above and beyond what I've encountered with many other injectors' knowledge. In this imperfect world, if an injection doesn't go as planned, Dr Lee always makes it right. And my results always last 4-5 months--unlike other injections that barely last 6 weeks before I regain 50% movement. Everyone I have referred to Dr Lee has been very pleased with their results. I would just like to thank Dr. Calvin Lee! I lost a lot of weight and at 56 years old my face started sagging. Dr. Lee has managed to fix my sagging wrinkled up face! I didn't think it was possible however he made it possible. Now that I'm in the town I grew up in I run into high school friends and they ask me what do you you do? Your skin looks amazing. Now even though my friends were getting deals on Botox and fillers they started going to Dr. Lee! I have tried kybella (after 50 you get many chins). I only had to do 1 and 1/2 treatments. Dr. Lee saved me money! I've done lip fillers over lapping a couple of times I don't need those anymore just a lip flip. I tried fillers to take up the slack on the sides of my face. This last time I asked for it Dr. Lee said no you don't really need it. Dr. Lee said let's try Botox in your concern areas. It worked! I was thinking I needed a facelift so far he's done wonders. What a wonderful experience at Surgical Artistry! Dr. Lee and all of his staff are amazing. I was concerned about skin laxity and aging and wanted to see what my options were. I was greeted by Shauna who was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Lee explained that Hyperdilute Radiesse, which is collagen stimulating treatment, would be a great option to address my concerns. I had my training for Hyper Dilute Radiesse with Dr. Calvin Lee in his state of art office in Modesto last week. I could not believe that I spent over 12 hours there and still didn't want to leave! Dr. Lee and his lovely wife Dr. Wu are outstanding surgeons. They have the best surgical center in central California and they are down to earth. I visited Dr Lee for my jawline. I am almost 55 and I was unhappy with jowls. He and his wonderful assistant Francesca worked with me and gave me Radiesse dermal filler and it looks so much better. It has turned back 10 years i feel on my face. I am very very pleased. Once again he was caring and very conservative which is nice. He also did the 3rd treatment for my neck and has turned back time 10 years. This is all very exciting for me. His treatments help to produce collagen, which are long lasting effects and i may never need any type of facial or neck lifts. Dr Lee was recommended to me by a nurse practitioner where I live in Fresno. I was interested in the sutures for my sagging jowls and I had never had fillers and was nervous about the procedure. I didn't want to look different, just refreshed. I started following Surgical Artistry on social media and had called the office a few times with questions and Dr Lees staff was always helpful and always answered all of my questions. I drive over 80 miles south from Roseville to continue receiving the service and the artistry of Dr. Lee. I was always impressed with the perfect results of Dr. Lee while living in the area. I then moved north of Sacramento and have attended consultations in Granite Bay, Roseville and Rocklin in attempts to locate a doctor more locally. Dr Lee is excellent!! His work is the best. He does everything in person. His staff is friendly and helpful. Worth the driving. Can you believe he gave me his cell and talked to me more than 15 minutes to answer my question? There is no such Dr. any place now. I did the filling under eye he actually told me my eye bags were bad so fillings may not work. Unlike others everything is money. I chose to do it anyway. Actually is much better than before. It was a clean work, no bruise no side effect. I look like I am awake and never felt any discomfort. I drive 130 mikes one way to Modesto and it is worthwhile. read more

I have been to other places that offered deals or promos to hook you in and have only wished I had gone to him. From here on out, I will be coming to Dr. Lee because his practice and concern for his patients is priceless. His value as a plastic surgeon coupled with the fact that he is a genuinely kind person make me feel very comfortable with him and his recommendations. After having Botox at other places, I was so happy to find Dr. Lee. His office is bright and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. He has done an excellent job for me with facial botox treatments for over 2 years. I especially like that I never feel pressured to do too much or to do other things like fillers. Other places I went did the hard sell to get me to do other expensive treatments, but that did not happen to me at Surgical Artistry with Dr. Lee. I never have had to wait for more than 5 minutes here either, another plus! read more

Dr. Lee is the best! My first experience with injections was with another local plastic surgeon and I had the most terrible results!! I thought injections weren't for me until I met Dr. Lee. I have been coming to him for years now and would never go to anyone else. I now live 2 hours away and still come out just to see him. He is the sweetest guy and really takes his time with you and does not rush. I originally was going to see Dr Lee for an evaluation for my marionette lines. After spending time with Frannie, Alicia and the team, I can say they will from now on be my go to for all things 'aging'. Dr Lee is a down to earth, compassionate Dr. who listens to your concerns and offers workable, great end result solutions. I had an appt at 1:30 and the doctor was in there at exactly 1:30 that was impressive! dr lee and his assistant were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. First visit today with Dr Lee. I have received Botox in the past with great success. I moved and the drive was too far so I did some research for a closer location to get my Botox and found Dr Lee. The office staff was so nice and welcoming making me feel right at home. Dr Lee spent time with me answering all my questions and he was very easy to talk to. He wasn't pushy at all and we decided on my treatment together. I am looking forward to seeing my Botox results and will update my review once the Botox fully kicks in. BOTOX & Acupuncture! I am a Board Certified General Surgeon with a past trauma career who assists in plastic surgeries and spinal cord stimulator / spinal pain pump surgeries. I am also an Acupuncturist who injects Botox as an extension of Acupuncture. Many of my Botox point selections are related Acupuncture points for migraine headaches and wrinkle prevention. 40% of my clinical time is with Acupuncture, and 50% of my time is with cosmetic injections for Botox, Fillers, and Veins, and 10% of my time is spent assisting in Cosmetic and Spinal surgeries. In a usual clinic day, it is common for me to use 500 units of Botox, 8 syringes of dermal fillers, and see about 6 acupuncture patients. Outside of my clinical time, I also spend a great deal of time as an administrator of Surgical Artistry - the combined medical office for myself and my wife, Dr. Tammy Wu, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. I (Dr. Calvin Lee) came to Modesto in 2003 with the McHenry Medical group as a general surgeon. My wife, Dr. Tammy Wu was with Sutter Gould. In 2006 I obtained acupuncture training, and became very interested in medical modalities involving needles. It was that same year where I decided to join my wife, Dr. Tammy Wu, Modesto Plastic Surgeon, in creating Surgical Artistry. As a husband-wife surgical team and we can take care of you together. We chose Modesto, CA to become extremely active surgeons. High volume, we believe, is one of the main keys to mastering the intricacies of surgery. We have 20 other relatives who are doctors including two cousins at Harvard. We love Modesto. We are founders of the Gallo Center for the Arts, founding title sponsors for the Surgical Artistry Modesto Symphony Pops Series / Surgical Artistry Modesto Symphony Fat Cat Classics 2006-2009, and founding title sponsors for the Surgical Artistry Modesto Marathon.

I was born in New York City, and went to school in the suburbs. I graduated top of my class in high school. This led to my acceptances to all the universities I've applied to which included Harvard, Stanford, and Brown Universities. I chose Ivy League Brown University, and there, I met my wife, Dr. Tammy Wu - Plastic Surgeon. We were both students at the time. We continued together onto medical school at Brown University, and Dr. Tammy Wu graduated top of her Ivy League medical school class. Turning down a job offer in San Diego, I found a wonderful career in Trauma/General surgery in Modesto, California instead. Modesto has a scarcity of medical specialists and I felt like I was very needed, appreciated, and welcomed. This was a very fulfilling feeling for me as a medical provider. She answered all of my questions, was never rushed, actually sat down and looked me in the face when she talked to me. Kind of silly, I know but I've had doctors completely ignore me. Also, I've been an RN for over 18 years now. I currently do IV home care, and have treated several of MD Eves patients in the community. Not only is she a joy to work with managing patients, but her patients in the community speak very highly of her. If you're looking for a general surgeon, look no further. She's a breath of fresh air in the Modesto "old boys club" of doctors.

I then repeated myself with the same answer. She then stayed quiet and sighed and spoke fast and said I need your first name, last name and date of birth. Very unprofessional! Seems like she didn't want to do her job the correct way. If I told you I don't know weren't you supposed to know what to do next. Don't demand for my information by speaking fast. At the end I asked for the fax number so my provider can fax over the authorization. She asked what, what do you need it for? She then said the fax number for this provider is... she spoke fast on purpose but luckily I was able to write it down. What if that was someone who is hard of hearing or couldn't comprehend. How many patients has she given that attitude? I don't recommend this office since this was my first contact over the phone. This right here tells me they hired an unprofessional staff and service suck so far.

The doctor and medical staff handled my surgery well, but the office management left a lot to be desired. When I first went in for my consultation, I was a bit shocked by the office manager, Crystal. Instead of properly greeting patients, she was yelling out names from behind a closed door. It felt unprofessional and off-putting, but I chose to overlook it and proceed with my surgery. My surgery was scheduled about three weeks later, and the procedure itself went smoothly. However, the real problem started afterward when I needed my prescribed pain medication. The pharmacy informed me that they didn't have my medication in stock and that, due to regulations, only the doctor's office could call around to find another pharmacy that carried it. When I contacted Crystal for help, she was dismissive and rude, telling me it wasn't their responsibility and that they had "other patients to deal with" before they could assist me. Keep in mind, I had just undergone surgery and was in significant pain, yet she told me it would take 1-2 days before she could even address my issue. This lack of urgency and compassion was beyond unacceptable. If an office is so overloaded that they can't properly care for post-op patients, that's a serious red flag. Thankfully, a kind pharmacist at CVS was willing to facilitate a three-way call with the doctor's office to explain the situation. Even then, Crystal remained rude and unprofessional--even toward the pharmacist. She did eventually call in my prescription, but without notifying me, and if it weren't for the pharmacist, I wouldn't have even known it was ready. The only positive interaction I had was with Jerry, the staff member who removed my stitches. He was kind, informative, and helped ease my frustration with the office. Unfortunately, dealing with Crystal was such a nightmare that I cannot in good conscience recommend this office to anyone. If you need surgery here, be prepared for unprofessionalism from the office management and an absolute lack of patient care once your procedure is done. If not for the doctor and a few kind staff members, this would have been a completely negative experience.

I am a healthy person and this was beyond frustrating. I requested my medical records and she had falsely charted a number of things that she never did. She billed for procedure and follow up care when she told me to talk to my primary care doctor for any follow up. I had to get referred to the wound care by my primary and spend a ton of my time fixing a problem caused by her negligence. I would not suggest anyone ever step foot in her office or allow her to care for anyone you care about.

I returned to the ER a few days later, and another CT scan showed my appendix was still there -- it had ruptured and caused an abscess. I needed a second emergency surgery with a different doctor, who said the infection could have been life-threatening. This was a frightening and painful experience that could have ended much worse. I truly hope the hospital reviews how this happened so that no one else goes through the same situation. I do not recommend Dr. Antonio Coirin based on my experience.
